I had some issues with the truck they sent two or three service guys out to fix the problem and it took 24 hrs for it to be fixed which caused me to miss work and fall behind with the move but the battery issues was fixed and I was able to finish the move made me a day late with returning the truck but I hope Uhaul’s accommodates me !!!!!
Tanya H | First ImpressionsCustomer service was great when we called as we arrived late, however, the move-in lacked instructions regarding sign in with code so we set off the alarm. We tried to call but could not talk with anyone since after hours. Luckily, we found someone coming in also late who explained you must register your unit with the keypad then sign in the door code as well. The other issue was that we called to make sure we were on the first floor but they didn’t tell us we had a first floor -second shelf unit that required stairs. It made moving some items extremely difficult. We would have chosen another/bigger unit if we had known but again it was after office hours so we could not change.

It was clean, well lit and moving equipment was available. I cleaned out my storage, took a photo a day early. It was easy and smooth. I recommend this location.

TANNER S | Online Move InManager, Sandra Romo is THE best. She provides great customer service! Both at move in and move out and truck. From logistics to paying. She is smart, thinks ahead and is calming even when something doesn’t work. Only issue was some liquid in side of storage unit floor that may have leaked in from unit next door. Sandra addressed it and no damage to our things.
