One of our boxes was never shipped. However, I want to note that when the error was noticed when we arrived in Maine, the general manager of this location was extremely helpful.

While the original pick up from this location was smooth, our Uboxes were shipped incorrectly and returned to the site, where they sat for a week without the staff knowing the boxes were there. The site did not communicate this until we reached out to them. If you use this site, be sure to reach out proactively to confirm and check in on your things. Amber, the manager, is very helpful and kind, so be sure to direct any problems to her.

I was told to drop off at any of three location nearby at my pick up location . first location did not accept drop off then i had to go to another location to drop off . it was waste of time .

Service was slow, no clear signs or instructions on app/web app checkout method. Its not clear that the driver is supposed to return the car to the return lane since there isn't any clear signage for it. I rented a dolly and furniture pad and nobody pointed out where to get them. I thought they were in the vehicle but they were not. Took much too long to return the vehicle even though I did the app return method because I couldn't locate the key drop box or anyone to take my keys. Van had trash in it when I picked it up.

The customer service at the Obama street location was absurd. Everyone was nice but nobody could locate my boxes and they put me on hold for twenty minutes and I had to call many times over three days to schedule a pick up and to figure out where my boxes were.

This was an easy place to leave truck HOWEVER this was the second location we had to drive to. I was first given an address of 6108 W. Pico Blvd to drop off my Haul (after hours) and that was not accessible-it was almost impossible to find, no one was there when we did find it and the gate was locked. After a long distance move of driving all day-you can imagine that was frustrating. I called U-haul and they didn't know why either so that was like another hour on to our long day! The rep was helpful to give us this address and this facility was easy-peasy. My advice it to always pick up and drip off at U-HAUL centers. Overall a GREAT experience though and I was always recommend U-Haul!!!

Facility was so small and completely disorganized. I had told them a week in advance that I needed my ubox for access. When I got there they had to pull it from the back, taking up a good portion of time. When we came back for another load, trucks were blocking access. When I returned my truck, I had to return it to a neighboring business because a semi was blocking the entrance. The manager told me I was good to go and that she would close out my truck return. FOUR HOURS later someone called me that the business complained about my truck being in their parking lot and uhaul acted as they weren’t aware that I turned in my keys. Just an overall unprofessional, anxiety inducing experience.

PLEASE improve your customer service. Service was slow, the reps were rude and people were standing in line because the reps were late to work. This is a high volume area and people show feel valued as a customer.

Was confusing to try to pick up with the mobile/online system because it directed us to a truck that had been given to someone else already. So we ended up having to get help from the on-site staff anyway. But returning with the mobile/online system was easy and straightforward.

I think I left a pair of sunglasses in the truck and I’ve been trying to contact the location for the past two days. Nobody has reached out to follow up or contact me. A little ridiculous.

Everything was smooth about loading and shipping. Then, there was a complete mix up with delivering my box. I hired moving help to deliver and unload my box at 1pm on Sunday, 9/1. When I called to confirm, they had no record of it. Therefore, I had to rebook on the day of my delivery. I scheduled it for 4pm and no one showed up until 6pm. Then there was only on guy!

People were rude. When I called to let uhaul know I was returning a bit late I was told there might be a charge. Is your advertising misleading. I thought the $29.95 I paid was for a full day. My reservation was for 8 and I didn't get my truck until 9 I requested an appliance dolly and was told the one in my truck was reserved for someone else. Overall, my experience was poor and I will not recommend uhaul. I will, however, post my experience on Yelp to save someone else the stress on an already stressful day.

Probably the worst customer experience I ever had. Every employee was rude not to me but every other customer in line and seemed to want to purposely waste everyone’s time. It seemed like they all were in on not working that day and being lazy or trying to make it difficult for every customer. For some reason the lady with the braids had a hard time knowing anything going with simple things like adding a dolly on. I witnessed another customer buying boxes and it took 10 mins for a simple transaction. Definitely writing a yelp review too. I’ve been to better uhaul locations. If you don’t like your job ok but you do not need to take it out on others and purposely ruin others day because you’re miserable. Another example your employee told ya to check in online and go to our car but we still needed to go back in and get the keys. So our uhaul is stuck in between another uhaul and we can’t get out. We ask another employee for help and they tell us to go to the front when he has a Wallis talkie in his ear. Common sense would be to walkie talkie your coworker to move a truck. We asked him twice. It was ridiculous I don’t write reviews like this. Thanks for your time - avoiding this location at all costs

Train your personnel to have some sense of customer service. Im referring to the asswhole that called the 2bd day. The original person that assisted me was great.

Amber was very professional and went the extra mile to give good service! She not only did it for me but I noticed she every customer where they were at and tried to deliver a hassle free experience while still remaining pleasant and all while multitasking and being very expedient. Amazing!!

Kept us waiting for 4 hours to do a move into a storage space from a Ubox. This was understandable since I did not have an appointment, but the staff kept disappearing. One was socializing next door

Technology can often cause problems that we humans can not control... i.e security software refused to let me enter(as it was supposed to)before office official was open...But staff was awesome...
