Karen BI did everything online when getting my storage unit hours before the office closed. I couldn’t make it to the unit until after hours due to work. But when paying for the unit a lock was included in the cost and would be placed in the unit so when I arrived I would be able to drop my things off and lock the unit up. When I arrived I was having trouble with my code then after calling customer service which Krystal was a tremendous help. Once in the unit I discovered no lock was in the unit like they said it would be. So I had to buy my own. Other then all that it is a nice clean building with plenty of space
Galveston S | Online Move InMy box hasn’t made it to the destination yet (at this point I don’t know if everything will arrive safely) but I wanted to call out Martin for doing a great job with pickup. I had to delay shipment a couple of times and he rolled with the punches. First class employee.

KOSHARA AWhen I emptied the U-Box, Tammy was extremely helpful in pulling it out of storage and loading it onto a trailer. She was on her own at the location and went above and beyond to help. Tammy deserves a raise for her great customer service and attitude. The location is badly understaffed on the weekend, with only one person to handle everything.
