professional fast courteous staff. 2nd time using this location, easy to get in and out of. Before I used this location, there was another one closer to me but they had chickens running in the back, the office was a used shack in the back and my car hit a major bump in the drive way out, not this place... very nice service and facility. Your new 3 call verification system, that you keep secret until we arrive to rent, is customer hostile and should cease immediately. I don't know what problem you are attempting to solve, as you have my verified address, identify and credit card. I've always used U-Haul in the past, but will reconsider renting from U-Haul in the future with this horrible new "feature" in renting from you.

I think we were overcharged for fuel. We drove 17 miles and were charged for 1/4 tank of gas. Either the truck is really fuel inefficient or we've been overcharged..

Have the truck mileage and other details correct. Had to change things that were not accurate. Anyone in a hurry might have missed this.

I waited almost an hour to pick up my truck which I had reserved in the store the day before. There was a line in the store when I arrived and only one person at the counter, the associate asked for help only 30 mins later of waiting Abbas another person didn’t show up for over ten mins. Then when I was finally helped, two the three computers weren’t functioning properly and had to wait which was partially the cause of the long wait to begin with in front of me. There were also several customers behind me expressing frustration. I was on a schedule for my move and this was very inconvenient. They also didn’t have the recommended tow for my model car, which was 10 miles out of the way if I wanted to pick it up. So I have had to rent a car to come back and pick up my car. The only thing I was offered was a small gas credit IF I filled it with more gas then I got it which I ended filling way more and I never received credit to my knowledge as of yet. This was really poor service and wasted my time and money.

I reserved a two wheel car dolly for 0900, ,arrived at 0930, stood in line for 35 minutes. Two men at the counter with 15 people waiting, really! Most had online reservations. Men were courteous, but overwhelmed, about like customer service at an airport. Dolly was nearly new, no lubrication on any of the pins, thus even me @ 220# struggled a bit. Men in the lot were very good. So, you rate the experience. Some good, some bad.

I didn’t have reservations but I was in and out there quickly. The customer service was excellent she very helpful and very polite. The outside employee was also very friendly he took his time make sure I checked everything before driving off the lot.

I've used that location for several instances and it's always the same long wit hassle. It's also a hassel since for most of those times I had made reservations at other locations and was rescheduled by uhaul to this one a day two before pick up.

I got a moving dolly that had one of it’s welds come undone. Still used it but didn’t feel safe. I would have gone back but I am moving no time for that. I was unable to see that it was broken until I started moving. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Thanks

I left the lot unaware that the back door of the truck had been left open. This allowed the utility dolly to fall out of the truck while I drove in heavy traffic. Only the courage and quick thinking of several kind gentlemen prevented what could have been a terrible, even fatal accident. I have e-mailed you a detailed description of my experience, as well as the rude, inappropriate response of the facility's manager. I will never rent from U-Haul again!

There was a mix up with the container before it could be delivered to me so I had to wait on it . Then at the destination they had packers ordered that I did not need and was charged for my son was going to unload it himself. I was not told that he could pick it up and take it back when he was done . My son had to pay another fifteen dollars to pick it up he was there over an hour trying to get it released to him . Then he took it back the next day to return it and they told him he had to pay another twenty dollars in case it was late .and he had it on the back of his truck in front of u-haul . When he paid the fifteen dollars he couldn't get a receipt because thier computer was messed up and wouldn't print it out . So today he is going back with a print out showing he paid that and the u-box is still hooked to his truck because they wouldn't let him return it . He told me all the totes in the box were crushed and can't use them anymore . All in all I give them a poor eating.

The issue that I have is that I've been a frequent customer of uhaul cat city for nearly 10 years returning truck accurately. And from having been a former employee of uhaul 712 company I completely understand how to return a truck. I returned the truck night drop and now I'm being charged nearly $100 for fuel. With 14 miles driven the numbers do not add up at all. I will be taking pictures of all transactions at this location from now on

You need to inform customers when a reservation for a pickup or van is made that they need two phone contacts when picking up vehicle. It’s frustrating to have to find two contacts that can answer the phone when you’re trying to get the vehicle.
