The location itself was terrific for me. The clerk on Easter Sunday morning was very nice and very helpful especially when I found out we didn't have access to our storage facility to move some items. She graciously helped us reschedule for the next day. My issue was she was by herself with no other help and had to tend to two customers. She handled it incredibly well. She's the reason I would return. On the other hand, the next day I received a voicemail message from the Manager stating they were cancelling my reservation if they didn't hear back from me within 15 minutes of when he left the voicemail. I didn't hear the message until 2 hours later and I called immediately to let them know the pickup wasn't until 5pm that day and the cancelling my reservation at 10:45am was ridiculous. I had to speak to the facility itself and I was then transferred to a customer service person, Amanda Pastore (I believe). I have the transcript. If I hadn't had too many people relying on me to move that day, I most certainly would have cancelled and called elsewhere. Not sounding like she was willing to help, the customer "service" rep was hardly apologetic for the Manager's call. Moreover, when I picked up the Cargo Van at 5:15pm they tried to give me a van with only a 1/4 of a tank of gas. They had over 12 vans and they didn't really want to move them. I finally got them to give me one with a little over 3/4 gas. The van was also filthy on the outside. This was not the best experience but due to a previous rental and the great gal on Easter Sunday morning...I would consider using this location again.

That staff was not helpful. This was the poorest customer service I've had in a long time. There were people on personal calls right at the counter. I got the equipment I wanted but the human interactions were highly regrettable.

i tried to explain my experience to manager on duty. He stated that I should have called roadside assistance, and that because I did not, I had been driving at my own risk. His tone was condescending. I disengaged from further communication with him.

The service representative was exceedingly rude. She never once greeted me when I entered the store. She appeared as though I was disrupting her "resting period." And of course she never thanked me for using U-Haul.

The service was abysmal, the truck they gave me was completely thrashed, literally there were dents, marks, scratches EVERYWHERE. That bitch Milan or whatever her name is needs to find a new area of expertise, because clearly this isnt her field. She even got into an argument with me on their "sales Floor" , and on top of that their associate came up and literally blocked her from attempting to continue the argument. She should thank him because it would have escalated to the extents of the unknown. Awful service, awful experience, the only person that did an exception job was Jennifer, she was a sweetheart. Other then that, never going to this location EVER again, and I will not recommend it to anybody, because i dont want them to go through the same crap as me.

AWFUL experience, was sent to another location because first location didn't have truck to drop off after hours service as stated online. Cost more money because movers were waiting for me to get the truck and I was delayed an hour. I want a refund, this is awful!

I was bounced to 3 locations. The one on national Blvd. was rude and incompetent. The second one on overland and tabor was both rude and actually turned up the music when I was on the phone. The outlet on rodeo was fantastic. But I lost 1.25 hours of my movers because of your company not being on top of their guests. Unacceptable.
