I had requested a furniture dolly, but one was not available when I went to pick up the U-Haul. Knowing stock for additional supplies at a specific location is just as important as knowing the availability of U-Haul vehicles.

The staff was rude, the person checked my drivers license for about 10 minutes thinking it was fake. Instead of explaining to me more about things like, how to do the after hours drop off. Also, your App for After Hours drop off flat out didn't work. I tried the App. The web on my phone. for 45 minutes. It would not load. You need to fix this if you expect people to use it. Im actually livid and will probably never use Uhaul ever again.

Overall experience is good. What I don't like is the wait time. Both times I called I had to wait over 5 minutes, I kept the vehicle longer than what I had originally agreed to and didn't like the person calling about the truck. This person lacked professionalism.

The woman at the service desk was quite possibly the worst kind of person to have dealing with customers. Not only did she verbally state how good she was at her job while simultaneously screwing up my contract, she kept telling people she was 'quick at her job' and that everyone should just relax and be patient in a somewhat disgruntled manner. Thankfully, the manger was able rectify the screw-up she directly caused, but the ensuing delay of an hour had numerous knock-on effects to my move (e.g. reserved parking lost because I was an hour late getting to the spot, reserved freight elevator lost due to being late to meet the attendant, etc.) Making my moving experience all the more painful and difficult due to one terrible employee and her misguided attitude and self-righteousness. Also, it was the 1st of the month, a common moving day, yet there was basically a skeleton staff trying to handle the store.

The truck should be set up before the appointment time. I also paid for a dolly and never received a dolly.

Do not send reservation confirmations with a time if you do not honor it. I incurred costs for my reservation being pushed back 1 hour, with no notice at all and had to pay my movers and extra hour due to this delay. Very disappointed

Aggressive Staff (probably due to being peak moving season I will admit) - and terrible process to return vehicle. Was told that I could only check in online or with "Jessica" who was out for 30 min on break? I tried checking the car back in online however website would not let me check out without "sharing location". This was not possible however without wifi and staff would not provide wifi code. Ultimately the online checkin was not an option so I waited in line 25 min to be told there was nothing I could do but wait for this mysterious Jessica... me and 15 other folks as well. I was told if i left my keys in my car I would be charged for the full price of the vehicle as if it were stolen. This was a hostage situation. I left the keys in the car, the tank had been filled and I made a point to wave to the security cameras so they would know I was not leaving with the truck - might have flipped the bird - apologies but it was needed at that point. Terrible situation overall - will rent elsewhere unless "Jessica" tells me otherwise.

Baldwin Hills is a joke. The customer service people are rude, have superiority complexes and just not customer friendly. They purposely checked my van in tow hours after o returned it to get another day for it - not going to work, I’m going strait to BBB, and every review site I can find and trash u-haul. Oh, and I work in social media, so really good at it.

The intake representative was not welcoming, had condescending tone, and made me want to use different location. However, the workers who brought the vehicle and checked in the return were quite friendly and professional. Had I not met them, I would not want to use this location again.

Was given the wrong keys to the U-Haul. Truck would not restart after I turned it off and had to be delivered the correct key.
