David YRyan was EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! He gave helpful advice about which unit to use, and even though it was 15 minutes before closing, he stayed and helped us with moving our stuff from the trailer to the storage unit. He was extremely friendly and professional the entire time! I really hope the management will do the right thing and give him a raise or bonus because that kind of service is exactly the kind of service people become lifelong customers. I know my family and I are life long customers as long as Ryan works there! Thank you again Ryan!!

Doug HMake sure staff that is checking in be well trained I was charged for 600 miles which should have been 6 miles . This error made my account to have over a 800.00 hold on it for 5 days. The lady that works the counter in the mornings is an asset to your company very knowledgeable and has good customer service.

The only confusion happened when my sister and I each ordered a Ubox to the same address and there was a bit of a mix-up about pick-up because we have the same last name. Other than that, which is totally understandable, everything was very smooth sailing. I would reccomend this moving solution to anyone! Thank you!

Hope KWhen making a reservation online, do not allow employees to alter the reservation. My drop off location was changed without notification, vehicle information was re-entered incorrectly by the employee as well.

CANDACE C | Overall ExperienceI did not move out the storage my items were removed without my knowledge I got a call from an employee asking if I removed my items, the next day my account was closed as if I decided to move out. All my items were removed without warning and I had until the 7th of October to pay. No one wants to explain to me why all of my belongings are missing. I spoke with a lawyer today about this and I will make sure justice is serviced to a paying customer, it’s just crazy I paid for storage expecting to have my items in a safe secure area and everything was taken from me. I do not recommend using this storage facility they can’t keep employees and no one knows what the policy is.

It was like she was on a month's vacation. I certainly would not recommend this place for anything other then a complete over haul of staff but then again they told me how much they get paid...you get what u pay for..

Worst customer service I have seen.
