Mike M | Overall ExperienceI don't like to post negatively about anyone or anything, but I believe the staff at this facility needs to be trained on customer service tactics. Nesha is harsh and most of the staff onsite are not knowledgeable about the brand. When my unit was damaged due to a water leak, they emailed me at an old address which I had updated a few months before. I received no call or missed call from the site, although Nesha said one of her associates did reach out. My belongings were thrown into the new storage unit by a "moving company" with water damage. If moving weren't a necessity from time to time, I would never use U-Haul again for any of my moving needs. No professionalism, rude associates including managers, and no accountability. Thank goodness my tenure with this company is over.

ANGELA H | First ImpressionsMy only issue is that I did a move-out special and was supposed to have 48 hours to remove my belongings. This was difficult because I had to go to the office to get them to open the gate each time I went in and out. This also meant I could only come during store hours. They gave me from 7:00pm Thursday- 7:00 pm Saturday. Which means I came in paid around 6:45 pm Thursday, my time started but I didn’t have access to the storage because the office was closing. My whole point is that wasn’t 48 hours!
