DELORES J | Overall ExperienceI would tell them to make sure they take out damage insurance. I have water leak into my storage and after a month of trying to get things taken care of they totally gave me peanuts for my damages. It was not a lot but they said I did not have the proper pictures after I shot things away. Really shameful after paying storage fees for over 3 years. Never offered to switch me to a different locker. I finally just cleared the rest out and went somewhere else. The damage was not enough to claim on my homeowners insurance so I took the loss for what the facility would not cover after their flooding issues.

Kim E | Overall ExperienceThe price point for a passive income storage unit was too high. I was not happy with that at all. The paint above my unit was chipping and falling into my unit and on to my items. When I got the unit I was told that I would get a fob/clicker to enter the facility. This was never given to me. I was told that I needed to use the card or code to get in and out of the facility. I think that paying what I paid per month, I should have been given a fob. I personally would send friends and family to Self-Storage or Public Storage because they cost way less than U-Haul.
James M | Overall ExperienceHaving the door remote was one of the best parts of your storage areas. If you ever get that back please keep me posted. But getting out of the car and swiping is a huge inconvenience but anyway thank for the experience.

Contacting uhaul didn't help as they said it wasn't my account so they couldn't talk to me, nor would they stop sending me his emails. One of the emails was asking me to rate them, which I'm doing now. The guy is such a turd, he now owes over $700. The phone number he gave is [redacted] He put his mommy down as an emergency contact.
