The online service was excellent my experience when I picked up the vehicle was bad the vehicle had a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes someone left a used disposable mask on the dashboard and given the fact that we are under a pandemic the vehicle should have been at 100% clean and sanitized. I had to buy a can of Lysol to desinfect and sprayed the whole cabin.

LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER BETTER , I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT AFTER MY RENTAL I ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPINION IN CHICOPEE MA UHAUL REFUSED TO OBEY MY REQUEST IN CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD WITH OUT MY PERMISSION WITH THAT BEING SAID I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CONTACT MY LAWYER IN REPORT THIEF AGAINST UHAUL THANKS

This is my 4th rental in 6 months from this location. I'm overall pleased, but the trailer I last rented was very dirty inside and had a sidewalk light that wasn't working.

Everything was great at the store location. Took a little too long to get the truck but everyone was very helpful. The website is tricky because I removed all the ad-ons except the dolly but when I went to finish booking online everything was added all over again.

Katrina the lady I made my reservations with over the phone didn't reserve a van like I asked for she reserved me s box truck. So I think if they reserve what the customer wants would be nice. I took the box truck cause that's what the young man that showed me said she reserved for me. By the way he was an amazing young man. Very helpful.

The girl working there is professional, the guy however should be fired. I left the trailer there and he said he will check it in for me. Two days later I get a call asking where the trailer is. He never checked the trailer in, so I had to come back myself and show it to them.

Truck gas tank was not full, I put 8 gallons in on my way home from picking up the truck. We hit rain when we were on our trip, the passenger side windshield wiper almost fell off, we had to pull off the highway and fix that before we could continue.

Covid19 mask wearing is a good place to start followed by having the reserved truck at the chosen pickup location. Lastly, the local office controller is an ass with an attitude.

I have no real basis for comparison with similar services. I did have a good overall impression of the people and facility I did visit. The truck I rented was really high mileage 155000+ but it ran well and seemed to be well maintained. Hopefully your new fleet of trucks are equipped with a really essential GPS system.

2 of the 3 employees I encountered inside weren't wearing masks. The person who worked with me was the one wearing a mask, which I appreciated, and his physical contact with my card and what I had to touch was kept to a suitable minimum.

Trailer wasn't clean. I had to sweep out the unit. It had mud on the inside. The unit overall looked and performed as expected.

There was a mixup with the reservation.. sent us to WestSpringfield, only to be sent back to Chicopee. However, staff worked to get out it straightened out, and after that all was fine.
