Did not lock in the pin and the UHaul became disconnected as a result.

Amazing, stress-free experience. Thank you SO much!

Line inside the customer service center was extraordinarily long and slow. I decided to get out of line and do a self-check out. Thank God I did because it was very quick! It was also easy and a pleasure returning the truck.

The guys who came out to help me move were great! The company aims to please and was available to change the time last minute which was fantastic.

Truck was very old and very dirty on the inside and after I declined all insurance from u-haul, I still was charged for insurance on the final bill which is unacceptable and it took 20 min for me to get this charge off My bill. Also I was given the vehicle with a gas tank a hair below 1/4 tank. That is unacceptable. I expect a partial refund for my bad experience.

The truck was poorly maintained. There were 2 warning lights on when I picked it up - low tire pressure and needs oil change. A third one popped up during the night for a tire pressure sensor fault. Very frustrating to be paying to use equipment that has not been properly maintained. Also, there was only one staff member in the store when I arrived to pick up the truck. With only one customer ahead of me in line, i waited for at least 20 minutes to get help.

I had a problem with the parking brake release, your people handled it like pros.

The power locks were broken and I had to manually unlock the side and back doors of the van each time I wanted to load anything

There was no where to park while you took the truck.

It's in a bad neighborhood, I got harassed when I stopped to fill up for gas about 1/4 mile out

Only issue was it was raining and they left the truck open to the elements, so all of my stuff got wet and dirty when I loaded it in there...

The trucks were in very very poor condition. They were dirty and drove poorly. I have rented uhaul trucks before and I have never rented a truck in such appalling condition. The staff were very professional. I can't say enough about them. The equipment is another story. I will never use UHaul to rent a truck in the future nor will I recommend uhaul to others.

This location needs better management. The personnel was not nice and they don't know how to do their job.

Nothing! Excellent service! Paper in the office's bathroom was missing... that is all!

Equipment maintained overall. The interior was clean. The lock on the door was a little weathered, as were the lugs on the dolly mount. This is quibbling however. Both were functional, and it wasn't more than a minor annoyance. Both Kaylen (Spelling?) and Christian were very courteous, prompt, and solution oriented. The gentleman who checked me out was also very pleasant and fast, but I didn't get his name (He was on shift at 8/31/17 at about 3:20pm.) Moving is a pain in the rear end, the staff at this location was great.

So lovely, helpful, and efficient! Kind and professional.

Make ONE debit per rental. At rental, UHaul approximates charges and puts a hold on a customers acct. When the rental is retd, UHaul should revise the amount and submit ONE CHARGE to a customer's acct. My last two rentals had two charges submitted for each rental. I do not agree with this method of payment and had not experienced it before, even at this location. It tends to make me suspicious that something fishy is going on.

When I showed up for my rental, the clerk asked me if I had checked-in online, and then said it I could, it would be faster and easier. While I was checking-in online, the clerk helped the next customer, a woman who came in behind me and who couldn't check-in online. When I finished, he was still helping that other customer. In the end, it did make the start-to-finish check-in time faster, but my actual time was slower because I ended up having to wait for the person who came in behind me.
