Good morning. I picked up a van and furniture dolly on 1/9/22. I was initially given a utility dolly but wanted to exchange it for a furniture dolly. The exchange was made and I left. Before leaving I was assured the exchange would be reflected in my final bill, so I would not be charged for two dollies. Upon return my final bill reflected two $7 charges for two dollies. My total bank charges also reflected charges for two dollies. I first brought the issue to the attention of the associate that assisted me during check-out, and I also asked another associate for help. The issue was never resolved; only excuses given.Tamika E.

Everything worked out well except for the truck was initially covered in ice and the rear door was froze shut. I had to kick / punch the locking mechanism to get it to loosen so I could open the rear door as well as wait over 10 minutes in the parking lot for the wind shield to thaw as there was no scraper in the vehicle. When I pulled into the facility, I noticed there were multiple trucks being cleaned off / warmed up prior to renting so I would have been nice to have my vehicle's windshield scrapped off prior to renting. Other than that, the vehicle functioned fine and the check in process was quick.MICHAEL R.

I could not cancel payment for my storage unit even though the charge was still pending because the deadline passed over the Christmas Holiday. This isn't one specific person's fault, but I would've appreciated not getting transferred back and forth between online, local, and corporate associates who didn't have access. I tried to save time by using the app, but it took longer and was very confusing. It would be so much nicer if I could save my headshot and photo of my driver's license on file to use for the next rental. It was really annoying to have to wait to be approved after confirmation of my identity too. Also, it was confusing to figure out where to go to look for the van, and the box where the key was was difficult to open because the locks were old and needed to be greased. The woman working inside was very kind and helped me figure out the app, but it took extra time for me and her for me to have to go inside to ask for help. Please make the self checkout app process shorter and quicker.Rezonn D.
Pick up location was perfect and charged me correctly, however the drop off location on my order (Sunset BP in Waukesha) charged me for another day, even though I took the uhaul back on time. The truck needed repairs . It was obvious it had been in a fender bender. I think that it should have been fixed before renting it out again. You want to have it returned in good condition . So it should be given to customers that way as well. Or given at a discount rental rate.YILITHA S.

This week I rented twice a Cargo Van. AMAZING Vehicle and beyond well maintained. The first lady who attended me was FANTASTIC. The second one, I just recommend she becomes a little bit more PERSONAL once she's dealing with public. She was BEYOND PROFESSIONAL, and solve a problem that I brought to her, but let's say, she was STRICT PROFESSIONAL solving my problem but â€œpulling my earâ€ to not gake same actions I didn't know I had to do. Deivid was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure I felt important as a customer. Returning the truck was very easy, but I received a call a few hours after returning it asking when I was going to return it. That freaked me out a bit. It would be a good idea to provide the customer with a slip of paper that is initialed by an employee stating the actual return time before the customer leaves the property. The return may already be on camera or something, but it's not a good feeling for the customer to hope that's the case rather than having something tangible as evidence in the event of a misunderstanding.Kristofer K.

This was a horrible experience! I rented a dolly and 12 moving pads. It took over 25 minutes! No apologies, no attempt to make it right, no acknowledgement of the horrible experience.
