I was disappointed that when I needed to extend my rental for 5 days, I was told it would be an additional $240.00. The daily rental fee for the truck is only $19.99. So renting a truck for 5 days should only have costed $99.95. So I was forced to unload the truck and return it. They could have tried to make some kind of accommodation for a returning customer.THADDEUS M.

One of the 4 trailer tires was low on air and was in poor shape. The people stated that it just came back from PM work. It did not affect my haul but may affect a long distance trip for someone else.roger K.
I would say changing the fact that you get little to no gas in the vehicle because you are paying mileage and to rent out the truck or van and if your smart add insurance so it comes out to more then you think it's going to beChristine B.

You need to give instructions earlier about the after-hour drop. I did not see a drop the keys box but only a pick up your key boxes with locks. I assumed that was where I need to leave the key. For a first time user, the people before me for example accidentally locked their key in the box before taking all those pictures.YAMAN E.

Overall the staff seemed to try to be friendly and helpful. They told me that there would not be any extra charges for bringing the truck back in the afternoon vs morning Yet then I saw my credit card has been charged after I left. We rented a uhaul to be picked up at 8 am using the 24/7 mobile check in. When we checked in the website said we had to wait until the store opened to get the uhaul. We later found out that the person working the night before did not put any of the keys in the lock box outside. We were also charged for 2 dollys when we only used 1.Samuel G.

I had signed up for the mobile 24/7 pickup with an 8am pickup time and received all the instructions for Anytime pickup. When I arrived at the location to pick up my vehicle and began the pickup process from the app, a message came up saying I needed to wait until the location opened at 9am for hand delivery. There was another person there who the same thing was happening to. An employee arrived around 8:30 and we explained to her and she graciously let us into the store before it opened so we could get our trucks. She said the person who closed the night before didn't put the keys in the box. I don't think this is a good system for â€œanytimeâ€ pickup if you need to schedule it during business hours so someone can put the keys in the lock box. Please review the process, or specify when booking whether the option is available at that time.Kelly B.

You can start with doing a proper post trip when customer return the vehicle. Rented a truck with a flat tire and had to wait 4 hrs for the road side vehicle to come to me not acceptable. And your manager at chicopee store not helpful at all.Edgar P.

I asked if the truck was sanitized before I got into it and the guy said it was. I brought my own disinfecting wipes and wiped down the steering wheel and arm rests and they were disgustingly dirty! I guess they just spray the sanitizer and don't wipe anything down. Also the day I went to reserve a truck my husband and I were walking around the store for over 8 minutes looking for someone to help us. We walked outside to find 3 employees watching another employee backing up a truck! They should never leave the store without an employee!! Then upon returning the truck only 3 hours later, I pulled it up Under the tent where returns are parked only to not be met by an employee. I walked into the store to find 2 employees just standing there staring at the door when I walked in. I had to tell them that I was returning that truck right outside the window!! Just terrible help at that Chicopee store. They need a reliable manager who can keep these employees busy!LISA R.

I reserved the equipment almost a month in advance, the day before pickup in Webster Uhaul calls to change location to Chicopee, over 60 miles from my home and 2 hours round trip, I did not have this spare time. Uhaul did not offer to reimburse me the extra $50 in gas and tolls for this screw up, After we get started on the trip we find one of the tires on the auto transport is so badly worn out the steel belts are showing. I took several photos.Luckily roadside assistance was able to change it without having to unload the car. On the upside I will say the truck was mechanically perfect, comfortable and did all we had hoped for in spite of the 122k miles on the odometer. The truck was really good.eric B.
