Nothing...the 2 gentleman that assisted me blew me away with there customer service...I manage fine dining and these two gentleman guided me threw the process easy as pie... If they continue to perform that way they should be given a raise or an incentive to stay there longer.

Highly recommended! Customer service was great from the moment I walked through the front door and greeted with a friendly smile. John took the time to clearly explain everything to me and while I waited for friends he went and started the truck & turned the heat on. I would use his location again and will tell anyone I know that’s in need of renting a truck to make sure to go there!

As usual, my experience was excellent. Simple to reserve, simple to pickup and simple to drop off. A very efficient and professional team, thanks.

Make sure that the location the customer requests is the location the trailer is at. I requested that the trailer could be picked up at Taft Rd location and they agent taking my reservation said yes and it wasn’t at that location and I was never told.

The Uhaul system of reserving and picking up equipment is horrible. There's no certainty about where a pick up will be and for some reason it's impossible to have anyone at Uhaul understand not every rental is a 3 day rental. The system does not work well for customers but apparently that doesn't matter

The truck was extremely clean. I love the fact that checkout was done right at the truck with the worker able to do a mobile checkout. The one area to improve upon was the pickup. I created a reservation online, but still had to repeat some of the steps and it just took way too long. For instance, I declined the insurance when I created the reservation online, but still had to do so again. Also, I had to know my insurance account number while at the counter. What if I didn't have it? I would have had to pay you $10 for coverage, which doesn't seem right. Add this step to your online reservation.

This is a general U-Haul comment, not just for this location. I rented a 26' truck, as well as the auto transport being towed. The truck came to me with ONLY a 1/4 tank (a QUARTER!) of fuel. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Do you know what it's like to move close to 1,700 miles? We spent two weeks prior to the pickup in back breaking work, packing, scheduling, logistics, starting and canceling services, etc., no rest, no food, no nothing, and then I come to pick up the truck (prior to two more days of loading it, further packing, again no sleep, no food) only to find that it has a quarter of fuel in the tank! After two days of loading, with no breaks, we made it back to U-Haul just in time to load and hook up the auto transport. And then it was get on the road immediately, no time and no place to refuel with the trailer in tow. So, now, on top of everything else that has happened and that I need to think about ahead, now I am thinking about fuel and worrying that I will run out of fuel right off the bat, and it's getting late at night and I am already dead tired as is my wife. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Where did you come up with the idea that it was OK to give a customer a truck that was running out of fuel in the middle of a very stressful move? When you rent a car (a much less stressful situation) you get the FULL tank. That is the ONLY acceptable option! Not 3/4, not 1/2 and definitely not 1/4 (and it was actually a bit BELOW 1/4). (Please don't tell me how many miles it can go on 1/4 tank -- it doesn't matter, I see it getting close to empty and I get a knot in my stomach and I don't know where the next gas station along the highway will be and I certainly don't want to STOP now, that I've finally gotten on the way a couple of days too late). Instead of focusing on driving and planning for the overnight stay (we started at night after 830 pm) and getting familiar with the truck, I am now stressing out about the fuel. That sucks! And then, when you are returning the truck, it's the additional stress on that last stretch of travel, to precisely estimate the fuel so that you return it in the same condition, 1/4 full, whereas if the tank were full at the start, it would be much simpler to fill it up at the end. Again, FULL and ONLY full tank and TOTALLY full tank is the ONLY acceptable option for a moving truck. I would be willing to pay a bit extra for the peace of mind and less hassle and less stress, for your guy to drive it to the nearest gas station and FILL IT UP prior to my pickup! How long will that take -- 15 minutes maybe? The other comment I have is about the truck. There could be a lot of positive things to say about it, but it is NOT gentle ride like it's advertised on its side and in your literature. It's bone shaking on even the slightest uneveness in the road, and some interstates were in pretty bad shape. We could definitely feel it in the cabin. Some things arrived broken and I still haven't unpacked the computer

Much more efficient when you're trying to get things done! I called the Uhaul location first, Quick service once you get there to pick up your truck to get moving and no wasting time to drop it off.

I came in on a Sunday at 10 am .There were 12 people in line and only 2 people working,so the place needs more employees.

The customer service was SO SLOW it was ridiculous. For pickup it appeared one lady was mad at the other for not doing enough. Then at drop off 8 customers were in line and there appeared to be no hurry to get anything done. The one lady appeared to be totally clueless. The one guy seemed to be the only one with any sense of hurry about it. I would never tell anyone to go to this location again. Review you camera footage from about 45 minutes prior to my drop off time see the number of people in line and how slow the line moves.

It would be great if all locations were consistent in their hours of operation. For a first timer, this was a bit confusing, but staff was very helpful. I would definately use uhaul again if needed.
