The mileage charge was prepaid at the time the truck was picked up. It was not verified upon return of the vehicle and there was no refund for unused mileage.

My rental experience started just fine,for the truck and a dolly paid, when I arrived in Waynesboro, and open the truck, to my surprise there was no dolly, I called back, the put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. I called C.S. and for over 3hrs they tried to find a location close to me, in the end I wound up having to drive back to Augusta, wasted over 4hrs,and it set me back a whole day. I'm not a happy camper, C.S. did say I would be compensated for the lost time and hassle, but I had to wait till I got to my final destination. When I got to Bastrop Tx, Mark said he couldn't do anything for me because it was a pre-paid transaction and to wait on the GM to respond to my situation,gave me his card and said to contact him if I didn't get a response. Now I'm waiting on the GM

I would like to compliment the young lady who rented the van to me. In front of me was man who less than pleasant and began almost every sentence negatively and tried to make entire process negative. She handled the situation very professionally and patiently. She handled my situation even better. I found the staff to be very well trained and cooperative.

Call center misquoted a storage building from the start after telling her I had a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. I went to the storage facility on broad at in Augusta Ga and was told my belongings wouldn't fit and I'd have to take it up with the wrightboro rd office with Mrs. Sharon. After I was told that a 10x10 would be more like what I needed. So I had to leave my belonging overnight at wrightboro rd location I found the lock unlocked when I checked on it today after sitting there all night . And I know I locked it . So today I showed up And miss Sharon was not there. After talking to customer service they told me what they had available and I had to end up going down to Broad Street location to speak to Jeff . He was not there either. They said he was out due to surgery and Howard was the next one in line who is off today. So I spoke with Marquiss and two of his work partners at the Biad at location and they could not help me either after being walked around and shown units that would not work. He began tell me that he had nothing available in that I would have to wait for Howard in the morning . Customer service did extend my rental out however I'm still stuck without a place to put my things and I have to be out by tomorrow evening . Terrible experience and don't know what to do about it. As I am still stranded without a storage unit With a truck full of stuff and nowhere to put it . Please advise asap time is running slim Thanks Sean Rewis 706-836-4521 cell

Lady was very helpful when I told her the pickup location did not stay open later then others and had to pick up earlier. When told I didn't know if I could get it here during the 24 hour window they worked with me on my time frame. I didn't need the extra time but if I did they were good with it.

Make sure you rent the customer what he ordered. The equipment I received was different from that confirmed in the reservation, but the clerk didn't even notice or inform us of the change.

This location sucks. We picked up our truck early and they recommended we load it and come back for the auto port later. Excellent idea. Except we came back and they had no recollection of us in the system and said they had no auto ports except broken ones. They sent us to another location...thanks for wasting our time, uhaul gas and miles. And even worse they sent us in a horrible truck that obviously wasn't inspected. Less than two hours into our move from GA to PA the tire tread blew. Fragments came back and hit my car (not the one in tow) and peirced my AC line. Lost my AC in the middle of July. Then the actual tire blew and we had to safely navigate to a safe place to call for roadside. I can't believe how badly this location treated us and that they sent us on a cross country move in such an unsafe truck...

The lady I dealt with had zero personality & I felt like she could care less about my needs. Very flat affect. I rented a truck on Memorial Day weekend & had a good experience. Rented one this weekend & out was awful. When I showed up to get the truck they had only made the reservation for 24 hours...which I wouldn't have flee since we were moving 2 families & she just really didn't give a hoot!!! So got that truck back in a little more than 4 hours & got a smaller one only to be informed that I had 24 hours & NO more or I would be charged $150 for being late. When I questioned if I got any leaway for having the first truck back so fast she informed me that some people rent the truck for an hour & pay the full price. We moved 2 families over the last 3 days. My nephew had a GREAT experience at a different location & paid a little less for his 26ft. Truck that be kept 3 days. I'll use that location when we move my mother next month. Precious should NOT be dealing with the public!!!!

When I first came the man didn't know how to complete my order. He look way too long, he actually had to get some one else to help him. And then when I brought it back the lady who check me out was rude, she was talking on her cell phone and ignoring my questions and concerns.

Rude employees had 3 different people waiting on me and no professional service at all each person stated i had to do something different to get car hauler once car hauler hooked up then it can unattached once drove car on hauler. before then i get reservations to a store that was closed out in grovetown 15miles out and did not get any type of discount for my time and trouble and gas. This is not good and i will pass the work about this experience. we would you put a customer thur something like this and not give some type of discount or work of sorry.

Staff was not friendly. Completely disregarded any customer service. Looked like they hated their job. Truck smelled like smoke. Hope to never have to use u haul again.
