I was very pleased with the service I received from this location. The clerk was friendly, professional and helpful. My vehicle was ready, clean, operated properly and the attendant was also very helpful. The entire experience was worth noting because in these days where customer service and quality seem to have disappeared it is good to know there are some that realize the value of both.

Christopher helped ALOT during my rough drop off. He gave me the UHAUL call center number and we worked it out.

Customer service was dismal. The personnel at this location are unhelpful, disinterested, and rude. There are too few personnel operating this site, which leads to long wait times.

Excellent customer service! I think there should be some one hired to work all registers during all shifts, that’s a very busy location.

Left prescription sunglasses in truck and called to see if they could be returned at my costs. Really don’t believe they were not in truck as told.

The mobile checkin process wasnt very helpful. The staff was all great and helped sort things out.
Samuel B. on
The Mobile Pickup did not work and I needed to get access to the office to get my keys. This involved waiting in line for 30 minutes. Additionally, my truck was parked in the back of the lot, so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to move trucks to get to mine. This was unacceptable and I was very frustrated by the process. I doubt I will use this location ever again.

Employee bringing trucks to customers was extremely slow and unhelpful.
Kathryn S. on
Everyone who worked there was extremely prompt and helpful. However, I was not provided a dolly, though I was charged for it, the sun flap in the truck was broken and fell down while I was driving, which was terrifying, and the truck took 6 or 7 tries to actually get to start because they key was broken.

Also used the movers. They were tremendous. Scheduled at the last minute. Great communication and follow through. Special thanks to Michael, Jose & Joe.

Move the return equipment sign out behind the tree to be visible when coming from North Capital, as it is unclear that the 2nd driveway is another business and not connected, resulting in a difficult turn around. At least the employee was great and ran over to help, but it shouldnt have been necessary.
