Everything was fine, but we could not pull out the pull walk-up. We had two men and we needed this. Because we couldn't pull it out we broke the piece. So we didn't get to move we had to trash it. We are asking for a refund of $51.90. Thank you!

Timing seems to be an issue with people only prioritized by there place in the line, not whether you had an appointment or were there to replace a vehicle that was not functioning properly! I waited for nearly 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment! I observed a family that came in with a vehicle that had a mechanical issue, and there was no method to accelerate there being taken care of! Clearly, the website appointments were not a big deal, nor the fact that a damaged vehicle reported to uhaul site meant anything to operations observed!

U-haul representatives treat EVERYONE from different race and ethnicity the same! I am hoping upper management from different races can hold training to "owners."

Great service! Gave a military discount and an extra two days sine they recognized we had three little kids and traveling long distance in the allotted time frame was probably unrealistic. Really great experience!

I reserved my uhaul rental from 7 pm Friday until 7 pm Saturday. The lady at the counter told me that I had to return it by 3 pm and if I we're more than a minute late it would cost me $150. She said I only reserved it until 3 pm and then I showed her my confirmation email that said until 7 pm and was told that they didn't have any control over those things and it was due back at 3 pm because it was going out again at 3 pm. I asked why I was not notified of this and she told me that it wasn't her issue and that i could contact the uhaul traffic coordinator but that I needed to have my rental back by 3 pm. So I stayed up all hours of the night to get my rental done and returned by 3 pm. And then when I returned it at 2:30 pm it took at least 15 minutes to be acknowledged for my return as the single person in the return department was busy filling up propane tanks and helping another who pulled in the parking lot with a trailer after me

The experience was great until I was charged twice for my rental. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I was informed that I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. The concept of charging people twice for one rental is absurd. Delaying a refund for something that has already been paid in full can be really detrimental to some people and this policy needs to be changed immediately.

Rep had me climb into smoldering hot trailer to restack pads I was provided no way to secure originally (I folded them already after my unload). It was 94 degrees today with a 103 index. 142 mile trip, 80% of which was highway miles resulted in $55 of gas to refuel to what I originally started with.

Very professional and helpful.

When dropping off the truck early the employee stated that the ‘gas was below what we got it at’ when it in fact was not but after moving in almost 100 degree weather I was HOTT and tired and ready to go home. I waited 4 minutes inside before someone who was sitting on a stack of boxes playing with her phone finally decided to walk behind the counter to assist me. On my way back out of the door I stopped by the truck to compare my receipt to the actual gas gauge in the truck and the original employee who checked the truck back in did not accurately record it- thus causing my fine. In the future “on the line between halfway and 3 quarters of a tank” should mean just that and not ding me with a unnecessary penalty because of someone else’s negligence and inability to read gauges properly. Uhaul should use only 4 markings as gauge readings- full, 3/4, half or empty- to reduce any further confusion. If the gas gauge should have more gas than when originally rented that should be made clear with the rental agreement.

The vehicle was running rough and the engine light was on. I was afraid at one point it would put me down and customer service wasn’t very friendly.. Other than that.. the location was clean and convenient.

Great service. I have used this location before, and will use it again no matter where I live in town.
