They over charged me for gas. Paper stated it was 3/4 when they checked with me they seem it was on 1/2 I brought it back on 1/2 tank & they still charged me for fuel

INSPECT YOUR VEHICLES BEFORE RENTING OUT TO UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS! Roof of truck had HUGE holes that were hidden when the door was rolled back. This allowed the large amounts of heavy rain we experienced to SOAK our belongings, ruining much of our load. We called uhaul when we noticed the water damage. Their solution was to transfer my call to their insurance co to start a claim for damages. It took SEVERAL hours & several calls lalatefor roadside assistance to finally send a contractor to cover the holes (they were clearly visible by ladder). Contractor was shocked & said he could not believe that uhaul would rent a truck in that condition (he also fixed the non working tail light on the auto hauler. The wiring was horrible.) THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Called and asked to change my drop off to another in town store due to a delay in closing and my availability. Was told that was fine and that my card was being charged for another day which I got authorized for. At no time was I told I’d be raped for another $280 and on top of that I put the gas back at 5/8 of a tank as directed and was still charged for gas!!! I’ve slreDy been told my Carissa that there is nothing y’all can do as it was supposed to be returned to the other store and no notes of my conversation was recorded!!! Shitty way of ending what was a good experience. I’ll use someone else next time

We waited almost 90 minutes to check in and get a vehicle. I reserved online but the online checkin wouldn’t work. The website kept saying the drivers license date was wrong even though it was accurate. I would never rent from this place again. Three people left while I was there because it took so long.

I mentioned it to the gentlemen cleaning the truck when I returned that the wrench on the trailer to hold the passenger side tire down doesn’t wrench right. You have to keep resetting it to tighten.

The staff was rude (black woman)..they hooked up us with a uhaul that had no working lights..then changed equipment. Couldn't use our ball ..because had no tools to change out position of the ball.we bought a new ball.and it was not tightened down.. it took us an hour and half..to check out..we had gone the day before to reserve it..so it could be done quickly. There were no other customers when we arrived! We are repeat customers..but this location has changed hands..and they are HORRIBLE!

I initially came in on Saturday 9/22/2018. The service was slow, the employees were easily flustered, and by the time it was my turn in line I waited 10 minutes only to be turned around and the young man told me to help myself and do what I need to online. This defeats the purpose of me taking the time to come a day early and get assistance in-store. I felt bad for the guy on the cashier because he had to deal with some upset customers, but the guy helping needs to check his attitude. However, I came back on Sunday and my experience was completely different. Ken saw that I was having a difficult time figuring out pickup outside so immediately offered me help and ushered me inside. Betty was friendly, had a nice smile, and already had my info for my truck waiting for me. The other gentleman that was in the store (I didn't catch a nametag) was also friendly and made sure to show me to the truck and to walk me to the key drop off to make the process smoother since I would be returning after closing time. The customer service I received Sunday was what an interaction with store employees is supposed to be like. Keep up the great work Sunday crew!

The customer service representative Betty was really rude to me. I was scheduled for 8 o’clock on Sunday morning. The gentleman that worked the yard let me in. She says obviously I’m not open and I’m still counting the money out. We don’t open till nine and I said well ma’am I need to show you my reservation is for 8 AM. She said well what do you want me to do? I said I would like for you to give me the truck so I can be on my way. She said leave and come back at 9AM. Ken the yard guy, he was really nice. He told us we could have done it on the app and then they would’ve left the key for us. So by the time we completed the app it was time to open the store at nine. This put my whole day behind. If the store is not open at that time why do they schedule us? I don’t understand. So she didn’t have to be that rude. The manager Mr. Melvin and Ken were really helpful. I don’t understand why people get a customer service job if they can’t provide good customer service.

Multiple issues at this location . First this was supposed to be a 24/7 pick up at 8 AM which there was no record of anybody adjusting it to where I can pick it up using the 24/7 online feature. The number that came up to contact somebody after hours no one ever answered or responded to . After I called the one 800 U-Haul number they instructed me I would have to wait until 9 AM for associate to get to the store . Around 9:10 AM the associate finally came in and said nobody set it up from the night before even though they had record of it . already being well behind schedule from the events that I needed to do the truck was not ready and he said he would need time to clean it which I said I did not need I just needed to get it . After about another 30 to 45 minutes in the store I was finally able to get the truck but at the end of the day nothing about this experience was good. One 800 U-Haul made reference that I would get a $50 credit on my bill because of this and that’s still not happened. With the multiple times that I’ve used U-Haul over the last few months and moving various things this experience alone makes me not want to use them going forward

To improve at this location the customer should NOT be forced to do SELF DISPATCH. This process is very NOT user friendly! The process requires more steps than if the rep at the counter dispatched the rental!! Cell phone signals are not dependable at certain locations & this makes for a very difficult situation in addition to all the added steps involved in self dispatch. In the interest of better customer service, the customer should be given a choice! Your self dispatch process needs to be refined BEFORE U-Haul uses this exclusively at its locations!
