Trailer was in good condition and was available at pickup. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be renting again
Jason T.Truck was covered in superficial damage that was poorly documented so I have to take my own photos. Contract said truck had a quarter tank of gas but was actually empty. Had to go back in, got a fuel credit but when I returned the truck in, it took an hour for the CSR to try to apply the credit. In the end she had to give me cash out of the till. Truck also had an oil pressure light come on. I returned to the location, told the owner, ask for a new truck. He refused said light was no longer on after resetting the computer. Light came back on some miles later. And the vent blower was stuck on high and the wind noise through the driver's door was deafening. I've had positive u-haul experiences in the past, but this particular dealer has lost a customer for life.

Josh M.I reserved a 26' foot truck and there was only a 20' available due to one of the 26' trucks being down. I then asked about the rental guarantee when I returned the truck and was told that didn't count. I also informed them that I didn't use the furniture pads that I had originally requested and she said it didn't matter I still had them so I was still being charged. Just 2 weeks ago I rented a trailer and pads and the lady that returned it for me returned the cost of renting the pads because we did not use them. Just overall disappointed with this last rental of the truck.

michael R.The whole experience was really sketchy. The location being in basically a pawn shop/gas station felt really unsafe. An airtag was also installed in the vehicle which hooked up to my phone, and I had known nothing about that prior to renting. It tracked my locations all day. This to me is an invasion of privacy. There are better ways to track miles. I will never be returning to this location.

Special Olympics M.Double check reservation equipment and ensure the customer has everything they need, bc we were missing furniture pads. They did apologize and issue a refund for them, but it could've been prevented. In addition, it was kinda weird when they asked us if we needed a dolly bc it was on the reservation. So as a customer, i recommend checking that you have everything you reserved before leaving the store as well.

Insisted that a disc lock was required. I purchased it but inquired if (unopened, was it returnable; 2x, Brandy said yes). On, 1-9-22; Brandy said she was unable to process the return for the unused & unopened lock. Both visits resulted in lengthy, uncomfortable situations that wasted considerable time. Very poor communication & customer service.

Then the fact that you're going to be charged for the second unit is maddening to say the least!!! I didn't like that!

Outside of the reservation system allowing a room to get double booked, the unit didn't have the greatest ventilation as we did have some signs of light mold.
