Equipment was not completely clean, smelled like cigarettes or something similar and I found rest f food inside the passengers' cabin. I was also overcharge for gasoline.

Stop always renting me the old and beat up trucks , their seem to be something not right with truck , too many dent , or transmission problems or alignment off .

Very bad service. I was 20 min late Andy reservation got cancelled and they didn’t have the truck anymore because they over book them. So the agent made me another reservation to a truck/ place that wasn’t available also. So they kept sending me from one place to another for trucks that weren’t available. Very bad service.

Asked if lock was compatible with truck, they said it was (it wasn't). Handed keys and left alone, no walk-through or talking through how to drive a big moving truck.

I spoke with James before pickup and he was a great help and wonderfully kind. Please give him extra kudos I told him in person, but I really hope he will also hear it from corporate. Earlier in the morning I spoke to a girl I’m not sure what her name was but she was rude, unhelpful, and her information was incorrect. Luckily I called back and got James when I went to the location for pickup he helped me checkout and was awesome!

The UHaul person at K St. to whom I returned the cargo van to apparently made a mistake and is trying to charge me for gas. When returning the van, I explained to him I had already gotten more than enough gas to leave the tank at the same level it was when I got it. I called to complain and they told me they would investigate and call me back. I am still waiting for the call. If UHaul doesn't fix this billing mistake, I will have to dispute the transaction. I was a little disappointed that the van wasn’t ready for mobile pickup but overall this location has been very good. I rent monthly and this was the only time the van wasn’t ready. So, I am still very happy with this location. Hope the van will be ready for mobile pickup next month, because I love the mobile pickup option.

The crates were dirty. From sticky stuff, hair, and potting soil, I had to wash and dry every crate before using. Your website says the totes would be clean. Mine were far from it. But they are very clean when I returned them.
