MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE SINCE I RENTED THE BOXES HAS NOT BEEN GREAT. THE FIRST TIME I HIRED A MOVING COMPANY THAT NEVER SHOWED UP WHEN I ASKED TO GET THE BOXES DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE THEY SAID THEY COULD ONLY OFFER ME THAT OPTION BY HIRING A MOVING COMPANY WHICH WAS THE LAST THING I WANTED TO DO. I HAD TO RENT ONE OF YOUR TRUCKS TO DO A SELF-DELIVERY AND WHEN WE GOT TO THE LOCATION, ANOTHER COMPANY HAD TAKEN MY CONTAINERS BECAUSE YOUR TEAM PUT THEM ON THE WRONG PLATFORM. AS I MENTIONED BEFORE, IT WAS NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND I HOPE I DON'T HAVE TO USE YOUR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.ADRIANA P.

The staff does not have good customer service. They are lazy and on their phones. The lot is never plowed or salted. The vehicles are never cleaned off of snow and their staff does not have the proper tools to do so.ALEXANDER R.

The check in and check out process were terrible online. U-Haul's website server crashed so many times and made the experience terrible. Then tried to call the 800 number, but there was a 20+ minute wait. The truck itself also needed air in the tires and the check engine light was on.BENJAMIN G.

I had a good experience yesterday when I needed to rent a 20 footer truck in the last minute the lady in the desk Elizabet Pawlikowski helped me out to get a truck within 5 minutes we just exchanged some info and that was it!! Great easy and fast thanks.. I wish they had the same service on the 2020 n. Ashland location they never answer my calls.... Thanks Uhaul I will definitely back to the uhaul location on 3250 n kedzie uhaul if I need a truck again!!...JULIO S.

Original pickup location was at a gas station at North/Western. Truck was not there when I arrived, and the number provided at the location did not work. uHaul customer service kept repeating there were two trucks there, when very clearly they were not. When I dropped off the truck in Denver, the location I was given to drop off to was locked, and the contact number unreachable. I had to leave the truck by the side of the road, and take the equipment (dollies, furniture pads) with me to return to a different location as I wasn't comfortable leaving them in an unlocked truck. Overall I will not be using uHaul again - very poor experience overall.RACHEL T.

We reserved a 20ft Truck. Were told the day before our move that it was not available but a 15ft one was. I expressed my concerns that it was too small and reserved a 26ft that the agent said was available. When we picked up the truck on moving day, we were told that only a 15ft unit was available. It was not big enough and we had to go to another U-Haul location at the last minute and rent an additional truck. This increased our price overall and delayed us half of a day. NEVER rent from this facility. They do not have the systems in place to rent you what you ask for!TRUMAN T.

I was not able to get the key out of the lock box after hours (it was 7:30pm). I waited 35 minutes on the phone to speak with a representative, while standing in the cold, who then gave me numerous other codes to try and still the lock box would not open. I jiggled it and reset the keys until my hands were numb. I did NOT get it open so I could not rent the UHaul, so I wasn't able to pick up my furniture and the furniture then was sold to someone else! ALSO, I still have not received my refund and it has been over a week now (8 days, 6 business days.) I will never rent from UHaul again.Isaac P.

The door was dented and was difficult to open, and there was some minor trash in the cab, but these were the only small issues in an otherwise excellent, extremely good Uhaul experience. They really helped me out with the Roadside assistance, and it felt like every member of the Uhaul team I interacted with sincerely cared about my goals and concerns.Benjamin C.
I was not done with my move and I needed an extra day with the truck. U haul extended my contract for one more day they even gave me a discount for fueling the gas more than the level it was supposed to be. No contact pickup was quite difficult, requiring multiple references or a passport. Not knowing I needed this information prior to arriving on site, in the cold, on a bicycle was supremely frustrating. Fortunately, I there was not a line when I went into the office to pickup a van.Douglas P.

Despite some process glitches which caused the whole pick-up part of the event go exceedingly long - I give my experience top marks due to the deligince, thoughtfulness and professionalism from the U-Haul personnel helping me through the process. the truck smell a lot like cigarettes, it didn't have the full tank as i was told when i paid and the milage was inaccurate too. also, my short usage became almost $100 which is 5 times what gets advertised and i didn't expect thatQUINN H.

I didnt realize about the disarming the unit at first so that was confusing but overall I have had three different storage units in three different companies and this was absolutely the most secure for my garbage lol. The staff was amazing they are very fun and make great jokes. That hill at the front is a bit treacherous but i made it up fine with out any damage to my garbage. I also rented the biggest Uhaul truck I have ever driven there and that was very intimidating but i made it back safely. Great experience thanks for holding my crap!patrick s. | Overall Experience

The customer service was great especially Charles I came all the way from Indiana state they made me feel so comfortable like I was home. As soon I arrived my truck was ready.
