Customer service was off the chart. He was physically running to go things right. The running lights on the trailer weren't working so he switched trucks and it was the truck that wasn't allowing the trailer lights to work properly. In doing so he up graded me to a bigger truck, which was really the one I needed. Chico Uhaul was great!Jesse K.

Always make sure vehicles are clean and ready for the customer at time of their scheduled pick up. That being said, Branson and Mo here at the Chico location know how to treat customers. No really went the extra mile for me to answer my questions when your â€œcustomer serviceâ€ agent at the call center was less than informed, rude, and short. When I was less than satisfied with the van I was given (due to it still being covered in dog hair after watching an employee clean it out before giving it to me) Branson corrected the mistake without me prompting him at all. Mo told me he would explain to Branson the situation and that he would have him reach out to me. Branson called the next day and offered to cover half the rental. Exceptional customer service here and will use this Uhaul for any future needs.Heather M.

Take better care of customers when they reserve equipment. I called the location and reserved the equipment, told them I would be there in 30 minutes to pick it up. I arrived and was told we don't have that available today. He told me you can try at another Uhaul location. I told him I was very unsatisfied with that response and after I had reserved the item and driven 30 minutes it was not my job to locate another Uhaul location. The manager showed up and wouldn't you know it he found the equipment. I will be using another source for equipment from here on out.robert M.
