This place initially quoted me $67 for one of their trucks which included 40 miles. The truck had a very bad front end which made steering very difficult. I ended up going only 25 miles and was charged $75. I was suppose to refunded the difference in mileage but was not (15 miles ×$,79 per mile). Crooks!!! I am going to scream my head up at them!!!

This location is the absolute best around. Always friendly service. Elizabeth was great and a pleasure to have help you. It might get a bit busy at this location at times but that's because it is a large Uhaul center. The staff there do a great job every time I visit.

I showed up on a Saturday and it was very busy. There was only one person working and the line was almost to the doorway. On a busy day, like the weekend there should be more people working earlier in the morning.

First thing is train your personnel how to properly tighten the the trailer onto a 2 inch ball. This way when the trailer unhooks when traveling 45 mph on I-81, it won't cause any accidents. It's bad when the trailer passes you and slams into quardrails on both sides of the highway, and causes tractor trailer's and vechicles to avoid it

Make sure you guys explain to the customer that even on holidays there is a drop box to return the key, so they don't be charge late fee.

The truck smelled terrible. Like someone had been smoking in it. The alignment was way off. It did not feel safe driving the truck on the highway. The girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful though. Customer service is getting better at this location.

Very helpful service people. Fast courteous service both to rent and return. Liked the online pre-registration, and the special deal for a week of van use. Van drives like a car, very comfortable. Thumbs up!

The store manager was very rude and never followed through with resolving our concern. He told us he would call us back and never did. We try calling him and he won't take our call. The trailer we rented was never gone through before we picked it up and we reserved it 3 months in advance. When we went to pick up our load the door wouldn't open, with much force we finally got it open then we couldn't close it as the wheels were off the track. We struggled with this issue all week. Very dissatisfied .

The site was really busy on Sunday morning - few locations are open on Sundays. While the two staff members were very efficient and good at their jobs, there were only two of them to handle quite a crowd. Maybe staff up a bit more on this peak time? It took about a 1/2 hour to pick up my truck.

Ordered a dolly rental with truck. Realized dolly was not included after leaving uhaul. We called the uhaul rental to say dolly wasn't included and wanted to make sure we weren't liable for it & have the fee taken off. Told by representative that was not a problem. After returning uhaul found out we were still charged for dolly. Sent a email and got no response. Not happy about our experience.

Always have had a great experience renting from Teal ave/ Canal st. Only time I have had problems with equipment was this last trip, trailer tire went flat. Luckily I checked valve stem before assuming it had a whole. When AAA arrived gentlemen finished tightening it, filled with air and we were all set. Set us behind, had to set up for our event early the next morning.

Loved driving that Ram Promaster (200 miles)--just the ticket, and was brand new. Glad it had all the features , including USB charger, but especially the key fob lock- no more dealing with a separate rear padlock. Excellent. Also excellent was the customer service, from the reservation call center to the onsite folks. Very smooth transaction. Also appreciated the alternate extra mileage calcs, which saved me about $50. Made the move quite simple. Thanks

When arrived a fairly new employee did not have a good attitude. I was a little early and I wanted my reservation updated for the 2 days. She argued with me over updating my reservation. It was Friday 3/10 at 5:20pm and I said I would be back Sunday morning. She said ok then I needed to be back by 10:00 am on Sunday. I said if I'm being charged for 2 full days then I wanted my reservation updated and it should be by 5:00pm on Sunday. She argued saying that was not my original phone reservation. Her Supervisor or Mgr ended up guiding her. Not good customer service. I've been a very active UHaul customer for Teale Ave and Erie Blvd etc...Bad attitude - not good for business.

I had issue with the car transport. I let them know, The tire went flat and the chain was broken. No one told me that there was a service that would address the tire so we fixed the tire ourselves. We did not know the tire was soft/flat until after we got the car on the transport. Someone did return my call me in regards to my complaint. I however did not get a resolution. I would have expected some kind of refund. I am not happy with the service that I received.

The chart that is used to say what size trailer one can tow was questioned by the person I spoke with on the phone. I was told I could take the trailer if I only loaded it half full. And I had the smallest trailer. At the last minute, this was very upsetting.

The truck doors were very hard to shut. We (my son-in-law & I) were never able to shut the,pm on the first try.
