None this was a great experience for a last minute rental during the night while the store was closed.
These comments are really meant to improve the service. Brian who was the clerk was nice and trying to do his best. the underlying issue is the under staffing issue. He was working by himself even though the GM Kim was there. She was no help at all. I have been to this uhaul twice in the past 3 months and had to wait 40 minutes for propane and this time had to wait over an hour and half for a van. Brian had computer issues and Kim just left instead of helping the next customer in line on another computer.

Reservation and mobile phone pickup as a disaster!! Set up account to create the reservation, received e-mail & text confirmation, original reservation DID NOT ask for "alternate contact". Upon arriving to acquire rental, uhaul.com indicated "NO ACCOUNT" and could not log-in. Could not get any support or help with the on-line problem. Finally, had to have on-site attendant (excellent service & very helpful) enter the system to cancel original reservation - which was there! Finally got me on my way after 45 minutes - most of which was spent attempting to get the on-line system to work!! Very convoluted and not helpful at all!! Dump it or fix it!! Would NOT use the mobile pickup again. After dropping off, found out the overall cost was significantly above the original quoted cost, without any explanation.
I was charged $39.00 additional for returning g the van 1 hour late. This is very unreasonable.
Not sure why you offer online check in when you then refused to allow the card I entered online to be used without a signature. I made this reservation from Maryland for my grandson in Rhode Island. I cannot be there to sign. Isn't that why the 3 digit code on the back of the card is required when making online purchases! VERY INCONVENIENT
The employee was very knowledgeable very kind and very helpful super polite and great personality he explained all the policy and made sure I understood how I was being Charged.
Reservation was at 9:30 didn't get on the road until 11:30. Nobody knew how to get the keys to the truck
Agent was very friendly and hooked up the trailer with ease. Returning the trailer was also very easy.
Manager was very nice and respectful. I arrived at 6:45 am and she opened the door 2 minutes early because she saw me waiting.

The man was rude and did not want to help at all. I work retail and i would never treat a customer like that. He walked out of the building and refused to help me because he couldn't find me in the system.
Nothing. Kim is always there for the customer. She always has a smile, is caring and goes well above for her customers. She explains how the truck rental goes, assisted me with packing supplies and is a great person. I don't go anywhere else when I need a truck rental for a home improvement project like thie kitchen cabinet renovation or installing our new deck. I have also recommended her store to friends that need packaging supplies and truck rentals

We have rented many Uhauls vehicles and equipment by far this the best service ever. The service was efficient and timely. The representative was alone at that time in which she moved vehicles, customer support, and all around stellar service with a smile. I'm not sure what the representative name I can assure that doing this COVID-19 trials, we all need people like her.
The staff at Uhaul was great. The online check in was slow and unreliable.
Dog hair on the seats otherwise very glod
First , your on line reservations is absolutely useless, I was given first a location that wasn't even a UHaul facility and the employee knew nothing about my confirmed reservation , then after losing time I was referred to this location , the employee took the information that I spent half an hour filling on line again. emplyee told me to look at the truck and pay attention to details, then he handed me a paper that showed a very confusing gas tank level , I took apicture of the mileage and the gas level before leaving , he told me that I need to bring the tank at the same level which I have no problem with , I drove 26 miles and put 3.5 gallons of gas thinking I did good , to be told that I'm going to be charged for shortage on gas and services which was unreasonable amount of money , I showed him the picture and he agreed on their mistake but said it was my fault not to let him know , I refused to pay the extra charges and took the truck for 2 more gallons of gas , which mean I drove 28 miles with 5.5 gallons of gas , 5miles / gallon. Money was nit the real issue , it was the wasted time and fact tjat someone admitted their mistake but still wanting you to pay for it . Very dishonest and disappointing.
Guy very low didn't know how to use updated checklist for trailer. Was there an hr to just pick up 6'x12' trailer never going back
