Very easy to access the building and unit. Only thing is the unit itself was damaged when I entered. The ceiling tiles were damaged and falling down.
Kim was really helpful she found a storage space big enough for our things.
After 17 years of having a space at your center the only bright spot was Brian Rishe, who was very friendly, helpful and sympathetic to my situation. The lock had been changed without my knowledge or permission in 2007 by "David " the manager at that time. I don't understand why a perfectly good lock was removed without my knowledge or permission. According to computer notes it is alleged that 2 keys were sent to me which I knew nothing about. Why a master key was not maintained in the office defys any and all business common sense. on part of your management. Then we find the lock was put on upside down which required me to call a locksmith and spend an additional $75.00 to have the circular lock removed. Next I tried to access the unit only to have to pry open the door handle with considerable force because the door and the bar had been over painted causing both to bond together. Once in it was apparent that someone had been in my unit since the plastic I used to cover everything within the unit was dumped in the middle of the floor, boxes were everywhere, my file cabinet draws were opened and the contents were rifled through, and the floor was covered with odd and end garbage consisting of metals shards, ripped up paper, and crayola crayons , all of which had nothing to do with my contents. The place was a disgusting mess. Then the worse problem was that my Conn Symphony 8 H trombone in my original case was missing!! As if to make matters even worse, I was informed that U-Haul's policy is not to reimburse portions of monthly payments unused. I intend to contact U-Haul headquarters to resolve this but suspect that it will end up in a court battle.
There really is only one employee and she is wonderful! She handles that Uhaul so well, and multitasks amazingly. I had a storage a year ago there before and also rented another trailer and I am thankful for this clean well informed convenient location.

Kim the manager is knowledgeable, patient and helpful. However the store is very busy and the need more help. The guy Brian needs more training to get the customers in and out.

not sure how to rate a storage unit. the unit was accessible and secure. I think they are a little expensive but it was inside a building.

Rec'd a late notice even tho I closed both units 3 days before 30 days & let them know. I called & was told they'd take care of it. Yet another notice came today. How many times do I have to call???
I am still waiting for a credit for an overcharge for the month after I moved out.
The only drawback was accessing the facility only during office hours. 7 pm is a bit early during a workweek. But the people were very friendly and helpful.
The clerks were very helpful when I needed the storage and also when I emptied it.
