The online check-in process is terrible, it took a half hour which for a 4 hour rental is a significant chunk of the time I'm paying for. And it's not "no contact" as advertised, I still had to go into the office and stand in line to talk to a person to get the keys. The truck had a "oil change required" warning covering the whole indicator archive of the dash, which tells me it's not well maintained and I couldn't get a photo of the odometer. Next time I need a truck in going to use the Hispanic guys who hang out in the Home Depot parking lot. Way easier. You lost yourself a future customer.Arthur C.

I used the mobile process. I was not aware that I had to have my contacts available at that moment for a call from you. I had to go back home to get my passport. My reservation cancelled in the meantime, I didn't know there was a uhaul counter. It was on a separate site than the trucks. Fire whoever was in charge May 31, 2021. He was a jerk. He was unhelpful to customers ahead of and behind me, as well as rude to me. He's unaware of how basic Uhaul systems work and is a pompous idiot. He delights in telling customers no and shutting them off mid-sentence with his own made-up non-Uhaul vocabulary, then treats the customers as stupid if they don't use his own made up jargon. The last two times I have gone to this UHaul location, the truck has had a significant leak in the roof with big puddles of water in the cargo area. Additionally, both times I have ordered equipment (dolly, furniture pads, etc.) and none of them were in the truck when I self picked up.TIMOTHY M.
