I use Uhaul about once and sometimes twice a month. Yesterday i had placed a order to reserve a van and guess what no vans. Thank you again. It is so inconsistent about what to expect. More than half the time the mileage and the gas gauge is different then what the receipt says and of course never in my favor. Is it that hard to get this right. I have a possitive thing to say and that is a guy named DeAndre is a pleasure to deal with and of all the employees i have dealt with he is on pleasent and on the ball. My access code did not work as the system was down for months. It took 2 months to finally get an access card for after hours access to my unit, and well, that never worked either. Only able to access during office hours, and was told to deal with the loud alarms inside the building. I don't think this is an issue by the staff, but more so the higher echelon not fixing the problems in a timely manner. Not be rude to customers. When i book a trailer at this location, I expect my equipment to be there. Spent over an hour at the location from when i arrived at my pickup time only to be told there is no equipment for me and to pick another equipment at a more expensive price without any discount even though i was not at fault. Nothing against this place in particular. but I tried following the directions on your app for a truly contactless checkin and out experience. You have a long ways to go. Have to still go inside to get the keys from attendant. The location of the truck that was reserved was not specified. That would be helpful especially for large parking lots like this one. Was hard to find the truck tucked int he corner. I recommend for upcoming reservations you have someone park the truck out front close to entrance. Better customer experience. When I returned the truck I followed the directions on the app to a tee, but when I tried to find key lockbox for drop it was not easy, I had to go inside and the attndant asked me to drive the truck up to front to be cleaned, I said it was already as clean as when I took it the days earlier. Still I had to drive it back front and hand them the keys. Again the directions on your app do not coincide with your actual process. Needs to be worked on for a consistent customer experience.TED M.

I always use the location on Craig Rd and Commerce but there's a lady that has Poot customer service. This time I checked my bank account I had 2 charges from U-Haul the first one was correct and the second one was a charge for fuel charge and fuel service fee which it wasnt supposed to be charged from my card. I reserved a4X8 trailer but when I went to get it, they gave me a 5X8 and told me I was upgraded. I was charged for the 5X8 even though that's not what I ordered. I filled a complaint at the drop off location and still was charged more than I was quoted when I reserved the trailer. If you people know you won't have equipment when it's reserved, don't let us reserved it. I was stuck with a trailer that was too big for my needs and paid more than I should have based on what I reserved! I had to extend my uhaul four days over the original time frame because the battery kept dying. After one service call (waited over 2 hours and until after midnight with 3 kids) they didn't have a new battery to replace it with so this continued for 3 more days. We called the office over 10 times, waited on hold for over an hour each time. Ridiculous. Stranded my family is a very difficult time, not to mention in the 100 + degree heat. I was finally forced to buy my own set of jumper cables to get it to the storage and back to uhaul on the final day.Richard C.

The trailer has a recommended tongue weight of 220 to 440 pounds. How do you measure that? Our car auto-levels so measuring how far down the hitch pushes the car is somewhat meaningless. I asked two different reps of U-Haul and they had no idea. Our guess was incorrect and almost caused an accident. There should be a way.John M.
Make sure the truck that was reserved is there and I was told I wouldn't be charged for milage I was I was also told I wouldn't be charged for my drop off of after hours and I was. I received my uhaul trailer at on obscure location outside of Austin TX. The address on your company email was incorrect that business move down the road and where I picked up the trailer was in a pasture quarter mile from the rental office. There were two 6x12s I asked which one and backed and hooked the one he said. No inspection of the trailer brought it to rental office and was charged $10 for an electrical adapter for my 2009 Tahoe still no inspection offered no jack nor trailer jack. They allowed me to leave. I discovered two tire were rotten requiring me to pull into a real uhaul rental business on Slaughter Ln in Austin where an employee changed both bad tires. Appears to me the other place where I picked the trailer at was a repair or mechanic shop not a rental outlet you want advertising your company name. The manager was not very friendly nor his assistant down in the pasture waiting for me. They offered information about the trailer allowed me to leave with two bad tires. Scarlett,extra helpful patient professional, product knowledgeable, Ramona storage unit knowledgeable patient hand cleaned and sanitize my unit personally prior to my move ( general manager) very friendly personable seems very focused and driven on having a top notch facility, there was even a new gentleman didn't have a t-shirt yet had kind of a long beard I could tell underneath its mask very friendly tried his very best to help me get hooked up with a trailer hitch for my truck, having to make an appointment to get a hitch installed in no 24-hour access I'm only two disappointments, I rented U-Haul for 2 years on Boulder highway Henderson 24-hour access for a truck driver is a good thing to have, then we may be in and out of town and have to get inside that storage room to get things or move things in and out it just makes good sense. Last but not least once you're assigned a vehicle one of the courtesy clerks should go and get that vehicle and pull it up to the front for you just as if you were bringing it back, I had to go and get my own truck and was blocked in by another truck so I second trip up to the office to get someone to move that other truck wasn't really a big fan of that. We rented a truck to move our things out the storage unit which was due in 5 days. As we were loading the 26’ truck, we went back up to our unit only to find out Ramona an employee cleared out our unit without our authorization, she put a free tag on the unit and checked us out saying we turned the unit it. Now we have missing items. This was the most horrible experience. Not to mention when we went in the office bothered about what happened. That employee got in my face less than a foot away and started yelling in my face clapping her hands and I numerous Ku told her to step back and step back and she didn’t care. The assistant manager was standing right there and was quiet. As she kept acting like a lunatic I became irate and belligerent and thats when the assistant manager Dante Intervine, as he was talking she kept laughing and rolling her eyes, you can tell she didn’t care about her manager. Also, she stated she called us to ask if we were checking out which probes her integrity is off, I have my phone bill showing there is not on call made to my phone or the phone listed for that I tire time we were there. Everything was as expected until they told me where my storage unit was. I specifically reserved a first floor unit over a week in advance since the last time we used this place we were on the third floor all the way in the back of the facility. As soon as I completed the paperwork they told me my unit would be on the 2nd floor. I told the lady I reserved a 1st floor unit. She told me no 1st floor units were available.
