I was overcharged for mileage and have been calling for weeks now to get refunded and still having issues. Please do not put on the final contract that you have refunded a customer in cash if you have indeed not refunded them.

While the employees at this location did all they could, the process was not quick and easy. After my long wait, I was told my reservation couldn't be fulfilled because they didn't have a 15' truck and had to take a 10' foot one. Then because my move caused more trips/time, I tried to call and let your team know that I needed more time with it but was stuck on hold for 30 mins. After another call, I was able to connect with someone and the allowed us to keep the truck till 7:30am. Finally, when I got my bill, the final charge was supposed to be $101.75 but I was charged $79.44 and $53.36. I haven't gotten any communication that I will be getting the $31 difference back.


I got charged an extra day. When I was apparently on camera returning it the same day I rented the trailer. Would not recommend this location.

The truck was not accessible. I had to be sent to another store for a different truck, which cost me two hours and then put my move into the teeth of Los Angeles rush hour traffic. This error doubled the time of my move. I was told I would be contacted by Uhaul to resolve the situation, and that has not happened.

Again, was referred to a location that was closed and had to find a different drop off location my self.

Scheduling system was off. Email confirmation said my rental was at a location I chose but when I got there they told me i was at the wrong location. Then the truck they gave us had empty boxes and trash in the back still and had not been checked. Who knows if it had been sterilized following the previous users but we had our own cleaning supplies so it was fine. Staff did come out to remove the boxes and they were nice.

I had reserved a 10' Truck and the website said my reservation was guaranteed and that I would get $50 off if it wasn't honored. I got there and it turns out they didn't have the Truck I needed and I had to take a van instead that ended up being more expensive because of the insurance than the truck I had gotten in the first place

I had reserved the UHaul for another location (Tabor/Motor), and a few minutes before it was due fo pick up, I got an "update" changing the pick up location to the Obama Blvd one, which was 3 miles away and, as I don't have a car, it was really inconvenient and had to take public tranist to get there (something I would have rather avoided, specially during this pandemic), and delayed all my day.

I've been doing business with the Obama Blvd. location for going on 3 months now and I have experienced nothing but professionalism And courtesy! The GM Amber has been so knowledgeable and welcoming that coming here would be my first choice again if needed!! You also have a super person at the front desk name Diamond who handled and delivered our services from renting a truck to setting up future reversations

The manager and the staff do not put customers as a priority. While a staff member was helping me, him and the manager were having a full blown conversation in her office about a bug that was in there. I felt that was rude considering I could hear everything. They also did not allow me a one way truck even though I made the reservation. To me, it feels like the reservation system is pointless. The truck they gave me was not clean and there were used masks in the cabin.

Better experience than last time. However, the windshield was really dirty, the truck should be power washed. You need a bigger sign for the key drop off. Ab better idea for self-service would be a vending machine concept, you enter a code it scans a customer's face and matches the driver's license and the key is provided. I feel like there are never enough people working at your location, and it's never clear where to leave a truck. Still better than last time. I will use this location in the future.


Charged gas yet I returned the truck with the gas filled. Hard to communicate with.

The layout of the facility is so poorly designed that it is nearly impossible to move around. People park in the way of passage and block the in and out lanes. A separate parking area for cars is needed to make the truck lot accessible.

Everything. Website/Reservations system. Customer service. Location setup. Rude agents. Arrived at time of reservation. 4 people in line and one agent at counter. Attempted checking in online. Got as far as page where I should have received key code, but never received one, so had to get back in line (only one agent at counter and 6 people in line now). At my turn (35 mins later), agent tells me my truck just went out and doesn't have anymore. Tells me to step to the side and helps another customer and tells him the same thing w/o explanation. Then calls “next!” and I have to announce myself so she doesn't forgot about me. Proceeds to then say “oops” here's another one for you. As I walk away, I specifically ask if I can leave my vehicle parked in a certain area and she confirms so. I go to my truck which I have to look for by # like an Easter egg hunt, only to find it parked behind 2 others, so have to wait for them to be moved. Finally leaving and as I experienced on the way in, there is only one lane in and out. Within that same lane is where the returns are performed, so I am stuck waiting for an agent who is mopping down 2 trucks. Once done, he proceeds to address me with his voice raised in an evidently aggressive manner and threatens to have my car towed if I leave it there as if he had given me a previous warning. I try to reply letting him know that his colleague told me otherwise and he raised his voice even more so and got even more aggressive. My good friend prompted me to ignore him, we took my car and brought it back home instead. Now, close to an hour later, we are finally pulling out of the establishment. If this is they type of experience you deem “normal” then by all means, don't waste your time or mine doing anything about this and I'll just make sure to never use your services again. Once all said and done and considering the rip off UHaul actually is, to put up with that kind of service is insane.

Tight and crowded parking lot. Truck was dirty and not parked where instructed and I had to walk around to try and find it (no assistance on the lot). During Covid, I would have hoped that the truck was cleaned but there were empty water bottles in the cab and a dolly in the back that I didn't rent so I doubt the truck was properly checked and cleaned.
