This is a 24 hour drop off but the lot is too small for the volume they get. When I went to drop off, there was no one to direct any of us. There were 5 other drivers confused just like me - we went to the front door and saw the sign on how to return but it wasn't obvious, the lighting to read the sign was terrible, and I actually fell going back and forth from our rental truck to the drop box. An attendant would be very helpful, I really hurt myself all because there was no path between the office and the UHaul drop off lot and it was stressful trying to figure out what to do in the dark. Everything was great until drop-off.

Only recommendation is to have an employee on the lot since the office is located 50 yards or so from the lot. Or perhaps signage directing people to the office.

The app was frustrating to use - it froze every couple of seconds and made me resubmit my license 4 or 5 times because it crashed. The verification when you're waiting for your rental is also frustrating. It would make more sense to be able to do this earlier (in the online check-in) so that you don't have to waste some of your rental time doing this. The self-check in was not great; however, it was compensated by the extremely helpful staff at this location who made sure my rental was a success.

The phone-check-in process was haphazard and ambiguous. The instructions given didn't lead to where the vehicles were actually parked. We wandered around for almost half an hour just trying to pick up our vehicle. Some of the staff were friendly, but others were downright rude and seemed disparaging that we were struggling with the unclear process.

None of the additional items I purchased (two dolleys, furniture pads) were present in the vehicle. I did not know this until arriving to the location where my furniture was, as my assumption was that it would be in the truck when I picked it up. This should have been made clear, if that was the case. Or I should be reimbursed for those items if they were unintentionally left out.

Key was not in the key compartment, I had to go inside and ask for help, staff looked uninterested in me coming into the store with no initial offer to figure out what I needed. Also I paid for a dolly and blankets, and none of this equipment was in my rental truck.

The gentleman who opened the store just after 9 AM did not indicate he was opening the store. He walked in and sat down while a line of customers waited outside. I wish he would have welcomed us inside rather then standing outside waiting for a signal he was ready to open. I also wish the truck had snow swept off of it but that could have been my fault for not checking in correctly at first.

The only thing I disliked was the fact that the truck was very VERY low in gas, which causes the renter to have to go get gas (MILES CHARGED), THEN on to their move.. that is wrong, and borderline sneaky business tactics to get more more from the customerS...

Tell your employees to keep their masks on! The online "contact-less" pickup option needs work; I had to go into the rental office to re-do the transaction, which defeats the purpose.

The day after I returned the rental van on time and with the tank full, I received a call from UHaul telling me that I had not returned the van. I then drove to the store location and had to work with the staff to resolve the problem. I should not have had this problem.

The staff was extremely disorganized. The correct truck was not available for pickup, took them a while to make another reservation for me, I had to get my own dolly out of the storage space. Return process was also a disaster.

Denise at the counter was not only unhelpful, she was rude, snippy, not wearing her mask correctly (under her nose). Not only was she rude to me, I watched her provide subpar customer service to others as well which left us about 45 minutes behind schedule. There was no one to help us get the truck--despite three employees standing around, quite literally leaning on a railing and just chatting as we tried to figure out which truck was ours, where the dollies were, why there wasn't a padlock on our truck like the last time we rented, etc. We've used this location several times and this was the WORST service we've received--absolutely dismal.

I paid for a roll of tape that I didn't receive. Had issues with the process of inspecting the vehicle become outside by the van, the internet connection was not good. Even using the U-Haul internet I had to go through the process several times and it was frustrating and time consuming.

I had reservations at 9 am. The weather was so cold . I wait outside and a guy show up at 9:06 am. He asked me an alternative number. I gave him my friend's number. He tried to call him. It was new year. People usually are sleeping on that time. I politely asked the guy why do he wants to call him? He might sleep on this time, I said. The guy was so rude. With any explanation he retuned my id and credit card. My mover were waiting outside. I got stress. I had to get truck. I called my friend. He was sleeping. My guess was correct. He scared why I called him morning in new year. The guy accepted my card and gave me a super dirty truck. Even if I die I won't go this branch anymore. Negative customer service.

One employee told me I had an hour extra to return the equipment which was gracious but when I returned the trailer another employee detailed to me that 1-2 hours isn't a big deal. I appreciate his understanding and perhaps a hard set deadline isn't prudent, yet a case by case basis. Thanks!

I rented bins for moving and everything was a breeze! I was able to reserve them online and go to the location for pickup. The employees helped me carry and load the bins into my vehicle. When I returned the bins, they let me borrow a cart to put them on so I didn't have to do any heavy lifting. Quick, easy, and efficient. Highly recommend them!

Was never informed when I made my reservation or by the attendant at the counter that my reservation from 5-10 included a 20 dollar free for returning it on time. $20 fee for “after hours” return? Seems like something you could have let me know and I would have just brought it back the next day.

Actually have customer service that doesn't turn the next customer away because it's "about to close." Have a website and online check-in / check-out process that ACTUALLY WORKS.

Staff was great and were super helpful. The van was clean and and in excellent shape. The Uhaul online experience is less than ideal. My wife and I were both trying to complete the after hours check out process and could not get it to work. There was another customer there having the same issues.

Unfortunately, we locked the keys in the U-Haul and George called to let us know the next steps. He maintained his professionalism and although we paid Lockout fee I still had a great experience. When we opened the unit, all of our items were covered with a film of white dust. Something must have fallen from Above. It took A lot of work to clean off our stuff. It was concerning as we don’t know what it was and whether it causes a health risk. The office staff were unhelpful and just said - we should have gotten insurance. Unacceptable!
