Every year I rent a U-Haul space for my business. Every year I come to San Diego for business . Krysral, the manager makes my experience always a pleasure. She is a wonderful, kind, friendly, and helpful person. The staff are hard-working and make sure that each customer is taken care of. The facility is clean and well maintained. I always recommend this location to anyone who is in the San Diego area

The staff at the Copley Dr. Location in San Diego are phenomenal, especially the lady at the front desk. They were extremely helpful, with a stressful move. If I am anywhere near, I will use this location. I highly recommend this location.

Not really complaining both Noah and crystal? I think her name was, did a fantastic job at helping me with my situation just the only thing was that the storage hrs thing threw off my schedule a little but otherwise my experience couldn't have been better

It was a long medical healing journey for me,after 2 major car accidents, speech difficulties & partial paralization. Knowing my items were secure in a clean climate condition facility was part of my healing. I ended up donating 99% of the stuff , but that too was healing. Many thanks to this Clairemont Management & team.

Plus the assistant manager was not helpful and the one kid with blonde hair was driving dangerously on the lot.
