this location has come a long way from what it used to be like (which was un-organized). It now seems quite efficient and friendly.

Regarding 68075 Ramon's part in this example of how not to treat a customer: Calling me at 8:30AM and asking me if I needed to keep the truck, before checking records the showed I had returned the truck to that location twelve hours earlier, was just another example of how bad customer service is at U-Haul. When do I get my $50 refund???????

The counter clerk helpful, and she was friendly. The gentleman assisting in doing the walk around was not.

There was one customer in front of us when we arrived. It took a very long time to rent the small trailer that we needed. The young man working there saw us arrive and he went to eat, went to have a cigarette, went to the office to prop his feet up. The woman that eventually got to wait on us, was so busy trying to upsell the order that we were being raked over all of your U-Haul coals. We will just rent a lift truck from Home Depot next time. That will be easier, and they are not attitudinal. They want our money and business.

Only because with the heat here the units are not climate controlled so I will need to move my things because the heat will add mildew.

Probably wouldn't hurt to have more than one person on the order desk for such a busy location.

If you use this location DO NOT drop off after hours. They will try to fabricate charges.

I pre-ordered cargo van online to supposedly have a faster pick-up, which never happened since GM/Owner, Chaz, was only person working at counter. He seemed nice but it defeated purpose of "express." Also, I was told I could only pay with my debit card only, and later found out that I could have used my Discover card, which I would have preferred to earn more rewards points. Lastly, I wanted to return van day early, but was maybe 30-minutes later than original checkout time, and was told I'd still be charged my daily rate, plus insurance, tax, etc., and there was nothing UH could do to waive it, so I kept van one more day which seemed like a ripoff and cost me added $50-60. Typical UH experience.
