This process could not have been easier. The front desk staff was friendly and walked me through the process on what would happen once I got into the vehicle in a quick but efficient manner. Dropping off the vehicle was just as easy. I pulled up to the return area, the staff got in the vehicle and I received my receipt via email almost immediately. Gas was where it they said it was. It was supposed to be 3/4 but it was in between 1/2 and 3/4. The works were leaving at 6 so I couldn't stop and say something. Then it took almost 2 hours to checkout. The scan qr wasn't valid. I call customer service and sat on hold for 30 minutes then they transferred me and I sat longer. I'm planning to move soon and will have to find other options.WAYNE J.

The woman that was working didn't know what she was doing. She first said that she wouldn't be able to give the the trailer because it was already reserved by someone else. Thirty minutes later after arguing with her she realized that she had made a mistake and it was my trailer. After hookup she try's to make me pay for it after me telling her I had already paid over $300 for the rental. She tried telling me I was wrong (again) and didn't know what I was talking about. Five minutes later she realized she was wrong and the. Told me I could â€œgo about my wayâ€. It was some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.Kenneth H.
To improve you can start by not charging customers for things out of there control. The truck I was given completely shut off while driving. This truck was then picked up via tow and now I'm being charged for not filling the truck with gas! This makes no since how am I supposed to fill the tank on a truck that doesn't drive. Also not have your customers wait 90 mins in roadside just to come and check to see if the truck is drivable!! Then wait another 90 mins for the tow to come!RACHELL S.
