I drove 26 miles and put 6 gallons of gas in the truck. (highway driving) I was told that I would be reimbursed for the miles I did not use, but on drop off. I was told that the rate was determined based on the miles and that no reimbursement would be provided. Not helpful Need to get facts straight.

When I dropped it off I wanted to file the complaint and they said that I needed to call the U-Haul #. That number does nothing but try and sell me fucking gift cards from some people who can't speak FUCKING ENGLISH. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul again.

When dropping off the truck I was told it was going to be just over $50 total but my card was charged the entire $179 that had been put on hold on my card and when I recieved my receipt by e-mail it said total was 0.00 still trying to get the situation fixed and not sure which side of the pick up drop off sites mixed it up. But overall chico location is very friendly and helpful.

After losing our engine in Tahoe at 7000 foot elevation I called for help to U-Haul and found out my insurance was useless because it wasn't the tow dolly that was damaged. They offered to come and get it at a fee of $300 so we did everything we could and ruined the rest of our vehicle to get it to a friend's house for the night and I called the office and Chico for help and Bronson the manager promised me he would not charge me for Sunday if we could get it back because we had to literally been through Hell by the way I'm terminally ill with lung disorder and 7000 feet elevation nearly killed me but I ended up having to go all the way back from Chico a five-hour drive to go get the tow dolly for him to keep my end of the bargain and to keep my word. He did not keep his word in today he charged my card knowing that there was $0 in the bank and I had informed them on Saturday very clearly both the main office and the Chico Office that I did not have any money in the bank and they promised me they would not charge my card. Now I'm going to have a bounce on top of not even owning a vehicle anymore and I cannot tell you how sad I am and broken hearted that U-Haul is so dishonest period so very dishonest. My number is 530-200-6373 if you want to make this right I would give anything in the world for you to do so you owe me $60 to keep your word and if anything in this world should matter it's not what the contract says it's what the man behind the counter says to the customer who is the person who pays for your food. I am the person who has lost everything I own and still found a way to drive 5 hours and get your tow dolly back when I am terminally ill and I still got charged. Something is very wrong there and that is a horrible way to treat your customers

Have unlimited mileage for in county/ local moves. have correct info on hours open/closed on websites. route calls to operators that answer the phone when using website for these links,,your website(s) quite frankly, need some work on accuracy. a cheap website isn't very good and a good website isn't cheap

Why use a (.png) file for the attachment? It had to be opened in a picture viewer. (.pdf) is more compact and more utilized.

A bit of over communication. I must have received multiple emails leading up to the date, plus texts and a phone call from the end Uhaul agent while I was in route about my drop off. Felt a bit over kill on that part. Other than that, agents at both ends professional and truck ran great! Thank you.

Perhaps add an interior light to the trailer to make it a little easier to see when unloading in dark locations with limited or no outside lights
