james m. | Overall ExperienceI came in and updated my address but it never went into the computer for some reason. I have had several serious complications from COVID-19 and have been in and out of the hospital so I have only worked 4 months out of 2 1/2 years and now I find out that you only $10 for my washer and dryer that was only used for 2 months and for whatever else I had in there. I would of loved to have my son's winter jacket. That's the only thing that bothers me the most.
