I rented storage space B2052 for between 7 & 8 years typically paying at least a year in advance. In addition I've rented numerous U-Haul trucks and trailers over the years. On Monday 10/1 I checked out of my unit and was told that the difference in October paid rent ($77.41) would not be refunded. There was no manager available and since I was on my way to PA I had no time to argue with the personnel on site. The site manager had told me in the past when prepaying that if I moved out the balance would be refunded. This is completely unacceptable even if I hadn't been such a good customer over the years. Picking up a vehicle with 1/8 tank of gas was frustrating but worse when at the gas station multiple fuel pumps wouldn't work and would stop pumping repeatedly. It took 25 mins to add 16 gallons of gas. Something is wrong with the gas filler tube in the rental truck. I shared this difficulty upon return.Duncan S.

Check in process was cumbersome and took more than 20 mins. Requirement for having 3 phone numbers for an outstation customer was very cumbersome. Good to notify customers in advance that they need additional documentation. For customers driving a UHaul for the first time, would be good to give a walk through of the truck for driving.BISWADEEP N.

The customer service representatives were very helpful and the facility is nice. I would definitely come back to this location. Lastly, my car was damaged when pulling it off of the trailer. If I had known that the dolly wasn't compatible I would have found another option to transport my car. The trailer ripped off a large chunk of the plastic that protects the bottom of the car under the engine compartment. Not to the fault of this location but its going to cost me more to fix it than the Uhaul itself.DYLAN H.

The staffs were not friendly at all; sounded like they were angry from the first second to the end, didn't even tell me where the key is but just storm away after bringing the equipment. I put more gas in then I used. I put 4 gallons to drive 32 miles in a 15 foot truck and it was the same exact fuel level on guAge. They charged me an additional 17 fuel charge. They are scammers and if the charge every customer an additional 17 dollars who doesn't catch it that is a lot of money. I expect. Refund of this charge. I.m. Your software needs some help. At the pickup location they didn't have the truck that I had reserved so they sent me across town to get another truck. When I went to the storage unit to drop off, they didn't have any available units and sent me to another location. When I tried to drop off the truck they didn't even accept the size of truck I was turning in. I don't know what all the mess was but it was very bad. Also, I filled up the truck in the morning but because I had to drive all over town I burned some fuel and got charge an extra $30 because uhaul screwed up the reservation and made me burn the gas.Riley C.

Everything was great up until the drop off. Several trucks were waiting in this long line and it seems that no one else knew what to do and same here. I saw people getting out and I followed suit. Turns out several of us were behind trucks that had no one in them and we were just waiting there thinking it was a line. I finally turn the keys in to the gentleman and he says he will take care of it. The next day I get a voicemail from an employee saying they have been trying to reach me and I didn't turn the Uhaul in. At this point I was livid. I tried to call back at the number given and it was a 54 minute wait. I decide to go there in person and I speak to Kevin up front. I tell him the situation and he says that his records indicate I didn't drop it off but perhaps no one checked it in. I say I have proof I dropped it off, which I took pictures of the vehicle in the drop off lane time stamped. He decides to check the keys right behind him. Low and behold the keys were RIGHT THERE. The co-owner was very nice and courteous. I returned the truck way sooner than the rental period and requested some credit for that but sadly they refused. I was compensated for some of my gas as when we had rented the vehicle it was almost empty and I returned at 3/4 full. Not a full refund of what I spent on gas but a nice gesture.CELINES L.
