My move-out was delayed because U-Haul trailers and a homeless couple were blocking my access. The couple with a dog camping out in front of their unit both days I tried to clean mine out, which made the process difficult. This was a rare occurrence, I have never seen this happen before this date and had the unit for almost a year. When I contacted Uhaul to close out my unit and share what had happened they assured me they would contact this store by email and two days later I received a call from the store manager with no knowledge of this interaction and information
Crystal B | Overall ExperienceThis survey does not reflect the recent addition of another unit which would have initiated this survey. Access is not as good today addition 10 years ago. Also, over the years the area often has nails, screws, and trash because it is not cleaned up daily. This resulted in at least two if not all three damaged tires.
