The woman with the dark hair came over to me right when I pulled up with a huge attitude and didn't even want to hear what I had to say as I was trying to ask a question. I get having a bad day but no need to take it out on me. Then they tried to claim I brought my truck back dirty AFTER BRINGING IT TO A CARWASH. And also said I didn't attach a picture of the vehicle WHICH I DID online turning in the truck as you can't return the truck online WITHOUT THE PICTURE. A lot of lies and very rude. Go elsewhereMELISSA F.
The staff were very courteous and helpful. The truck was clean, and appeared to be very well maintained, and gave a smooth comfortable ride. I would certainly go here again if the need to do so arises. I highly recommend this particular place for truck rentals.KEVIN A.

I rented a 9' cargo van to drive from RI to Maryland. The left rear tire began to lose air on 95S still in RI. I had to stop every 100 miles or so to put air in it, Arriving in Maryland the next day the right rear tire was flat as well. Service replaced the right tire and told me the one on the van had a plug in the tire wall.....not how it's done. They ended up putting the spare on the left side...a new tire on the right side. And now I am getting grief from the office in Cumberland. What a hassle from start to finish and now I get the third degree from the office. I have the towing company in Maryland that replaced the tire and their word that the tire had a plug in the wrong place. The left tire had a nail which is the one the towing company took with them. They left the tire with the plug in the spare location.John T.

When I reserved the truck I guestimated the milage at 100 and there was no milage charge because it said the first 100 miles were free. When I returned the truck I was charged for all 151 miles that were travelled.Michael G.

The worst experience ever. First they gave us a uhaul that didnt had a dolly and they charged us a dolly but never gave it to us. Then they charged us 987$ extra on my credit card and I cant get a hold of anyone to know why. I've been a regular customer buys its the worst experience everSAIF U.

Really appreciate the service at the location. I failed to get the gentleman's name that was at the desk but he was gracious and answered my questions. U Haul sent me to Upton Mass to pick up my truck. The BP/Getty site told me they don't do U Haul rentals. I had to travel to Cumberland, RI to pick up a new truck. The confusion cost me time and money. The moving crew I had scheduled for 9am didn't start pack my house until 10am. I needed to hire another moving crew to pack my truck. It wasn't a great experience and I would like to be reimbursed for the second moving crew. If the truck was available as I reserved it, the first crew would have enough time to pack my u boxes and truck. Not a great experience for me and my family.Robert H.

Inform customers that there is a one hour window to get your truck or you may lose it. Our pick up was scheduled for 8 am, but I was having a bad morning due to a recent chemo treatment. We got there at 10 AM and our truck was gone. Kim was great. She called me around 1 pm to let me know that a truck was available. I tried to call back, but was forwarded to another #. He transferred me to the regional scheduler who told me to I was mistaken... that there was no truck. I informed her that Kim had just called and left me a message. I got nowhere! We decided to drive to the location and look and behold, Kim had a truck for us. She was upset because she'd input a message that anyone from Uhaul could see. Gratefully in the end, we rented a truck and moved furniture from Leominster to Woonsocket and I'm finally moved into my condo. Kim was definitely customer service oriented.SANDRA C.

Your 'return your truck' after hours online app is terrible. After 20 minutes of trying to enter the required information I gave up. I was charged the $20.00 after hours service fee. In the future I'll just pay the $20 and spare myself the pain of dealing with your online app. You really need to fix this.EDWARD M.

Your online reservation experience is not good. I gave all my info and credit card info because I was in a hurry and still had to wait in line and give all the same information when I got to the location. This should be a lot easier to reserve online, paperwork should be ready to just pick up and goSCOTT M.
I have used this service multiple times and the customer service from Brian Rishe was absolutely awful. We were returning the vehicle to the site and just wanted to check out and he was not offering very much help. When I arrived to go in to check out he said we could check out on the phone or we had to wait for him to complete the truck. Normally, I go inside to check out but he was doing something with the truck and mind you he was not the only employee there. The app was not working due to my location services off and needed help. He then proceeded to say your location services are off and we were saying that they were on and then he said how much you want to bet? He then was very argumentative in the parking area during this time when all he had to do was go inside to check us out and he did not, he chose to continue what he was doing while smoking a cigarette.. After finally going through the check out by the phone I did not receive a receipt so I needed him to provide. During this time, he was providing a service to another person in which he provided excellent customer service to, even walked them through the app very kindly on how to check out on the phone. When it was finally my turn, I told him that was excellent customer service that he provided to the person that came in after me and that I wish that I was treated the same way. Then he was starting to get argumentative with me again. I told him that I did not receive a receipt and he was continuously arguing with me that it was because it was under different name. I said yes my brother picked up the vehicle but the email address is the same which was on the paper that was provided when we picked up. I showed him the paper with the email address and kept insisting that it was under another name that I would not go to me and I was trying to explain that it should be going to the email that they printed and provided before we left with the truck earlier. Eventually, he did find my information to print it off. I have never had an experience like that ever with such nasty customer service and trying to prove me wrong consistently. Having a person like that work for your company speaks volumes about a company. If you truly value your customers then you would not have an employee like that treat customers so disrespectfully. I really hope so one evaluates him and either help him with customer service and to make sure he treats all of his customers the same. He can not pick and choose which ones he would like to give good service too. I have never wrote a review like this before but I really hope someone checks in with him and reviews his job.DOMINIC L.

The location was missing the regular dolly and the furniture mover I had ordered, but he removed the charge for the furniture mover and subbed the heavy duty appliance dolly in place of the regular one.
