I arrived 45 mins late for pick-up and they had rented my reserved truck, without calling me after 15 mins of being late as their policy states to confirm if my reservation needed. They did give me a larger truck for the same price but, they required me to have it back in less than 24 hours / a day rental, as reserved. Overall the staff was professional and it was a easy process and I will use this location again...

Great Service
I have used UHAUL probably 7 times and I've never had poor customer service until this time. It took 3 weeks to get a refund. When I asked for a supervisor (more than once) they said "there wasn't one". My unit was robbed and the employees acted unconcerned. I was told "Ok" and the police were called. She then said they'd meet me by the locker. That was it. I then walked to the unit. Poor, poor customer service. I won't use them again or recommend them to anyone!!!

The people at Wrightsboro are excellent. The people at Broad St office are rude and I would advise anybody and everybody to avoid the place

One of the employees was indifferent to the fact that the cargo trailer I rented leaked so much rain water that my property was ruined. I asked her if she would take a look at the amount of water damage that occurred, and see the water still inside the trailer, but she refused to.
When you accept a reservation with an appliance dolly, make an attempt to have an appliance dolly for the customer. We chose this location specifically so we could get an appliance dolly, then they were sent out of state. Thanks

Ms. Gresham went above and beyond. She and her team did very well. They were helpful and did everything in a timely manner.

Mobile pick up was incredibly slow. Our pick up location was also changed from a much more convenient location to this one without our prior notification.
Customer Service could be better. When you have one guy installing a trailer hitch, another doing propane issue, & no-one behind the counter to take care of customer. Customer Service gets a (F) 3 people in line & no-one maintaining the office. Most men are punctual, and time matters. By me not getting the trailer at the reserved time it disrupted my schedule in which I had a 10 o'clock meeting.
Poor customer service
The employees that work this location seems to not know how to treat a customer on the phone and off. He was not respectful. I called to confirm reservations and the male with attitude said you will have to wait I am only person working desk with 4 people in line. So I will not use this location and I will advise other do not use this location. This male needs to be taught customer service.

Always good customer service and support
Employee training. Communication. Key was not left for vehicle I rented. No one available locally that could help. The van was left unlocked and dirty as if the employees were unaware it was being rented.
The truck sounded like it was going to blow up. The windshield was so dirty it was hard to see out of.
This people dont open on sunday. However the website let you reserve for sundays. I waited over 30 mins for this people to show up and they never did. Wasted my whole morning
Very accommodating especially as they rectified a cancelled reservation. (Late arrival due to a late flight to Augusta.)

On my paperwork, I was to go to the Broad Street location. At the Broad Street location, I was told I should be at Wrightsboro Road. So...off we went to Wrightsboro Road. Everything was fine there but that took abut 30 minutes of moving time. Not sure if I am going to get a correct credit back but I was charged 2 times for $77.53 and credited one time for $86.08. I think I am owed a credit for $8.55?? BUT otherwise..everything was great!!!
U-haul doesn't offer anything for the customer for everything we go though
Staff courteous and professional
I was surprised by the charge of an extra day when I returned the truck on Sunday morning. When I initially booked the truck there was no return time applied being that I was returning it to the same location in which I had rented it. Also the allotted mileage was not enough for the move, this wasn't a huge deal I was only over by 15-20 miles but I did inform the person when renting it that it was not enough. Just kind of disappointing in how things are handled and it seemed a little under handed.
This location should be the example for all locations. The staff is REMARKABLE! I've rented from there several times and I have always received friendly, knowledgeable and expedient service Everytime. Thank you!
Everything was excellent, maybe 99 cents is to high for miles
Location is in desperate need of a computer update - the computer was extremely slow. Took the computer about almost an hour to load all the pages to input my information. I also filled everything out for early check-in, but was still asked for all the same information when I arrived. You would think completing the early check -in would expedite getting the trailer. Staff was very nice and helpful though.
Was told that the truck would pull a trailer but get to the trailer and could not hook up to it because of the metal bar under the ball that was in the way so had to return the truck. Only had it for about 40-60 min. Ac only blow cold air if you were not push the gas down. So it was HOT the hole time.
Everything worked for me. The employees were very professional and courteous. Pleasant and helpful.
They were so helpful & did us a great favor in renting us a moving van at the last minute. We always rent our moving vans from this location!! I would highly recommend them for any moving needs!
The Trailer is well beyond its useful life. Rust up & down length of trailer. I specifically wanted enclosed trailer because rain was forecasted. The trailer leaked terribly. It leaked up front where water hits trailer most & it leaked at multiple places along lenth of the roof. There was so much water that entered the trailer I experienced water damage to 3 pieces of my furniture. One piece being brand new. Not to leave out how dangerous it is unloading heavy pieces from a trail with standing under furniture on aluminum flooring. Slipped several times moving items to back of trailer to be uploaded. All of this could have been avoided by U-Haul. Poor quality control & very poor decision keeping this trailer on the road. Its clear no local U-Haul store wants to take on the work needed for repairs on this old trailer. So they all just allow it to be shuffled from location to location with willful neglect of a very old trailer that leaks on customers belongings. Worse no one has made a responsible decision to take this trailer out of service. Warning if it looks old you will have issues so move on to different options.
Two middle age men were very nice and helpful. Older gentleman with glasses was very unprofessional and abrasive.
I would recommend this location to everyone.

Hard to say if the equipment was well maintained as the truck engine quit in KY. Hymond did get me a truck with lower miles 83000 compared to one with 150k on it. No one called me the night before to confirm the time of pickup. I had movers at the apt at 8:00 am. Did not get truck until 9:00. Was supposed to be ready at 7:00 am.
Great service, location, and support. Hyman was always great when I need something and explained everything. All the other staff is great at this location.
Don't move the reservation across town. Also train your staff at this location to communicate better and use processes. I was called multiple times after drop off and asked about the keys. I explained to them multiple times exactly who I handed off the keys too and what time.
The owner/manager was very helpful when he had the time and ability to provide assistance to customers. The other representatives, particularly the women at the desk, had bad attitudes, did not provide customer service in a timely fashion, and failed to address the needs of customers. This was my personal experience and the experience I observed other customers undergo. Additionally, the reps do not respond to the phone and often put customers on hold when they call in and never get back to them. I found this out when I called then saw this action when I went in store. Poor customer service is not worth the trip to this location.

Storage units were overpriced. When I rented the storage unit, I was not told gates closed at 5:00 pm and that I didn't have access. As a result, we were locked inside the gates for over 2 hours.
You may have more I don't know because I only had to deal with two employees Hymond and Thomas but these two guys are great at customer service and very friendly as well. Believe me coming from a sales manager for a fortune 500 company of many years you should be very proud to have these two gentleman represent your company. I also dealt with a lady on the phone who was very nice and a third gentleman the day I dropped of my rental and they were very pleasant.
It was difficult to communicate with the staff at 3363 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA 30909 location. I was constantly threatened over the phone live and via voicemail and in person about how I was stealing the truck and the police were notified by the agent at the store, who is no longer working there. The person who arranged my rental before her convenient departure said her cell phone was turned off for weeks thus I could not inform her continuously. I also had sent an email but received no reply to that either. She misinformed me and my truck was taken back by the new staff without my knowledge. Now I have no possessions which were put into storage without my knowledge or my permission. I owe money for holding to the truck for too long while I have no personal property except the clothes on my back. A few days ago, I visited the store to find out what happened to the truck. The property that I parked the truck on and the police had no information. Sharon Gresham was allegedly not working that day but was giving instructions to her employee to relate to me. She was not willing to work with me yet I was told that if I told the store what was going on they could have helped. I called customer service and their reaction was the same. Everyone claimed it was not their choice but that UHAUL demanded it that it should be handled this way. I told the store staff everything from day 1 including where the truck was and that I was waiting to move into my unit but the complex I am moving into had an ownership change so it took longer than expected. The tenant in the unit I will move into was evicted and it added 30 additional days for the vacancy and a few weeks more for the repairs. I was accused of abandoning the truck but I did not do any such thing since my entire household was in it. It was a series of manipulative transactions which could have been prevented but nobody offered me any help and I will never recommend UHAUL to anyone.

I will have to check my account. I was charged a service when I specifically stated I was not interested in receiving. When I called back, the gentleman stated he didn’t know why that figure appear
I did not even get a contract for my storage facility nor a key. One lady was rude. They did not close out my account When I moved out and charged for an extra month
Older storage facility. For the price, I expected the doors not to be damaged or rusty. The staff/mgr was not necessarily friendly or helpful when I asked questions.
Customers don't matter here, especially that hitch guy.

Difficult to get in contact by phone, would always go to a remote location. Other then that everything was good.

Great customer service
I had to change my reservation multiple times and they were very accommodating. Great service. I was also able to get my Ubox earlier than expected.
Helpful staff makes all the difference.
Need to do a better job sealing outside units so dust and pollen don't cover everything in unit
I rented from U-Haul for the past two years. I had no issues with break ins or damages regarding my belongings. Very busy location, only downfall that I disagree with is you cannot park lot.
