Aquí pasó todo lo contrario, y esta vez el problema no fue la tienda ni el equipo rentado (camión), principalmente se que tengo culpa por haber llegado 9 minutos tarde, mi llegado a su locación fue 07:09 pm aproximadamente, y estaba un chico de su personal, haciendo su labor de limpieza de un camión, espere que terminara y que estacionara su camión, y le pregunté que si trabaja con ustedes me dijo que si, y le respondí que si me podía ayudar con la recepción del camión, y a su vez el me contestó de muy mala manera diciéndome que estaba cerrado y que llegué muy tarde, yo igual me quedé ahí tratando de buscar un número para resolver mi situación, hasta que vi que podía hacerlo en línea, y así fue que lo hice y todo salió bien gracias a Dios.
En el futuro preparen mejor a su personal en cuanto a empatía y solución de problemas, ya que ni si quiera se tomó la molestia de preguntar el motivo de la tardanza así no sea de su interés, pero es interesante de la empresa primero porque es su equipo el que se está utilizando y segundo por ser cliente con ustedes, ya que si revisan su sistema verá mi nombre varias veces.
En el retiro del camión todo fue muy bien, pero en la entrega fue fatal, por lo cual en futuras rentas no serán mi primera opción.

They no longer have the 26 foot moving truck or the 12 foot open trailers! I have been renting those for local moves for over 10 years and will now have to go somewhere else. I was told by the location that it was upper managements decision to remove those items from ALL locations near me. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I can get the equipment I need.

En el establecimiento me cobraron 29 dolares y ahora resulta q me han hecho dos cobros mas en mi cuenta uno de 77 y otro de 48 dolares llame y me dicen q el gerente no está y no hay quien solución. The negative response has more to do with U-Haul than this particular site. No detailed breakdown of expenses is provided just the original estimate and the final charge. In my case, they differed by there is no explanation as to why. The gas was filled a little above the level when the truck was picked up and the mileage on the final receipt indicated 68 miles even though the U-Haul representative who confirmed my reservation added 15 miles because, at the last minute, they changed the location of my pick-up. Which, by the way, is a terrible practice of U-Haul - they confirm your reservation and desired pick up location but then will change it the night before the pick up. In my case, it did occur before 5pm. I feel that it is a bit of a scam where they can add charges to the final receipt without itemizing those charges. Beware and take meticulous notes as the U-Haul information in confirmed through apps that then disappear and they don't document what was promised.

I made a reservation on line. When I got there waited for long to get the truck. When I drove about a block from there I realized that when I get to the warehouse where I needed to pickup my furniture would be late. I went back to the store where I got the truck. I told the employee that I won't needed the truck, I explained why. I asked if he can move my reservation for next day. He said no because I moved the truck already. I explained it was just les than a mile away. He said no, just make another reservation for tomorrow (today). I'll get another reservation today but different store.

The U-Haul felt like it was going to fall apart on the freeway at 50-60 MPH and when I mentioned this to the guy that handled my return, he didn’t say a word back regarding it.
The customer service was very poor, I went to return the vehicle and the guy was very rude over confusion about returning some moving blankets we thought that we purchased when we rented the U-Haul. Rather than helping me understand, his answers were more about telling me how I was wrong and trying to charge me extra/not count the rental as being returned on time, rather than solving the problem/mix-up.

It’s a little hard to get a hold of a real person because you are pushed or encouraged to go online and I needed to talk to someone more immediately, but I was able finally to talk to someone and they resolved my problem very quickly. There were lots of vehicles available for rent and the process was efficient and easy, much easier than I thought it would be.

When we first arrived to pick up the truck we reserved. We were told the person before us extended their time so there was no trucks available for us…. The news sucked but the lady was so helpful to find us other trucks near by and arrange a different pick up. As we waited someone came by and dropped off their truck. By a miracle that was the exact size we reserved initially. The 5 stars is for this location, everyone was so helpful and I would have still given 5 stars even if we had to go somewhere else just because she and everyone else was so helpful.

This unit was near the back of the building and was a little damp and musty. Our other unit in the middle of the building doesn’t have this issue.
The biggest problem by far is lack of parking at this location. The abundance of moving trucks and trailers make it difficult to find a place to park anywhere, especially near the storage facility entrance. The storage unit customers are not the priority here.

Facility was clean and secure. Would be nice to have more carts to aid in moving, as the two that are provided are hard to grab at busy times. Also, exit ramp could be smoother, as the door threshold and bottom of ramp have a big crevice that will catch a wheel and dump all your stuff off the cart. Staff was friendly.

the person on the phone was not clear that a second floor unit was up some stairs and it is double stacked on top of another unit.

We were pleased with the storage facility. We didn't need it any longer because we had a shed built on our property. As for areas for improvement, we felt the facility as a whole was well lit and well organized. But we had to supply our own light for the storage unit itself since there's no lighting inside the units. Also, as the price of our unit increased over the years, we felt it had become too expensive for us to continue.

My ONKY complaint is the parking. The lot is so crowded with trucks and trailers that it is very difficult to access the storage units, and the few parking spaces that are by the door to the storage were blocked by empty trailers every time we were there! Plus, all of the trucks parked so close to the driveway made it impossible to see the traffic when pulling out of the parking lot.
Other than that one thing, great experience! I was very impressed by how clean the storage units are.

In general, it’s common sense that using storage means putting heavy stuff unless you guys are stupid elementary school kids. By the way, the staffs are horrible too. The young man and the girl who is working there, don’t know what are they doing. They are just chatting and joking. Even not at all helpful for us. I have used several storage services, but this experience is the worst. They said they will refund it, but still, it’s not done yet.
I HAVE TO SPEND MORE EXTRA MONEY TO RENT A TRUCK AND ANOTHER STORAGE SERVICE. THEY JUST WASTE MY MONEY AND TIME. PERIOD.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my much-stressful move. Not only were they conveniently located close to where I was moving, allowing more access to my storage units, but any additional items I needed to buy were just simply charged to my card on file rather than having to wait in line to ring them up and purchase separately. The prices were a bargain, especially for the time that I needed to move in. I had just enough space to hold all my belongings, which was amazing. I'd definitely give these guys more of my business!!!

It was a great experience with renting a storage space. I got the storage space that I wanted and they provided a cart to use to take things from your car or truck to the storage unit.

Everything was great. The friendliness of the staff was again the best part. My only criticism was the lack of parking. There seemed to be far more trucks on site this August than August of 2017.
