When we arrived there were 3 people working but only 1 person who was helping people. I went to the counter and a heavier set guy with a beard at the counter never acknowledged me. After 15-20 minutes another guy helped me. The truck was newer and nice but there was cigarette ashes all over the seats and the windshield was so filthy on the inside you could barely see. Upon return we had to wait almost 30 minutes and the charged us for being late by 40 minutes and charged us another $40 for late fee. We waited longer than that just to check in and out. Said they were having computer issues and couldn't waive the fee or even print off receipt! Nice truck but very poor customer service except for the guy who initially helped us.

Apparently I parked in the wrong position and had to re-position the vehicle and trailer before being checked in. Also did not use the second day of rental and was not offered a partial credit.

Check-in took about 40 mins. The lady there was not friendly and acted like it was a bother to help us. She was training a man, and he asked for her help multiple times (which was fine) and she kept ignoring him. Our truck wasnt even there, they had to re-do the whole contract. When she asked my estimated mileage, she didnt want to put in 10 miles (we only used 6) bc she said there was no way we would "only go 10 miles" Glad I wont be moving again and have to deal with her.

When I made my original reservation, the moving helpers were not available, which was fine with me, so I changed my reservation for the next day, for the 26 ft. truck, a dolly and a dozen blankets. When I went to pick the truck up, there was no dolly, and no blankets. Also, I was addressed by the manager Montreal, who said in the presence of another make customer behind me, he said I had made several complaints, in the past. I've made one actual complaint against Monty being rude to me, having me wait for 33 minutes for my truck in the past. Regardless, it was rude of him to bring this issue up to me, much less do it in the presence of another customer. Also, I had a storage unit at this Uhaul storage, Unit #C197, and had it more than 2 years, and I paid on time every month. When I first got the unit, the charge was prorated for the month. Yet, when I inquired today, about the fact I was removing my property out of the Uhaul storage unit today, and had paid to the end of the month, and asked if I'd be reimbursed for the 14 days remaining for the month, credited and paid to Uhaul, Montreal told me no I would not be reimbursed for my days remaining, paid overage, oaid to end of month. I find this strange, since uhaul does pro rate if a person gets a storage unit, mid month, yet you do not probate my usage when it's been paid for an entire month in advance, and I get my property out after more than 2 years paying on time, and your company keeps my money, seems very greedy to very good paying customers like myself. Look at my original order, for Wednesday, see I reserved the truck, 1 dolly and 1 dozen blankets. What happened? All I did was change the order day before needed, from Wednesday, to Thursday, I did not change the contents of my order, yet no dolly, no dozen blankets were there. And, I was essentially called out for filing a prior complaint, in the presence of another customer upon arrival for my truck by manager Monteal? You might like to know this. At 9:30am Montreal had a brown SUV in the garage, putting a hitch on it, yet at 1:30pm that same SUV was still getting a hitch put on it? Looked like something else, to me. Like someone was working on their own vehicle maybe. As it doesn't take 4 hours to install a hitch. You might want to watch your monitors in the garage, little closer at corporate. That's all I have to say. The other workers there are nice, and courteous. Montreal has let being a manager go to his head. You might also ask about personal visitors of his too, in his office which I e noticed at times I made my payments, too these last 2 years. Thank you.

Chris Jordan does an excellent job, and he was quite busy with customers, however he made sure that everyone was taken care of in a prompt, friendly manner. This is a top notch employee, and I have worked with the public my entire career so I know outstanding customer service when I see it.

I had reserved a 26 foot uhaul and was given a 17 foot uhaul. I had the reservation, but was told all they had was a 17. I asked if there was a phone number I could call to complain, and was told no. The call center I went through to reserve was terrible to work with. They kept pressing me to take a 17 when I asked for a 26. I wonder if the woman I talked to messed up my reservation. Her name was Joanna, I believe.

The person sold me a ball and hitch for trailer rented but failed to inform me that I needed lights hooked up so blinkers would work on trailer. The email received showing contract could not be looked at. I was not able to pull it up either on the U Haul website.

The person inside was very rude. No point in that. I have been in that location 3 times and 2 of them the help were rude. The other time the guy was very nice and helpful. Moving is stressful for the customer so a little kindness would be appreciated, it cost nothing.

I came into the store to do the rental. The person setting up the contract set it up for the wrong day, which I found when I looked at the contract online. Had I not done that, I would have been out of luck when it came time to pick up the truck. I made the correction online, and also called the store to make sure it had gone through. No apology, nothing. Not good.

Overall I am pleased with this experience. I wished the wind shield was cleaner on the inside and out. I also wished more than 3/8 of a tank of gas was in the truck when I first got it. I had to put in gas after only an hour into the trip.

Bull shit that I had to buy an adapter for the light hook up. That should be optional to the customer.. if the customer doesn't want to buy one just have him or her sign a waiver stating that if you get pulled ove u haul is not liable for any tickets. Other than that no complains

While the location was excellent to my location, the vehicle was not clean, nor was the bed of the pock up truck. The crew including Monty the general manager know me very well, yet though they know me very well, the large amount of business I do with their location, I also have a large storage unit at this location since 2014, And tbough I prechecked in online, Monty the GM treated me rudely, double checked my id stating he didn't have my current address which is rediculous especially being I have a current month to month account, pre-heated in, see the store staff monthly, last used Uhaul within the last 30 days, he treated me unappreciated, rude, and triple checked my id yet it's ON FILE, multiple times, and took more than 40 minutes to get me the pock up truck I needed, and he fudged on tbe gasoline amount showing more than what there was, as there was only half a tank of gasoline, not the next above the half Mark, and he faced to check off the condition of the truck prior to my taking it, yet the other employee checked it in upon my returning the pick up truck. Which seems very unfair from a customer's position. Monty said the store did not have my current address and needed the information from my drivers license, which was certainly not true, it is certainly on file. I also learned last month when I used uhual movers, and a pick up truck id asked the mover helpers to leave my new bought large tarp and bungee cords and orange straps at the front desk, that I'd pick them up next day. Yet Monty told me he threw them all away the very next day. That seems very rash, not to even call me since they have my phone number, to pitch expensive supplies I bought at that same location, away without at least calling me, by the very next day. A 24 hour hold or phone call is reasonable regardless of Uhual not being responsible for this, there's a matter of appreciation of customers and the money I've spent especially at this location the last 2 to 5 years is more than a average customers usage and needs. Not to mention, the Gmail lieing and saying my address is or was not on file when it is on February and was on February, and his fudging on the gasoline Mark when I took the pick up truck, and his treating me so rudely and unaplreviative simply does not impress me. I personally have 36 years of GM experience and business ownership, and I expect to be treated much better as a consumer and local customer. Thank you.
