kay m. | First ImpressionsWhen I cleaned out the storage unit, I talked to a manager who said he would have someone clean out anything that I had left. I received an email with a charge for the unit cleaning. I don’t mind being charged, but he did not tell me there would be a charge, also I was charged for the following month even after I cleaned out the unit. I’m waiting for someone to contact me to provide a refund.

I'm dealing with a brain injury.. and I had to continuously go back and forth between my storage unit and the front office... they were all super courteous... articulated with me in a way that I didn't feel comfortable.. I was treated as a customer number, they were more worried about the other people in line than me. I moved from IL to MO. Though having storage in KS isn't ideal, the customer service was outstanding! Clean facility too.

ANDREA M. | First ImpressionsManager was rude. Found roaches in the bathroom and asked what happened if my belongings got roaches and he said too bad. It was my problem to deal with. If I’m paying to store my belonging, I shouldn’t have to worry about taking roaches home with me.
