The equip rental lot and the business office are separated by another big business building with warehouse right in the middle. I had to make a few trips between the two areas and it is quite a hike for anyone. Move the office next to the lot would be my suggestion to improve everyone's experience.

While the staff was very kind... Systems crashed and held up me and other renters almost 30 min. My movers had to wait and the delay apparently was not a first time issue at this location. Other renters waiting in line mentioned this was the second time this had happened at this location and were actually sent to another uhaul location to rent their truck the first time it happened.

I think a quick tutorial (where the lights are located, how to adjust mirrors, etc.) would be nice. I asked a few questions to one of the staff members who was very helpful, but there were questions I wish I asked once I got driving that should probably be explained to the customer.

The computers for check in were very slow and held up my check in process by 15-20 minutes and made the line long and slow.

the gentleman out side was not very helpful. I had to go inside for the key which was outside after he found it I waited in line and he radioed in to say he found it. I chose self service pick up and the truck was in a tight space he did not offer to move the truck until I checked it for dents.

The staff was fantastic polite, courteous and knowledgeable. However this location is, at best, Seedy. At night the location is surrounded under darkness and there is always people lingering around. It iver shadows uhaul and the good staff. Thanks Kevin

Praise to Christopher at the desk, who checked me both in and out--and also to the two colleagues out in the lot (I didn't get their names) who helped with check-in and check-out. All prepared, helpful, and courteous. Not all U-Haul staff at all locations are this professional, so I'd really like to offer special praise these three staff members.

There's good teamwork and they try to minimize hassles & delays. Frederick Smith knew me as a regular customer and made a few remarks from the office to the lot via a handheld device of what was likely needed (details on hand-truck and moving materials). So even though I was in line, my preparation was in progress. This saved time, which i really needed to beat a traffic snarl. The number on the truck was recognizable from my invoice, and it was positioned at the front of the queue. Christian, out in the lot, was helping a lady hitch her wagon, and she drove off as I boarded. I literally got in the truck and pulled out, as I would at home with my car in the driveway. How can you beat that?

The staff here are BEASTS! They all seriously work like a well oiled machine. The two guys will be actively helping their guests and then somehow, maybe it's in some secret uhaul language I just don't understand, one guy will know exactly what the other one needs and vice versa. It was seamless. I had a bad experience with uhaul in Chicago that turned me a little sour towards you guys, but this location erased that memory from my mind. Thanks!

I've been going to this location for a while and my recent experience has been outstanding. The staff is professional, efficient, and very curtious. Gone are the long lines and waits to get service or pickup my rental truck. I commend the improvements!

When someone makes a reservation online they want to make sure everything is all right and they don't have to worry about it anymore. But you do the scheduling only one day before the day and this is aweful. Because it means that online customers are in the lowest priority compared to walk in ones. This made a lkt of stress and hassle and delay and agitation added to my move. I had no other choice otherwise I would cancel my reservation and go with some other rental company. This was unbelievable!

I plan to write a letter to the corporate headquarters regarding the numerous discrepancies, inaccurate information from so, so, so many persons after multiple telephone calls, which I will document. Except for one or two staff member (out of numerous conversations with many) there was disresoectful service by a manager (who never returned final calls); an error in contract information (that may have been unintentional--though attempts to be very helpful) by an assistant manager. The changes in and gathering information were numerous, inaccurate and confusing, , led to tears and painful frustration for hours and days in simply seeking basic information.

The truck that I rented had trash in it upon opening it at the location. To avoid this, the employing going to the lot to find a vehicle could also pre-inspect the vehicle so that it is not unexpectedly unclean for a customer.

The vehicle was extremely unsafe, with limited visibility. The gas tank was not full, as was claimed. Staff were not well-trained but were friendly and helpful. I was billed three times, at least twice erroneously, and two payments were deducted from my bank account. This turned out to be a very expensive and inconvenient rental

I've moved many times in the past five years. I always come here. The staff is so friendly, professional, and gets you in and out in no time. This place is a gem.
