With all the trouble i had to just get the truck and the tow dolley. I would never recommend anyone use uhual period. I had to go to 3 different locations call support multiple times just to get the truck and tow dolley. As well as there were several times. Where the price was raised and i had to call and complain multiple times about it. If i wasnt pressed for time. Id of honestly canceled and went with a different company all together.

Location was okay. Scheduling group/team/officer was horrible. Makes me wonder if I will ever rent from you again. Agent who took my call was more interested in getting me a location that was close rather than one that was OPEN. I was sent a reservation to pick up 2.5 hours later and when I arrived it was closed. I called back - another agent said my reservation had been moved - but there was no call, text or email to me. So I drive 30 minutes in another direction to pick up trailer. It took longer to sort this mess than to complete my task and no one I spoke to ever cared that someone really screwed up.

As I walked up to desk, the girl sitting there was scowling, not at all welcoming. Then after I arrived home, she called asking me to return because I was given the wrong trailer. I pointed out that I had already loaded the trailer & my truck-- plus she made NO comment about my time & gas to return!! Then she left me on hold saying they were "trying to figure it out". I called back & told them to call me but NOT to leave me on hold. I never got a return call. VERY unprofessional.

I was told to go to Gordon Highway because they had the space that I needed. I get there and they don’t have no storage at all the staff called customer service and the customer service representative made me a reservation at another location father than I was looking for. I rode around looking for the storage office for a hour. Called and called and got no where had to go to another location yet again and luckily I was able to get a unit there. Even though the space was too small.

I received average customer experience while returning the one way rental. Many things went poorly. However, the one that stood out. While at the customer counter, (Sharon) I believe was her name provided poor service. I was in the process of getting a free 1 month storage unit that Uhaul graciously provided. She began to ask for alternate contact names, number and additional address. I was puzzled by the requested information as this information was given at time of rental. During one point of this conversation: (Sharon), stated " There is a storage company next door, that may not require as much information that I am requesting. You can try them if you like " Needless to say, I didn't make a switch to another company due to time constraints. My suggestion to this location. Do Better!

The staff was friendly and helpful with what they had to work with but the gate situation needs big improvement. The key cards do not work so it is not convenient to get locked in the gate or have to go during business hours to get in for our belongings. You should also have a pin code available which I was never given. I'm not sure why they have 24 hours on the building when it is not open 24 hours. The hours are 7 am to 8 pm.

Whoever the guy is that runs the wrightsboro rd store in Augusta ga, is horrible. I called twice for an extension and he threatened me if I didn’t return the truck and refused to extend it. My wife called the 1800 number to get it extended. But he called and was threatening me on the 9/14 when I had reservations until 9/15 to return the truck or he would call the cops and report it stolen. All I was doing is trying to move. Because of his actions I definitely would never recommend U-Haul. Worst experience I’ve ever seen in my life.

I will never use this facility again. After 10 years of trucks and storage i must say this was the worst experience ever. I will never use Uhaul again. Not only was the staff here rude and unprofessional especially the GM but the pbone reps were rude too. I never knew how rude they were because this was the first time i had an issue.

I have used UHAUL probably 7 times and I've never had poor customer service until this time. It took 3 weeks to get a refund. When I asked for a supervisor (more than once) they said "there wasn't one". My unit was robbed and the employees acted unconcerned. I was told "Ok" and the police were called. She then said they'd meet me by the locker. That was it. I then walked to the unit. Poor, poor customer service. I won't use them again or recommend them to anyone!!!

The owner/manager was very helpful when he had the time and ability to provide assistance to customers. The other representatives, particularly the women at the desk, had bad attitudes, did not provide customer service in a timely fashion, and failed to address the needs of customers. This was my personal experience and the experience I observed other customers undergo. Additionally, the reps do not respond to the phone and often put customers on hold when they call in and never get back to them. I found this out when I called then saw this action when I went in store. Poor customer service is not worth the trip to this location.

Storage units were overpriced. When I rented the storage unit, I was not told gates closed at 5:00 pm and that I didn't have access. As a result, we were locked inside the gates for over 2 hours.

You may have more I don't know because I only had to deal with two employees Hymond and Thomas but these two guys are great at customer service and very friendly as well. Believe me coming from a sales manager for a fortune 500 company of many years you should be very proud to have these two gentleman represent your company. I also dealt with a lady on the phone who was very nice and a third gentleman the day I dropped of my rental and they were very pleasant.

It was difficult to communicate with the staff at 3363 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA 30909 location. I was constantly threatened over the phone live and via voicemail and in person about how I was stealing the truck and the police were notified by the agent at the store, who is no longer working there. The person who arranged my rental before her convenient departure said her cell phone was turned off for weeks thus I could not inform her continuously. I also had sent an email but received no reply to that either. She misinformed me and my truck was taken back by the new staff without my knowledge. Now I have no possessions which were put into storage without my knowledge or my permission. I owe money for holding to the truck for too long while I have no personal property except the clothes on my back. A few days ago, I visited the store to find out what happened to the truck. The property that I parked the truck on and the police had no information. Sharon Gresham was allegedly not working that day but was giving instructions to her employee to relate to me. She was not willing to work with me yet I was told that if I told the store what was going on they could have helped. I called customer service and their reaction was the same. Everyone claimed it was not their choice but that UHAUL demanded it that it should be handled this way. I told the store staff everything from day 1 including where the truck was and that I was waiting to move into my unit but the complex I am moving into had an ownership change so it took longer than expected. The tenant in the unit I will move into was evicted and it added 30 additional days for the vacancy and a few weeks more for the repairs. I was accused of abandoning the truck but I did not do any such thing since my entire household was in it. It was a series of manipulative transactions which could have been prevented but nobody offered me any help and I will never recommend UHAUL to anyone.

I rented from U-Haul for the past two years. I had no issues with break ins or damages regarding my belongings. Very busy location, only downfall that I disagree with is you cannot park lot.
