I was in and out quickly picking up and dropping off. The parking at that location was full so I had to park down the street. That was my only complaint/could improve.

Have accurate fuel amount for vehicle. The contract said my rental had a full tank. It was only 3/8 full. I had to wait in line again to get it rectified.

I was verbally attacked in the store by another patron. The staff did absolutely nothing to de-escalate the situation, and even allowed the person to cut in front of an entire line of people. I felt threatened and unsafe. I will never return to this location.

I returned to the "wait here and someone will help you" location outside the facility. After 10 minutes passed, I called the number and the person said "I'll let the strore know" Another 10 minutes passed and a person showed up and said I was all set and to back the trailer into a slot in a long row of trailers. It was pouring rain and there was no offer of help or the suggestion that I leave it where we were, which was under cover of rain.

I did have to wait for pickup. Also the dolly was not in truck. Started trip and thank god I looked back and noticed dolly was not there. Had to turn around go back and get it. Not happy.

Her helpful attitude stands out in comparison to recent customer service experiences at other organizations. I especially like the way U-Haul employs technology in the equipment return process.

Honestly everything was fine, until we picked up the truck and found there was some equipment (the dolly and furniture pads) that we couldn't remove without incurring an additional $10 charge. This is effectively you charging an additional fee for your rental since it's very difficult to load and unload the truck without disturbing these items. So long as this is U-Haul policy I will be taking my business elsewhere form now on and will be recommending others do the same. This is effectively a hidden fee for a moving truck since it was also not explicitly explained what those items where doing there until I asked that the be removed,

ABS light came on then off...then engine light came on. i called roadside asst. 800 not very bright people. Was stranded on road for 45 mins. The told to DRIVE truck with engine light on. Made it to Cortlandville, NY. People there very helpful. Ran computer check and was told I could drive to Sr, NY. still had to pay movers for extra hour. $50. Will be using Penske next time.

It was not clear which part of my receipt should be deposited in the dropbox with the keys. After hours there was no way for me to secure the equipment (dollies, etc.) so I would have been liable for anything taken away by strangers walking by.

Rented a 6X12 cargo trailer. After getting it home and packing it I decided to do a safety check to be sure everything on the trailer was good to go. Lights all worked properly. Level indicator(ball) on surge brake master cylinder was not at top of sight glass so I removed the master cylinder cover to find the master cylinder completely empty, the inside of the master cylinder was rusty. I had just spent 5 hours loading this trailer and my Jeep has good brakes so I wasn't too concerned about the lack of trailer brakes. Tire inflation: all four tires had low pressure- one was at 42 psi, the other three were at 50 psi. I inflated them to the proper pressure. Wheel lug nut torque: three wheels were OK, the fourth wheel needed each lug nut tightened 1/2 to 3/4 turn to bring them up to 50 ft-lbs (I have a calibrated torque wrench). Otherwise the trailer was the perfect size for my move and trailered very nicely. I have rented another 6x12 trailer to finish up my move this week.

Location and sales people at Teall Avenue is very good, sales associates are very helpful. Extremely negative experience on u-haul.com with the return process (took excessive time to set up account, required numerous photos, etc., which made the return process quite lengthy), and reflected inappropriate charges. Experience was made worse by contact with customer service (after hours, 1-800-uhaul) where the representatives (two different ones) lacked knowledge and information, were rude, obnoxious, failed to address issue appropriately, refused access to supervisor, kept me on hold for 40 minutes before I hung up (I believe intentionally as the representative did not want me to have access to a supervisor) and refused to address the problem (additional and inappropriate charge - was charged for two days for 1 1/2 hours because the contract set the return time at 7:30 p.m., after store hours, though sales associate advised vehicle could be returned any time before morning reopening and 7:30 just indicated that it was after the 7:00 p.m. closing time; be sure to rent for 24 hours, even if you intend to return vehicle in one or two hours - the charge is the same and it avoids problems that are created by automated/computer billing). Was addressed by local office in morning. Unnecessary aggravation, made an otherwise easy experience difficult and time consuming.

I feel like the young African American girl was very rude with a nasty attitude She wouldn't help me, advising me I had to do it myself. It was the other Rep that intervened as she noticed the attitude and assisted me. The African American girl definitely should not be in customer service, if she can not treat all customers the same. As she definitely provided good customer service to the white man before me, but gave me instant attitude. I'll go elsewhere on my next move.

Customer service was good on both pickup and return. Truck was clean and in good running condition for a truck with more than 100K miles. Overhead door hinges were rusty and needed lubrication. I will rent again in the future from this uhaul location.

The lines were very long you should have one or two runners to take people to the trucks that way the employees checking people out wouldn't have to do it and the line's would not be so long.

All of my interactions with UHaul have been fantastic. The only thing I would improve is removing Getting Things Done Movers from the Moving Help list, because they have many reviews saying they didn't show up for customers, including myself.
