I reserved a 4x8 trailer and when I went to pick up the unit I was given a 5x8 trailer. I was told the reservation was changed by U-Haul, but I was not notified. The trailer was dirty on the inside, not the size I reserved and was charged more than I was quoted. I will NEVER do business with your corrupt, lying, bait & switch company again.

They needed more help. UHaul knew it was a super busy weekend and should have taken the managerial responsibility to have more people available. I had a snafu which should have been worked through; the young men were helpful but they were so busy I didn't want to have to make them keep on the problem. Later, I figured it out on my own.

service was bad at pick up location, truck was filthy, air condition went out on truck, making noises, spent hour on hold with roadside assistance, never came... very very dissatisfied with it all!! Really want a dang refund!!

I reserved a 10 ft box bed van fo 7-30-17 for 9 am to 5 pm.with express check out. When I arrived it was 10am before they got to me. I found out I had no truck who ever processed my reservation put it infor 8-27-17. I finally got a truck at about 10:15 to use until 3 pm because some one else was picking it up at 3:30. Because of this I was unable to finish my move.

Make sure your customers service people are on the up and up. I got hold of one that said my order was ready I would be called by 6pm to let me know where to pick up. I got a call but no order in place. So our reservation was missed and messed up our move all together. I will not rent from U-Haul if possible ever again. I will go to Budget. All your people did was pass me around after I voiced my problem. Did not get anywhere. Such a horrible experience.... For Real!

When I picked up the truck no one pointed out the truck had damage on it on and I didn't immediately notice it and according to the Uhaul facility where I dropped the truck off at I should have received something stating that there was damage. Apparently the damage was marked on the truck itself and the drop off facility said that would work so it didn't become an issue. Also the truck had 24 more miles on it than stated on the contract so I had to end up paying a $2.12 mileage overage when I dropped it off. I would recommend that when a customer picks up a truck someone walks around the truck with the customer and notes any damage and also checks the fuel level and mileage to verify it is correct on the contract.

Furniture dolly the slides didn't work. Rented pads, they were not folded, just thrown in the truck. Staff need t frendly at all. It was like you were a bother to come to that location. The manager was late the morning of my rental and I had to wait on him to get to work.

Every time I have come to this location service has been extremely slow, but dropping off the truck was the worst service I have ever seen. I pulled up to drop off the truck, waited about five minutes, but no one came. So I went inside and there were about five other people waiting. They had been waiting for about 10-15 minutes. I went around to the back of the store and the only employee working that day was operating a forklift for another customer. After about 10 more minutes of waiting all the customers in the store just left because they were not being served. I eventually just walked up to the guy on the forklift and asked if he was the only employee working, to which he said yes he was the only employee. We were eventually told to just leave our keys on the counter and leave. It was definitely not that employee's fault that the service was poor, as he was serving a customer. However, it is completely appalling that only one employee it working that store. Had I not walked around to the back of the store looking for the employee, I probably would have waited for another 20 minutes. It is very hard to understand why that entire store would only have one employee working.

The hand truck and moving blankets that were attached inside the 26 ft truck and therefore being offered for rent might be handy for some people, but all they did with us was get in the way of loading and unloading.

Have the equipment requested. A 4x8 closed trailer was requested for a specific reason, not a 5x8. It led to problems with the tow, additional windage, overworking the engine and an inability to load the cargo as intended.
