I asked to pay in cash and was advised that I could not set the reservation up in cash but could return it and pay cash as long as it is before the location closed, but they forgot to inform me what time they close. I picked up close to 8pm and I thought that they closed at 8pm on Saturday and they don't. I was very upset that the clerk advised me about paying in cash but fail to tell me that I needed to be back before 7pm to return the truck.

Unfortunately, the young man behind the counter was a bit slow with the process. It wasn't busy when I walked in, I was the only customer there. I wasn't that upset because of the time of day, it was almost time for him to go home.

First, tried making reservations online but website froze twice. So I called the location I was trying to make the reservation at and was told not to worry about making a reservation because he’ll have enough auto transports tomorrow morning. I show up, they’re all rented out. So he recommends another location further down the road. I get there and the paperwork goes pretty smooth. But as they’re connecting the trailer, I notice the straps that hold the front tires are ripped off. Unhook that one and grab another one. The guy tells me he’ll take care of the paperwork and go ahead and leave. So I’m almost home when they call back and tell me that trailer won’t haul the car I’m moving. So back I go. The new trailer looks just like the other one. Well, sort of. The one I got had rotted out running skids. Not the side running boards, but the skids the car sits on. Rusted through. Straps were dry rotted and frayed. But by now I’m two hours late for an appointment and have to take it. On the road, I can see the left side side front tire bouncing, jerking my truck for two hours. Very disappointing experience overall.

Well after renting a trailer and storage space, would you believe they actually wouldn't let me throw away trash without paying $8 to do so!!! That's unheard of and rude, I'm very unsatisfied and U-haul is the only rental company I've ever delt with I guess it's time to start shopping around????????????

When I pulled the trailer in, I was ignored by staff. Had to do 24 hour drop off on my phone cause I could not get anybody to help me. Hey, at least the customer service is consistently bad.

Nothing just stay the way you all are. I was very pleased with my service when i dropped my U-Haul off. Staff was very nice and friendly greeted me with a smile upon my arrival and when i left the store. I also got my hitch put on my vehicle there i was very pleased with my service on the phone. Very pleased with my service at the store. Again thank you all for your sevice. I will use you all again.

When we arrived that morning we waited in the store for at least 10 min before the two clerks returned and didn't offer an apology but instead simply stated, "two trucks came back at the same time" and a chuckle. There was a man who'd been waiting longer than we had. My contract information is incorrect; street name spelled incorrectly and phone number incorrect because the clerk never asked me to verify my information. Overall the customer service is quite lacking at this location. I would only return because this location is so close to my home. If it weren't for that I would never return and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to use this location.

When I attempted to return the van, thee was no one around , although the office was open (and empty).Wasn't sure what I needed to do, so waited outside with the van for about 10 minutes until a staff member arrived. Then everything was back on track!
