The manager was nice, but her workers were RUDE. I drove up at 4:54pm and when she saw me get out of the trick, she locked her door, it wasn't 5pm yet. Didn't really matter, but I did want to discuss my issues and concerns and see if I could get any assistance.If it weren't for the manager, I'd be more livid than I am now.

as this was not the location that I was told I would pick up my rental and no one contacted me before hand, it was a surprise. to improve customer satisfaction i would suggest keeping the customer informed, do what you say tour going to do when you say your are going to do something. the personal at this location saved my experience for U-Haul. others that i had come in contact at u-haul were less than helpful or understanding.

I have rented a lot of vehicles/trucks in my day but this experience was by far the best ever. I would recommend this location to anybody. Excellent customer service with an exceptional friendly staff. My truck was ready when I got there and was on the road in 15 minutes. Now that's fast. When I returned the vehicle, I was met at my truck by a staff member who immediately looked over the truck, checked the mileage and then proceeded to check me out. Extremely fast courteous service. I couldn't be more satisfied. A big thank you to the U-haul staff.

Customer Service was awful! I was overcharged for a two hour rental of a Small "10 Truck. I was quoted a price for the "in-town" rental for approximately twenty (20) miles round trip. Price quoted was around $60.00. This was fine,as the Customer Rep, Tia Campbell. realized that the rental truck had not yet returned. Tia then would ask her Manager some "next steps", and we then waited. He would then say, that there was not another vehicle for the price given. I replied that I only needed a small rental truck to pick up living room furniture, then taking the furniture to my residence in Cedar Hill, TX., a distance of 11 minutes away from location U-Haul of Cedar Hill. I waited for an hour and 21 minutes for a truck, constantly calling the furniture store to assure them that I would pick up my order of furniture that day (Saturday, August 6, 2016). The service was awful, as I believe training needs to be done at this location, and or management needs to be revisited. Needless to say, I will not return! And my monies have NOT been returned to date to my credit card. A total of $105.00 was taken for the rental fee of only $58.83 and $46.17 is now balance due. My 5x8 trailer was not properly installed on site. When signaling right with our vehicle, the left signal operated. The left tail light was out the entire time. We traveled over 400 miles with only one taillight operating on the drive down. This caused great confusion on the highway and almost caused a collision. We are seeking a refund. I am requesting a phone call from the store manager as soon as possible.

Ensure the representative on the phone communicates the return procedures, and ensure the representative at the store communicates the return procedures and that at the time of pick-up what is on the receipt and that at the time of return the final receipt could be different. I had no idea what I was going to have to do online to return the truck after hours, it was very frustrating and there was not lights in the return equipment. By the time I figured it out, my final billing still did not show the time I actually returned the truck which was within the same day of pick up. I was bill for 2 Days, why did the final receipt bill me for 2 days when you are submitting information to confirm the return. It asked online for the confirmation of mileage and fuel but I do not remember if it asked for confirmation of date returned. I have submitted a dispute on my billing. It also stated online that there was a drop off box, it was not one at this office. The only thing I show was a slot on the door to drop the key in. But if someone wanted to get the key they could easily put in a magnet to get the key, I did not think that was a good secure way to return a key, and the representative did not mention that either. Also the truck that I had reserved to pick up was not ready when I got there, it should have been. I have sent a note to the manager of the store in hopes that I can get my billing resolved.

Customer Service has been horrible at EVERY U-Haul I have ever gone in to. From the moment you walk in, I have never been greeted and then its always the same. You just stand around lost waiting and hoping someone says something to you. This is not just this location but ALL I have ever went in.

Walk customers to their truck. We were directed to follow a side walk to our truck. However, there were about 5 trucks and we had to put the key in each truck's door to figure out which was ours.
