I would like to report a concern regarding the service I received. Although I was the only customer present at the time, the staff member did not attend to me initially and appeared to be occupied listening to music on her phone. She only assisted me after noticing that I was struggling to complete the form over my cellphone. Given the circumstances, I believe she could have provided support from the beginning to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience.

Eddie MPainful experience with the mobile app and the return. I returned the van in the evening before the deadline. The app was not working properly, but I got the confirmation of return (I have a screenshot of the confirmation). The next morning, the rental was still active. I called the location and the customer service, and they told me not to worry. Later, I received the receipt charging an extra day, although I returned the van 12 hours before the deadline. I called the customer service, and I am still waiting for a resolution. Everybody is very casual about the unfair charges that the customers are having to pay. The people in the agency have very little flexibility. Everybody depends on the app, and it is always a pain to use it. Sometimes the location feature is not working and there is no barcode or QR code for the location. I use U-haul very frequently. I use a business account. And there is always something wrong. Quite often, the van is not ready yet. How hard can it be to put in place a first-in-first-out system? Again, the people working there are ok. Your system, not.

Eugene LWent to pick up the U-haul after having it reserved for some time along with different dollys to make my move easier. Was told they don’t have the dolly available for my move. Strike one. Then I went to check the gas tank and was told that the tank is empty so we will have to fill it up but that u-haul would reimburse me. Let’s see if that’s true. When I then went to deliver the truck back. Was told that I had to fill the truck gas where we received it but we received it on empty so we brought it back with whatever gas we had left. Was told we had to fill it back up before returning it is crazy. Will be contacting u-haul for my refunds. The associates or whoever working that u-haul location were all rude as well making the experience not so great. I’ve used this u-haul location before and was surprised how the service has fallen over years. I hate writing surveys as I run a business myself and understand we can have off days. But at the same time feedback needs to be given so this location & team can make the necessary changes so the next person who rents a u-haul or whatever can have a better experience than I did.

Alex GI used 2 gallons of gas. They charged me $6 per gallon, and no one warned me that if you return the car having used a couple of gallons, they hit you with a $30 fine. It's absolutely terrible!

DENNIS FThe reason why I chose no for the question "Was the equipment clean and well maintained?" - the vehicle was clean a free of any debris but was not well maintained mechanically ( it sounded as if it was in need of a brake change ) and the vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke throughout and was even coming out of the vents. The staff at this location seem to be ontop of their duties, from my observations they clearly have a routine that works and streamlines how they manage their vehicles and lot. The only negative comment I have toward the staff is that they all look and act miserable, the overall morale seems to be so low. Whomever is managing this team could do something / or more to boost the positive energy for the

DERRICK SI got stuck it had a faulty starter and I had to get road side assistance who showed up but didn't get it started my neighbor and I managed to get it going by tapping on the starter with a wrench until it finally started and I couldn't get gas to refill the van cause I couldn't turn off the van or it wouldn't start again so I had to take it back a day early and park it could only go from point A to point B so I don't think I should have been charged for not being able to refill the gas because of U-Haul having a faulty starter in the van
