Absolutely outstanding experience! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service I received from Crystal Blair, the General Manager. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt valued as a customer. Her kindness, patience, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. It is not every day that you come across someone who provides such exceptional customer service and makes the entire experience feel so easy and pleasant. Crystal is an absolute asset to U-Haul. Her dedication and wonderful attitude made such a positive impression on me. Copley Place store needs to figure out how to acquire a better internet connection. The employees are great; the Internet connection is not satisfactory for a major company with 100’d or maybe 1000’s of stores.

William C | Overall ExperienceIncredibly frustrated with the move out process. I moved out days before my next monthly payment was due, but faced so many challenges actually completing the move out process. Upon moving out I emptied my unit, removed the lock, and informed the front desk attendant that I was moving out. He confirmed that I could leave and that the rest of the move out would be handled by the staff. Days later I receive a call from this location saying that I am late moving out, and that I need to call back to let them know my future plans with the unit. I called back twice almost immediately and received no reply. I tried again several days later, and again, received no answer after waiting for up to 20-30 minutes during business hours. I then got a text saying my rent was late and that a fee had been charged to my account. I called once more, and again, no reply from the location, but I was instead connected to corporate who took my information and said the location would call back by end of day. They did not call back. So finally, several days later, I called once more and was finally answered by the staff of Clairemont Mesa, who informed me I was delinquent and that there were still locks on my unit. The locks were not mine, and I had no involvement in how they ended up on the unit. When instructed that I must send an email to confirm that the locks were not mine, I was informed that I would receive a confirmation that my reservation had been successfully closed. I sent the email, but never received this confirmation. The text containing this survey was the only form of indication I received that my reservation had ended, 3 days later.
