Customer Service was horrible. April Davis ignored me for about 50 minutes before I stepped in to ask for help. She was rude to me when I asked her why she let other customers in front of me and she said that she didn't see me standing there even though we were all in a small "shed" due to U-Haul upgrading their building and I was only 5 feet away from her and had been standing there for an hour. After my initial upsetness, she offered to give me a discount which she was unable to do because she didn't know how. I'm very unhappy with her performance and her unprofessionalism. I will not be working with her again next time I am there.

Let customer know where they should return rental equipments to before they leave your premises. Not drag them up and down in 90 degree temperature. If customer forget any item in your office, Please inform them, do not laugh and bully them.

Water leak due to storm and my mattress and some of my boxed items got wet. Was told just to file a claim and that trucks were water proof but not water resistant. Not satisfy now my new mattress is stained and took three days to dry?

On Sundays, please have adequate staff in the store to assist customers. We had to wait ONE HOUR to pick up our moving truck. I registered and paid online and was informed that since I'd done so that my pick-up would be expedited. Well, it was not. Actually, this was the worst Uhaul experience I've ever had. The staff was very polite, but she obviously needed help and the store was unprepared to handle the customer demand. Also, when we returned the truck, we were told that we were late. After reviewing our contract, we were NOT LATE. The manager told us that she "would do something for us" by not charging us a late fee when we were not late to begin with. The staff is well trained. The manager needs people skills, and you should make sure your store is staffed to handled scheduling and demand. We bought a house and won't be moving again, so we won't need Uhaul for moving anymore. Even if we'd did, we'd purchase the services of a PROFESSIONAL moving service and bypass all of this unecesessary drama.

The customer service rep was excellent. She did the best she could under difficult circumstances. I went on a Sunday morning on Memorial Day Weekend. She was the only rep working. There were three customers ahead of me. It took one hour to get my rental. The couple ahead of me had a reservation for a pickup and car tow. Their equipment wasn't there. The rep worked very hard to find another location with the required equipment, and keep them from getting upset; while at the same time filling the order of the person in front of me, as well as my order. Another rep would have been very helpful on a holiday weekend.

I was over charged for my rental and I wasn't credited like I was supposed to. The sales rep up charged me and didn't fully explain all charges.The way I booked it only was the cheapest offer and instead of trying to rectify the situation. The sales rep tried to pass the buck and blame it on incorrect information. I am completely dissatisfied by my experience.
