All the employees are very kind and helpful!



The staff are friendly and helpful. It was easy to get in and out. No checking back and standing in a long line back in the office at the end, they just correct the mileage and check the gas level and condition of the truck and send you an email.

When I checked in to pick up my van, I was told that since I planned on returning it after hours I might have to keep it overnight and return it during the day, as the lot might be full. This was news to me, as when I reserved it online it said nothing about that, and I was nervous about having to take it and park it somewhere overnight. However, it turned out okay as the lot wasn't full and I could leave it there when originally planned. Additionally, I was not told ahead of time where to leave the key when I returned the van after hours; I found the key return slot at the entrance easily enough, but it would have been nice for someone to tell me upfront where to return them. Overall this was a great experience, just a couple small hurdles that were easily overcome.

Unsafe! Unsafe parking lot with vagrants climbing into the back the van next to the one I had rented while the attendant was wandering around the lot. Had to go into the store to report it and there was no sense of urgency from the employees. Appalling.

Upon returning my vehicle after hours, the entrance that I was told to enter through was completely blocked so my rental truck was unable to fit into the return lot initially. After maneuvering a bit and going through the exit of the lot, I was able to back my truck into a spot. It was a hassle returning it because so many cars were in the lot and I could barely fit to return my 15' vehicle. If an alternative drop-off point could be suggested in the event that happens, that would be great.

This experience was wholely wonderful. The location is great. The staff were absolutely amazing. They not only did their jobs well, they were beyond kind and made the experience a bit fun and enjoyable. My friends were with me and we're also amazed at how the employees made us feel welcome and like we belonged there. I will easily recommend this location to a friend.

Showing us how to open the pad lock would have helped. We struggled, and when we called, we got directed toward a national helpline which told us that there was not supposed to be a lock on it, and recommended that we cut it off. When we figured it out, and it was all said and done, we lost over 2 hours in moving time. Also, my roommate and I both got charged for the service.

I used the self-service option because I was picking up the van at 6:30 AM. I called the location the day before to confirm I understood how the process worked. When I arrived at the lot this morning, the van was not parked where the map indicated. After walking around the entire lot, I found the van, parked behind 3 other vans with no way out. Fortunately, there were two U-haul employees working there before the location opened (Ty and Christian - they were great). They located the keys and moved all the vans, so that I could get to my van. However, once the van was accessible, we discovered the key did not work. I had to use another van and ended up being 25 minutes late to my pick-up. I am incredibly greatful that Ty and Christian were there. Without them, I would have been unable to make my pick-ups and lost over $100. That being said, I am incredibly dissatisfied with my overall service, and would not recommend it to anyone or use it again myself.
