When I came to do self pick up, there were already two other people who couldn’t get their lock box open. I got my box (3) and code (131) and got my set of keys only to be unable to open the truck assigned to me. The three of us stood outside until the rental place opened to get this sorted out. My keys were actually in box (2), a code I didn’t get, and needed someone inside to open and hand me the right set. We waited for 1/2 an hour to get this all sorted out - at which point i might as well have paid for regular hours. Had I needed to picked my truck up at an earlier time I would have been completely out of luck. Very disappointed with how this experience went and feel ripped off for the time spent having to wait.

I was able to choose from a number of vehicles. The guys in charge were helpful and courteous. I went back 3 times for this move . Thanks

The truck was given to me with mileage less than the amount I was given to return it back with gas. Also frozen ice was in the back of the truck.

The drop off was quick and easy!

I really enjoyed the agent I spoke with when checking out. She was personable and efficient. The gentlemen who was in the parking lot was very attentive and in great spirits for it being so cold outside. Overall, this was by far the best Uhaul experience I've had. 10 STARS!

The customer service agents refused to check in the vehicle when we arrived to drop off the truck. They said just to give them the keys and go. I found today that they filed a damage claim under my name for damage I know didn't occur while the truck was in my possession. I also tried to sell back unused boxes and the sales person said money would be credited to my account and refused to give me a receipt. The refund didn't go through and now I have no evidence of it. This was a miserable experience at this location.

Check in attendant very pleasant and accommodating - quickly sent us an e-receipt

I believe the receptionist attitude could have been a lot friendlier. I think she was sick and under the weather so kind of understandable. I think this location is overpriced compared to other U-Haul and storage locations.

I didn't use the furniture pads and returned them with the package unopened. There should have been a mechanism for a refund.

The location is convenient and the staff were funny and very helpful! Was a bit confusing with the other store between the UHaul parking lot and the UHaul office though.

No problems with truck. Great customer service.

The truck itself was clean and operated just fine. The only reason I selected “No” was because the day we rented it snowed consistently throughout the day and at one point water leaked through the roof of the truck (seemingly through a dent), which affected some of our boxes and furniture.

The keys were locked in the first truck we were assigned - so it took longer than it should have to get a second truck. I wish the dolly with the zip tie wasn’t there because I didn’t need it and then when I was trying to fit in the last few boxes I wish I had the extra floor space that the dolly was taking up.

You need better signage where to start the office looks like a storage office you go to the Lot they tell go to the office than the office send You back to the lot to see if you can get hooked up b4 they can rent you the equipment so you walk back and forth a few times before you’re done maybe a big sign start here pick the equipment you want get the unit # than go to The office. It’s an outside lot you can’t help if the unit is dirty they cleaned the bed after I asked you can’t improve parking but a big sign start here would help

The location is convenient but the workers were not efficient. I arrived at noon but did not drive away in my vehicle for at least another thirty minutes due to: 1) trucks parked behind other trucks; 2) workers not knowing who had the keys; etc.
