Give detailed information about dropping the vehicle off and checking it in after hours. This was my first time and I had no clue as what to do until I open my txt message. I dnt realy know where to park and was unaware of the process of how and where to park a well as the taking pictures. This caused the droop to take longer than I expected. Other than that is was a great experience. Next time I will know what to expect now that it will not be my first time. Roaches where in the uhaul. They charge my card then realized it debt card had to charge another card. Then returned the truck an got a fuel charge for the same amount of fuel that I received the truck with. This was a terrible experience a lot of charges for not knowing the policy or poor procedure.CARL E.

The access card kept malfunctioning, the staff was helpful and they fixed the issue over and over again, but what if it happens after hours when no-one is around? They said that they would provide me with a beeper instead, but didn't have any at the moment so they provided me with a code. I had storage since December 2017. I had a large storage and there was some water damage but UHaul too care of that with my claim. I couldn’t take it all so I rented a smaller storage to keep the remainder until I could pick it up. Picked it up, no issues and checked out. It was a very positive experience for me. A month ago I rented a car hauler for the same distance, actually same exact addresses, the prior charge was about 200.00, the current price I paid 412.00 wha the hell? I was upset that i was told i would continue to just be charged for the days i had the truck. Then when the third day came they called me threatening to call the police on for a stolen truck when my card was charged 175 and then charged 120 again. I would never steal a car a truck or anything I'm a hard working woman that was willing to pay whatever until i was able to return the truck. I answered every call and never lied or cancelled my card at all! I ended up taking all my belongings off the truck and just returning it just to cancel any confusion.ALANTE W.

I originally asked for my aafter hours drop off to be in the arlington area, which she stated she had set up but when I came to get my personal car and look for it,they had assigned it to cedar hill, which is 30 minutes out of the way. when i called to have it switched they said i would have to wait until the next day to have it rescheduled..and i did not want to pay for an extra day so i had to return it to the place that was out of my way.LINDY L.

Returned the truck with the gas just a smidge under what I picked it up at . Returned it at 7pm that night and "JOHN" was behind the counter on his phone . I told him it was a smidge under but when I put gas in it , it was a little past the mark. I asked if he would come check if acceptable and he said no problem obviously becuase he did not want to get off his personal phone call. So I leave , next day my account was charged $76.00 !!!! I call the store and told them I would have gladly went amd put a gallon of gas in it had John not told me it was fine . The lady ( would not give me her name ) started telling me the policy and i told her i understand but could we get John on the phone . She was rude and said that it would be " he said , she said" I said I would still like you to ask John, look at cameras that he did not want to come check the truck . Again being Rude she says wait and a guy gets on the phone and starts staring the policy. I asked if this was John and they hung up on me!!! I've used U haul for years and never been treated so badly . I will not reccomend uhaul to anyone nor will I use them again ! I will use Ryder!Dominick B.

The woman who help me didn't seem to know the system. She kept clicking the same button expecting different results. Another girl came in (Gabby I believe) and told her she needed to fill out all the information before it would let her go further. She also sent me the wrong drop off location. Sent me to the Carrollton location that doesn't exist. There was something wrong with the transmission on that truck, it didn't seem to want to go over 4,000 rpm. I forgot to mention that at drop off. Gabby seemed to know what she was doing but the other girl didn't.crystal H.

Having to get out of the car to swipe the access card is annoying and the limited hours the gate is open is inconvenient. I am aware that for an additional cost you can get a remote key but that’s more money going out the door. I switched to another location that has a drive up keypad and unlimited entry hours. When on the phone getting a quote, I was not made aware the price did not include taxes. Only found out when I arrived at the facility after making the 20 mile trip from my home. The initial monthly phone quote of $154.95 went to $167 and some change. Not that much money on a one time deal, but will add up for our new RV that we had planned on keeping there for as long as we own it which will equate to years.
