The first trailer I got was an absolute disaster. Half the lights didn't work, and the wires to one light were even cut. It seemed like the type of thing that should have been known before trying to rent out that trailer again to someone else... but, Isabella (the employee helping me) was super nice and helpful and was able to get me a new trailer. So all in all, the whole thing took a LOT longer than expected, but it wasn't terrible.RYAN B.

For 85K miles on the 10' truck was in pretty good condition but the Engine light came on on the way back from a long trip. Battery, oil, cooling where all ok. Tried to call in to get advise but the local staff was very busy and short staffed that day. Assumed this was a normal 85K service light reminder. The truck and car hauler worked great.CHRISTOPHER D.

I made reservations for two 20' vans to move my furniture. I was given two 15' vans because the 20' vans were not available. This cost me to additional trips. I also hired people to help move and this cost me more man hours and more mileage. I was told on the phone before the rental they would credit me for not having the vans I had reserved. When I got to the store they said that was not so. I tried to check in the trucks on the app for after hours check in but could not figure out how to check them in. I was charged an additional 20.00 per truck for checking them in after hours. I had to check them in after hours because of the smaller trucks and having to make more trips. This was a terrible experience and I will never recommend nor will I rent from u-haul again. Your people also gave me a truck and contract that didn't match. Wrong number on contract and truck so the gas didn't match. They didn't look over the truck with me to make sure there was not damage. Awful experience with your people in Provo. Stop your workers from assuming and accusing we the renters of theft of your property while leased to use said property! 1 hour after attending our dads funeral Eddie Visich trespassed 2 properties to accost me and my family including our Brother a city police officer of over 26 years in the very town this happened. We offered our rental agreement but was told he was going to â€œGET USâ€ for theft and refused to look at the email contract but proceeded to threaten while taking pictures of our leased trailer.Matthew G.

the first unit was defective and had to return within the hour. We called uhaul and told them the situration with the equipment and requested another unit. We were told no unts were available as all were in reservation. We talked to the people about the situation of our grandson being stranded. They were apologetic and none were available for that time period. Shortly after the call we received another call and they had located another dependable unit. The representatives were very helpful and we were really fortunate to be able to get another replacement. We really appreciate the care and the attitude of the people at this uhaul location for going the extra mile to help us get our grandson home. This is the best experience i have ever had in dealing with uhaul. uhaul is fortunate to have these customer oriented employees on their staff. We have dealt with uhaul in other states but have never had the service this location gave us. This was a great experience in dealing with this location.JOEL R.
The gas charges were through the roof! I used roughly an 1/8 of a tank of gas for my move and was charged $32 to return it that way. I would understand it if I brought it back empty.ðŸ‘ŽJoseph B.

I was rescheduled to this location when another store didn't have my "guarenteed" vehicle. I was please with my service at this location. Staff was the most helpful and friendly that I've encountered. The only dien side was the didn't have the dolly I reserved BUT they provided me with a utility dolly at a discounted price. I would recommend this location to anybody and would use it again, should the need arise!Charlene R.

The app/online process to return the truck without incurring a fee was very frustrating to use and did not work correctly. There was only 1 employee at the location and it took half an hour just to turn in the keys and be on my way.JACOB O.
Loved the friendly staff and attentive customer service. I would of given a higher rating but when I got into my rental the gas was not filled at a 1/4 tank it was below and they made it such a point to let me know to fill it to 1/4 tank or I would get charged when they didn't leave it as that for me. The young lady at the front desk had no customer service skills and was not helpful at all. She was grumpy and would not listen when I explained I already fill it up with gas. She seems to be angry of working there. She charged me 2 gallons of gas extra. Telling me that it is under the level. I returned the truck the same day 3 hours later after I checked it out. I drove 4 miles total and it is reflected in the reported mileage. I put 1 gallon of gas to replace any gas used in those 4 miles and had the receipt. But she didn't care and did not want to look at the receipt. I don't know if it is her having a bad day or being racist towards Hispanics. The second guy working there was very helpful and kudos to that guy and the rental equipment. But again lady if you are not happy working there change your job.Juan B.

We had reserved a truck for our moving day and it wasn't there when we arrived. We had to settle for a smaller one, which wasn't tall enough for our taller furniture to stand up in, which meant more trips for our movers as they had to lay armoires and other items down flat, costing us more money as they are paid by the hour. We didn't get a deal or money off our bill except to tell us that they wouldn't charge for mileage, which was not applicable as it was a local move. We rented an appliance dolly which was broken. Needless to say, it was not an ideal rental experience.Michael H.

You have to park your car across the street at the Wahlgreens as they want to reserve parking for their equipment only. I lost 15-20 minutes due to the parking issue and had to transfer items from my car to the truck in freezing snowy weather and then figure out where to leave the truck while I moved my car across the street. It was a stressful situation and I was late to meet our family who gathered to help our daughter move because of the parking issue. I've never had to park my car at a neighboring business before when renting from Uhaul. I will pick a different rental location in the future and will make sure they have on-site parking.Lisa O.

Nothing needs to change to improve the rental process. It was incredibly easy to rent the truck online, the company called me the following morning to discuss the rental and make sure everything was how I needed it to be, and once at the rental lot it was an incredibly quick and smooth process. The truck was clean and the staff was very friendly and clear about the rental contract. Returning the vehicle was easy as well. The return line lane needs signage to tell people to pull all the way up. The first person did not pull all the way forward so my return was unnecessary forced to sticking out in the lot more than it needed to be.Jay D.
we arrived at our reservation time and their were two men at the desk one was helping another customer and not wearing a mask while the other was on his phone. We stood there for 20-30 minutes before another employer came out from the back to help us. We were very upset with the behavior of that employee and how he wasted our time.Lauren C.

In retrospect to the over all situation I do have to give credit to the The staff that was there at the time. I was fairly annoyed that the vehicle was not at the location I anticipated it to be. And that I had to change all of my plans last minute in order to get someone to follow me to pick the vehicle up and drive across town. And chances are I was not hiding my frustration as much as I would like to so credit to the staff on getting the situation figured out. That said.. the frusteration amplified when i signed the paper work and i told them i couldbt pick the vehicle up until 9pm. I had no problem with them parking it and me just coming back to pick it up later. I assumed i would just take the key and come back at 9 for the vehicle. I was told that they had to park it and they would text me a code for a lock to access the key at 8pm when They close. I asked them twice if i should call before they closed to remind them because if they dont, and they are closed i dont have a way to access the vehicle. I was assured h They would.. 8:15 rolls by and still no word. 15 min on hold with customer support finally someone is able to get ahold of the GM and get the kid to text me the password. But the kid never told me where i had to enter this in. Walking around the building i dont see any type of place to enter this code. Text the kid back where am i supposed to put this code in? He sayd on the back of the truck.. ok. What truck is it? They all look the same and had to wonder around the parking lot to find the one with the one with the padlock so i could enter it in.. basically im already annoyed and frusterated. And this is just piling on even more stress and frusteration. Finally find the truck with the padlock start it up and start driving. In the middle of a rainstorm strong enough tou can barely see the lines on the road and the steering wheel has so much play in it that i can barely stay in my lane. I could literally put my hand on 9oclock and turn the steering wheel to 3 o clock before the steering responded. So driving that i didnt feel comfortable going more than 30 miles an hour making for a very long drive to the house. That said the over all experience itself I would give a 3 out of 5 stars. The girl who checked my vehicle in was very sweet. And she made the check in process very quick and efficient.colton W.
