Lewis was very rude and disrespectful. He called me the following day and instead of listening he hung up in my face. The young lady called back afterwards and attempted to rectify the situation. He was dismissive upon my initial arrival telling me to talk to the lady, he don’t know why online rents trucks that aren’t there. He was rude from the jump and seemed angry about a company system , taking it out on me the customer/consumer.

Great experience with both locations. Employees were very friendly and helpful. My only concern with both locations was that employees were using personal cell phones to check in and check out customers. When asked why they were using Presonal equipment, both locations stayed the the system provided by Uhaul was to slow and does not work properly most of the time which makes chk in and out longer inconvenienting the customers. While I do appreciate the employees initiative to making my process easier, I believe that it is Uhual corporation responsibility to ensure locations have the mean and support in protecting customers information. Due to the amount of Personal identity information (PII) involed, it is a security risk to customers personal data and it seems inappropriate to use personal cellphone to conduct business with customers.

Wrightsboro rd staff was rude and had poor customer service. He smell like marijuana and refuse to show me how to use the equipment. I should have waited for Gordon hwy was open. I will never go here again

It was a really disorganized place. You have to wait in the reservation line no matter what you come in the building for. It took so long for me to get to the register when I came in to get my trailer hooked up, I had to change my moving plans or I was going to lose my movers. I was overcharged. The truck went over bumps really hard, like the shocks were no good. They need to have separate lines for new reservations, prepaid reservations, and other services.

Have more persons working in the busy morning time when it’s busy with customers picking up vehicles. Suggestion: provide a rental credit if truck is retuned with more gas than taken out with.

Very friendly and very easy to work with when needing rentals ASAP and allowing for an extra day of use for a very fair price. The truck 15 size Uhaul was easy for me to drive. The 2 different sized Dolly were excellent for heavy and large items. Additionally, the sturdy loading ramps extend long enough to bridge over stairs making the move easier and more time efficient. Thank you!

Good experience, no negative issues



The staff needs to let the customer know that the dolly and blankets in the truck will cause an additional charge if they are used. If I had known that prior I would have asked the staff to remove them so I could have the extra space. To me this is deception on your part. I also feel the "environmental fee" is deception. Why isn't that stated up front and what it is for? The staff at this location was very good. It is U Haul policy that I have issues with. I would recommend this location but I would also include what I found regarding your hidden fees and policy.
