I am still unhappy. I provided a check from a multi-billion corporation (Music Cares, The Recording Academy). However, due to UHaul internal errors I had to still put up my debit card. The check was for more than the estimated move. I suffered NSF fees from my bank for the UHAUL Fees. I was charged for items purchased on my card when I gave a check to cover all fees. NOTHING should have been debited from my card. I wake up and charges are on my account. NEVER AGAIN. I was left in a bind Overdrawn and fees assessed by my bank. A hold on my account for $94 and a credit of $87. Instead of $181 in my account I am overdrawn $49 and UHaul says oh well wait 5 days. Unhappy Customer

My original rental order is the one in Overland but it was closed on that day (Sunday). The staff appologized to me and said that they should have talked to me about this before Sunday. Finally they put me to this Rodeo point. It screwed up my plan and made my moving messing up and seriously delay. They didn't provide me a reasonable compensation and rejected to pay the $50 for guarentee. It was a extremely bad experience.

Customer service rep that was a young African American girl was very rude and not friendly . She also informed me while checking me in that she was going to quit soon and she only works there for school. I thought this was so unprofessional and very low class.

I messed up my reservation pickup time and was 4 hrs late. They cancelled my reservation (policy), but they were super helpful and got me the exact size truck I needed, at their location, on the 1st of the month during the busiest time. I was freaking out, but the woman helping me was super courteous and figured out a solution. Not only that, but we returned the truck late and forgot some important items. They called us to let us know and kept them until we could pick them up. Tyree and his crew are awesome! ????

They didnt do the walk through or show me the fuel gauge when I picked up the truck. They marked the fuel in the contract but didnt actually show me. Then, when I returned the truck full of gas because I thought I had picked it up full -- when actually I picked it up with 5/16 of a tank -- they marked down that I returned the truck with 5/16 of a tank!!! I filled it all the way to full for over 90 dollars and they didn't mark that correctly making getting a reimbursement for the over fueling much harder.

I booked he fairfax location and got a call saying this place was only 3 miles away. It is 4.9 miles away and in the wrong direction. It took 40 mins longer to get there and thus of course back again to drop it off. The cab wasn't clean and I had to wait whilst they found the van even tho I checked in on line. Disappointed to be redirected to a location MUCH further away as it cost me time on my rental, gas and my own time.
