This place is my go to for renting moving vans/trucks and trailers. Usually have a good selection of equipment and accessories, knowledgeable & friendly staff. I will continue to utilize this location as long as I live in my current home and will continue recommending it to friends/family.ZENA R.

Make sure the trucks are in good ship for the distance required for the trip and the truck should be clean and ready to go more over never lied to the customersâ€¦first I asked her to to please opened the trunk because of the ice she told me it was take care of when I took the truck the guys couldn't opened it at all drive it back to the location almost time for closing and she said she was the only working at that location then she ran in and give me a returned truck that wasn't clean when I drive it around the smoke was killing me and I told her that the truck wasn't drive well she just give me the contract paperwork and ran to close up so I trusted her when she said oh. Yes this truck can take you but it was all lied. We almost got killed because of the bad wheels and going into other lines My God what a terrible trip it wasHELEN G.

The truck needed some maintenance, it had terrible steering control and shook. The app to return the truck kept crashing and it was not very clear instructions. I paid for an extension on the truck but I ended up not needing it and I was not refunded that money.Maximillian M.

One person working when I got there, had to wait about 15min. When I returned the equipment there was still only one person working and had to wait again. There should never be one person working alone in any business. It is a security and service issue!MICHAEL B.

If possible, I would recommend that people try to reserve pickup during store hours even when using 24/7 truck share. 24/7 truck assigned me a truck that someone was also checking out via 24/7 truck share. Then it tried to assign me another truck number, but the window refreshed as I was looking for the equipment. Then it told me to go speak with a store associate as my reservation no longer met contract requirements. It was busy. The employee working said he was the only one there as two others didn't come in. Spent almost an hour on the pickup process all together. But the employee was helpful. Drop off process with 24/7 share went relatively smoothly, however this location the drop off area was full when we arrived. So we had to park which was difficult with the lot's spacing and other equipment. The equipment had a strong smell of French vanilla coffee, as it was spilled throughout the truck's cargo area. So also spent some time vacuuming when I would have like to have been focusing on moving. I'm not sure that I will use U-Haul again for any of their trucks. I have used them for six moves, and the process for me has always had a hiccups that take up time throughout your reservation to correct.Kira S.

It was a smaller location. Selection was more limited and had to drive up to larger uhaul to pick up some dollies and rags. It's not a bad store but I can tell it is at the bottom when it comes to getting restocked.Logan B.

I had an excellent rental experience. Equipment was clean and ready to go. The real highlight was the incredible customer service from Janelle. She was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. She didn't rush us and took time to explain everything and make sure we understood every aspect of the rental agreement and equipment. It was easily the best customer service experience I've had in years. More than anything it was our experience with Janelle that will bring me back in the future and make me recommend Uhaul to people without hesitation.ANDREW H.

Janelle was very friendly and helpful. I would say She went above and beyond. She lent me a trailer hitch when I showed up and realized I had forgotten mine. She stayed on site when I was a few minutes late returning my equipment. She help me park the trailer. She definitely deserves a raise! She is a wonderful employee. Make sure you measure the actual fuel level and miles before the car goes to the customer. 1. I rented the truck and looked at mileage before leaving and when I came back: it was 24 miles, but you said it was 26. This is not possible unless you round down the miles before giving the car to the customer and round up upon return. The cost difference is less than a $1, but why do this? 2. I was told the fuel tank is full and to return the car with the same fuel level. I entered the car and gauge was on full, but there is no way to tell how if some gas was already gone from the tank. I went 24 miles and filled up to full tank at a gas station across the facility. Total fuel I filled up: 3.7 gallons! For 24 miles of light duty driving in your smaller pickup that is rated for 15 miles/gallon. That means my usage was closer to 6.5 miles per gallon. Or the other possibility is that the tank wasn't truly full, yet I had to fill up all the way or be charged for the remainder. Make sure the staff measures the truck right before the customer leaves and make it right. Don't make the customer feel cheated over $5-$10: it makes for a bad experience and you can easily make it better.Veniamin F.

When I told them I reserved a 15 footer, I was told to wait and that they didn't know why the truck would be rented to me. The truck was still being cleaned and it was dirty (don't Uhaul owes me $50 for not having my reservations ready??).Touxhue V.
