My storage unit was nice when I moved in but I just moved out September 8th and I couldn't see All my furniture in the back of the unit every thing under the sprinkler was ruined the water sprinkler had been leaking and it ruined my living room set, fireplace,, two stands I had for my displays of my collection of elephants and blankets comforters pillows all ruin my mattresses have water stains on them and I jhad just brought them brand new so I don't recommend anybody to go there I had a bad experience I ask for the manager to come and see the unit and they told me she was in a meeting but she was going to call me when she got out of the meeting I called her the next day and they said she was in another meeting but she knows about it but she still hasn't called me back yet I took pictures of some of my stuff I had to dispose of some of my stuff because of the mold.. I will never rent from them again.

I called the HQ location, & they did everything for me, to include the first month free, of storage, here in Las Vegas. I picked up at the Calhoun street location, in CA, & the representative there was amazing!! He was very professional, patient, knowledgeable, & extremely thorough, with details. My family can get loud, & he kept a very calm disposition, & helped make my life easier with the move. Much appreciated!! When I got to the Craig/ Commerce location U-Haul here in Las Vegas, they were amazing as well!!
