Check the gas properly so customers are not charged seven dollars for a quarter gallon of gas after I already went back to the gas station and filled up the tank to 3/4 of a tank. I tried making an online reservation and apparently it never went through the total came to almost 160$ only moving 20 miles. Came into the office and they couldn't find the booking, lady was MORE than helpful and got us a truck for 65$ Including the mileage, gas refill, and truck.! I placed an online order a week prior to pickup and my order Was not available. The clerk told me the equipment was I ordered was no longer available as they were already checked out. Please make sure that next time the trucks are dried in the back. After you guys are done cleaning of them they should not have a big puddle of water in the back of the truck. It's delayed us from being able to pack up faster because we had a clean out the back of the truckLorina M.
Actually HAVE the damn equipment at the location, time and date that the customer originally requested... NOT 63 miles (one way) away for it not to be there and then another 83 miles (one way) away hours later causing us to delay our trip, loose a non-refundable hotel booking. The cabin of the truck was not cleaned out. There was a used, dirty mask hanging from the sunshade when I got in the truck. The brakes need maintenance BADLY. Luckily we were only using the truck for a move in town. The maintenance light for the brakes came on 3 times and was beeping and flashing.Aimee B.

Our original location was super shady, the u-haul was below empty and had a check pressure light on. We lost over an hour getting another truck- but still had to pay movers for this time and was not compensated in any way.Nicole F.
You should inform renters what typical out the door costs are after all the fees mileage etc. are tabulated. I was renting a $20 van and it ended up costing me $57 Plus $15 in fuel. I knew I was going to have to pay for gas and mileage, but I had no idea it would be more than 3x the base price. On the good side, your people on commercial Drive were great.Mark B.

Give a little compassion to a persons situation. I drove 11 hours and was told I had no trailer. First gentleman I encountered could care less, handed me a 800 # and walked away. After 15 minutes on hold another agent found me a trailer 50 miles away. Granted first agent said he could not do that?? Overall worst experience I have ever had, will avoid Uhaul at all cost in the future. At the time the reservation was made, I was told someone would contact me the day before my scheduled pick-up to confirm what time we could pick up the truck. However, no one called and when I was able to get through (I was on hold for over 15 minutes), I was told the earliest I could pick up the truck was after 10:00 am. This was an interstate rental and at the time we picked up the truck we were told we could return the truck to any U-Haul lot at our final destination. However, shortly after we picked up the truck, I received a text message saying we had to return the truck to a specific lot that was only open for 4 hours every day. It was a little frustrating since the truck was being returned to a town about 120 miles from our actual final destination. We did return the truck to a different lot and the instructions said we would be contacted the following day to confirm the return. Again, no one called. Better training of personnel on customer service communication would be helpful.Robert M.
Reserved a 15' truck and was "guaranteed" it. When I arrived all they had was a 10'. I had to do 2 and a half trips instead of 1 if the what I reserved was there. Truck had low tire pressure on all tires and passenger door was cracked open when I drove off. Bad experience all around and unreliable.Cory I.
