They were the worst. The manager was MIA. Not one of them knew how to secure the reservation. One guy talked on the phone to his girlfriend who used bad language. Another talked politics that he knew nothing about. He also spoke negatively about the LGBTQ community, that I belong in.They were incompetent and unprofessional. Origin location was great. We received about 5 phone calls confirming our arrival for the afternoon only to unexpectedly receive a phone call the morning of that u Haul was outside our new place. We were 20 minutes away and had to rush over as we had not moved in. This threw our schedule off as we had to drive back to finish our errands and didn't have time for breakfast. I was dissatisfied with this and would have to reconsider using u Haul in the future.Travis S.

Truck had 1/4 tank of gas at pickup. Knowing trucks get poor mileage and not knowing accuracy of fuel gauge would prefer more gas at start of rental. Didn't want to risk running out of gas in middle of move.James M.

Make sure to tell customers where they have to pull the truck into when they return. It was not told I had to pull around back when returning, so I felt badly that I didn't do that, but the person I checked out with drove the truck around back for me.Stefania I.

Truck needs maintenance, vehicle stalled every time steering wheel tilt was adjusted, or cruise control was activated. Dash display communicated to shift into park while moving at 55mph, that would have damaged transmission.MARK D.

The lady at the front desk was very rude, irritated, lazy and was unable to assist me with questions regarding my storage needs. Additionally, she was unaware of any discounts for military members. I have used UHAUAL services in the past for my moves and storage needs and this was a terrible experience. If I had a closer location somewhere else I would have used them. I am very disappointed with the atmosphere and the services received at this location. The service people on your chat are not helpful at all. I had to connect to the chat 3 times. The first person cancelled my reservation when they weren’t supposed to, the second just disconnected the chat, and the third said that there was nothing they could do to fix the mistake of the first person. As far as the facility it is good but when I made my reservation to switch from the uboxes because they were costing to much my quote was the rate on the advertisement for the one they have set up in the store. Well they could not find my reservation but the uboxes were outside but not in front of the building so I had to wait for them to call someone who was not working that day to come in. They wanted me to cancel and do it on Sunday but I went thru alot to find people to help me so I don't know why my payment is $234+ plus. She was such a huge help while I was out of state and very proactive in communicating.
