I requested a reciept the very skinny guy said your drop off email is all I get. Then I get charged for turning in late, when I turned it in early. They charged my card twice for extended rental that's in the possession frauds.

I realize that when employees are new you probably don't have answers to every question but my suggestion would be to find answers to the questions rather than suggest that customer drive additional miles to designated drop off area or risk paying as much as $200 extra for dropping off equipment at wrong location. There are no lights in the storage units which makes it difficult to access things in the unit once it gets dark.

This location has had 6 GM's in the past 3 years. Not once have they been on time. Most recently Tia Campbell charged my debit card WITHOUT my authorization, and was totally unprofessional by stating the new GM Tim "was gone for the day, she was taking his place for the shift, Tim did not do his job" When I approached her about it, she IMMEDIATELY became very defensive and put ALL the blame on me, then walked off retorting "I am not going to be part of this conversation" She needs to be dismissed!! Tim is working diligently to turn this location around, however, the EXTREME mess he was given will take some time and will NEVER be accomplished with Tia remaining. She has no respect for his position of authority, and has completely forgotten who the customer is. I want someone from corporate to call me at 817.300.9650

I went to front desk to request a van rental. They told me they didn’t have any available. I walk out to the parking lot, open the U-haul app, requested a van on the App, and got it in less than 15 minutes in that same location. Walk back in to front desk to retrieve the keys. They just give them to me with no explanations. I just don’t know why that happened.

Make sure the fuel level is correct to the paperwork .Peperwork showed there was a half tank when I pickup the truck.But there was only 2/5 of a tank. So I got rip off and had to return truck back with half tank.

They over charged me for gas. Paper stated it was 3/4 when they checked with me they seem it was on 1/2 I brought it back on 1/2 tank & they still charged me for fuel
