Jameelah HI only used 4 miles I paid for 20. I didn’t know I had to put gas back into the truck which I didn’t use a lot of gas so being that I use a certain amount of gas or didn’t bring the truck back with the same amount of gas that was in the truck. I was charged an extra $20. I feel like that was ridiculous. I was never told to bring the truck back with the same amount of gas. I only use 4 miles out of the 20 they could’ve waved that I left an item on the truck, I was told it wasn’t there to only get a phone call the next day to say that it was there.

BRIAN PThis location is conveniently located on the main and next to a gas station. The van I got was old and paint peeled from years of weather condition. The cabin roof was ripped. Beside that the van was clean inside and very much operable. The staff was friendly and inviting.

WILLIAM SThe person inspecting the van try to pull a fast one on us.Dent, scratch, and paint job on the vehicle that he knows was there because each time the vehicles go out they already know whatever fault the vehicles has because it's recorded in their system from the very first time it happened,when you're looking at it and pretending as if it's the first time you're seeing it that's dishonesty.

Michael KFinding the rental parking location was a bit difficult as the parking lot letters are not arranged very clearly. The app wasn’t working to upload images at pickup.

VALERIE GThe worst experience ever.First of all ,they gave me a truck on a quarter tank when I had a repass to set up for after waiting on line for 30 mins ,then the truck had every light you can think of on,very slow when pressing on gas and making a horrible sound amd made me late for the funeral,returned truck and I was charged a cleaning fee for 1 flower left on truck.I would not recoomend uhaul.I can go on and on

DEEANN SI dropped the cargo van ahead of the drop off time. I received an email stating that I dropped off the van at six fifty three am . I have photos of the van when I dropped it off . The phot have the time stamp on the pictures
