Steven BReview lockbox doors. The plastic tag on the truck key was caught on the bolt at the top of the lock box’s sliding door. This jammed the sliding door closed making it difficult to access the key.
Bradley WThe gas was marked to be 13/16 but it was really 11/16! So they charged me $8 for gas, this isn’t right. Aside from that the location was fine. I dropped the U-Haul off after hours and the app was SOO FKN irritating. It’s pouring rain outside and I’m standing out there trying to take pictures of the van and jumping through a dozen other hoops as well. The gas was NOT where they marked it on the paper.

JOHN ZThe entire staff from top-to-bottom were “TOP NOTCH” in ensuring my moving experience was as easy and as stress-free as possible, and realized that for me, it was more than just moving my stuff from points A to B and C. Yes, three (3) points of coordinatng successfully in less than 4 hours! They all went above and beyond addressing my needs, at a critical point in time, when time was of the essence. They all projected a sense calm when it was most needed, and I now know where and which U-Haul facility I’m going to in the future and if any of my friends or family require the services of, I will not hesitate to highly recommend this team!!

SANDRA MI made a reservation online and put in a credit card. When I got to the location to pick up the trailer the employee either couldn't find it or something. Finally the price was double what I reserved it for. This experience has convinced me to buy my own trailer. The employee who "had to hook up the trailer" couldn't get the lock tight on the ball.

Dennis BSeamless!!! I had internet access and power issues when I turned in my van and could not get the app!! But I took a picture of the square code, as he told me, and it brought up the app... but then my power went out!!! So I dropped the keys and hoped it would work and it did!!! $5+/gallon for the 2 gallons i used was well worth it to me 🥰 thank you, UHaul!!!

Ingrid JThe app program is a nightmare to operate. What you claimed to take only 10 minutes, took almost 35 minutes. I find this very inconvenient since I already spoke with a salesperson a few days before, who said I was "all set" and ready to go. How many times must a person take a picture of their drivers lis? Where does one upload the questionable damage on the vehicle? Seems Uhaul is more bent on getting my personal info, and info of my friends, than getting me in to a vehicle.
Dean ZThe entire experience was top notch. Everything was on time, the follow up was unbelievable, and all the people were very friendly and helpful. I would use U-Box again in a heartbeat on my next move (which I hope is a ways off). Also the coordination between the two very far apart U-Haul dealers was extraordinary. One atta-boy for U Haul.
James kAt pick up time staff were rude. Not helpful at all, customer service was definitely not good specially at the front desk. One person out on the parking lot was the one helping to locate the vehicle.
BERNABE VI have used them for moving supplies, truck rental and storage and this facility is tops. All the workers are friendly.

JEROME GPeople at both ends delivering the pods and picking them up and the people that did the scheduling and making the phone calls about deliveries all amazing. Difficulties with the people contracted to do the packing and unpacking and both ends, but made the best of it as situations do arise as both sets of movers had problems with people that they were helping , prior to my appointment time. My only complaint is that the same day that they were bringing the pods to my new location to be unpacked , I received 2 emails saying that I would be charged 74.08 per unit for storage fees. The emails arrived at the same time they dropped the pods in my driveway. Unfortunately the pods were being packed at the originating end it was Labor Day weekend and it was recommended that I have them packed up two days earlier. That recommendation pushed it out and I am stuck paying for storage for a month, when the poss have already been delivered. I went to the U Haul location and they told me there was nothing they could do about it.

PEGGY NThis was not a good expedience. Pick up was fine, but the van has poor visibility with the black grate. The van also needed an oil change and the mat on the floor made it very hard to load. Drop off was unclear to me and the couple before me. We both went into the building, but we then were sent out to an empty green tent and needed to wait with no one there even though we were told someone was there to help us. Both of us were frustrated and on the verge of leaving. Mileage was recorded incorrectly before my pick up and I was charged 100 miles too many. Apparently, I needed to verify mileage but not instructed to do so- I was just sent to the lot to find my van- much poorer customer service than other companies I have used. We dd no walk around, no insurance review, no charges review. My order defaulted to insurance when I booked online vs. an opt in which is deceiving, and this was also not verified, When calling to correct my invoice, your system was down. I called back and needed to wait for 15 minutes for someone to take my call. I was looking for a new, reasonable vendor for vans for our nonprofit. I did not find it with Uhaul.

Demetrica S | Overall ExperienceI am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience. I drove 40 minutes to a location based on the assurance that a pickup truck was guaranteed for me. Upon arrival, I was informed that the truck was unavailable because a previous customer had not returned it. The agent at the customer service desk stated, "Because it's not available, we don't have it," and I did not receive any prior notification or apology. Fortunately, a nearby customer service agent offered me a van instead, which allowed me to still receive a vehicle for my needs. However, the lack of communication and support throughout this process is unacceptable. I hope to see improvements in customer service in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
ORIANA DThe maintenance on the truck could have been better. The truck needed a front end alignment or something was wrong the control arms. Vehicle was swaying when driven.

GARRY MThis was an extremely positive experience. The containers arrived on time and were dropped off and picked up promptly. In all steps of the process the team was very communicative about pickup and drop off locations and time. There was never any confusion or delay. I would highly recommend this for smaller moving projects.
Wesley MI observed that the process at Uhaul is very well streamlined and organized, so I think if the delivery time is reduced from 10 days to say 2-5 days would be great.
Vasanth MWindows on the truck were filthy inside and out. There was no windshield fluid so I had to add some myself before my move.
Colleen LTrailer bed was a little dirty. Trailer bed should've been cleaned before renting out. Otherwise always great staff and service at this location.

Duane H | Online Move InThe staff was good and helpful. However I had my items stored in a inside 10x10 storage space. Had it in there for two year approximately (2022- 2024). I chose the inside storage unit to bettet protect my items. In the process of the two years, there was apparently a ceiling leak or something that led to water flowing into my unit. I had a big section couch and some paints, in this storage unit. Paintings was warped due to the water damage. And there was significant staining rhe fabric of the couch and rusting to the metal clips that would've kept the sectional in place. Mind you, my couch had plastic wrap on it, but the water was still able to get in somehow. I don't recall getting notice of any possible water leaks which would've allowed me to check my storage or make arrangements to protect it. But either way, I got an inside unit to better avoid damage to my property. Imagine my surprise when I open up my storage unit, which seemingly looked fine at first glance. Believing my items are fine, and picking them up to see they're damaged. I got someone to clean it and see about removing the damage- but the furniture service couldn't remove the outer damage fully. Things like this happens but it definitely lessens my comforts of using or recommending this Uhaul in the future.

THERESA C | Overall ExperienceI would recommend this location, hands down. Most of the employees were very helpful, especially when we first started renting a space about two years ago. That helpful attitude has slipped somewhat lately yet it’s still good. The only reason I dinged the location is because the bathrooms in the storage area haven’t worked for I believe over a year. That’s ridiculous. One thing I’d like to mention is that when I reserved the second unit, I asked if it would be on autopsy like my first unit and was told yes. So I specifically asked if I needed to do anything to make that happen and was told no, that it was set up on autopay so would be paid. In fact, the woman helping me was irritated that I asked twice, which fit with her less than helpful attitude from the beginning. And nope, , it wasn’t on autopay so I ended up with a penalty charge. Not the worst thing to happen but I mention it because this situation also reflects how some employees attitudes - I believe they are new employees - have changed since we first reserved a storage unit. Yet overall we’ve felt grateful for this storage location. The service started out as six stars out of five - off the charts - yet has slipped since then. After a few visits to the front desk within the last six months, I do believe some of the new employees attitudes need some adjusting as customer service willingness and friendliness is going down, which is vastly different from the team we dealt with two years ago. The climate controlled units are wonderful 👍🏼 I’d recommend them. Just get the bathrooms fixed and hire a couple more friendly helpful staff and the location would be off the charts again.

My frustration came from the app that frequently wouldn’t load, would stall out on the last page, or wouldn’t have the tabs that were reported in the email confirmation (there was no pick up my truck tab that I could see easily).

In the last month, talk have received over $400 from me and now I have no money to take care of myself for the rest of the month because of your ridiculous rules about not prorating. I will not be using you all again and will NEVER store things or recommend your services to anyone.

The area is always clean no debris around and my bill was accessible to change payment methods. I am a bit upset that the pricing has gone up soi much just for bike storage but it is what it is. If my spot is available in november, I plan to be back.

And make notes when they're given. I owed a small balance and one of the employees stated it was more I told her it wasn't but I'll be there on Friday to close the balance out. When I made it there to close it. The employee mentioned it wasn't there I told him it was supposed to been NOTED! After 15 minutes of me insisting I still want to pay it because I didn't want anything to come up later amd the balance would be larger. He still couldn't fi d it. Finally he found it and said wow..someone took it out of the system as tho it was paid already. This is why I say they need to be a bit more attentive because if they're doing this on a regular or here and there they can cause the company thousands and thousands of dollars in loss funds. However I am very pleased with Uhaul storage for my storage and the security of my storage unit. Thank you.
