During the summer it would have been nice for ac but it was doable.

JANNIE B. | Overall ExperienceHad to hunt up staff for service as they were out smoking or talking personally to other staff and had to wait til they were done. Manager was not friendly at all and I did all I could to avoid dealing with her.My payment was credited to another shed and it took me 3 separate trips to get it straightened out while I was locked out of access to my shed. I had to pay 2 extra months cause I couldn't clean out my shed due to the lockout and I didn't have truck. Had to reschedule with help 2 times before the lockout was taken care of, even though I had bank statements and uhaul statements showing I was paid up. Sandra R. | Online Move InI was unable to ever use this unit. It already had a lock on it and office was closed and unable to remove the uhaul lock so I wasn't able to store my stuff with uhaul. I ended up having to pay at another storage facility. This was supposed to be removed from my account and never was until my 4th phone call to complain. It should have only been 1 call and should have been properly done the first time.

The only thing I did receive was a new storage door for my outside storage. It would have been so nice to have received amenities for the years of business I had with your business.
