So everything was excellent the day I rented the truck but when I returned it it was not so good so this was my first time renting and did not take a picture of the gas gaje it was less than halfway to empty so my daughter said make sure to return it the same way which I did do when I returned it clerk that checked said it was on a full tank we need to get it at a full tank or pay 100 for a full tank of gas so I went and spend 40dollars to fill up am medically disabled so having to move on new year's Eve and on a strict budget did a huge damage to my budget so I feel taken advange of just thought I let you guys know

The location was great. The employees were very friendly but the mileage on the truck was incorrect. I had to take a photo to make sure I wasn't charged for thousands of miles that I hadn't incurred. Also, the truck wasn't cleaned.

Poor customer service when trying to return car. Person put me on hold 20 mins before closing and.when I got to the location and confronted her nicely she was rude and said she had customers to attend to in the store Who.was I? O thought a customer she never came back on the phone

The ladies working inside need to be more well-mannered. The two girls working inside were having personal conversations, using vulgar language, amongst themselves while I was patiently waiting for service. Whenever I asked them anything it seemed like it was a burden. They were talking like I wasn't even there. The customer service was a nightmare.

I've rented from this location on 2 occasions and both time there were some unhappy customers. The staff was still friendly even though there was a lot of commotion going on. The guy working in the yard (with the dreads) was very helpful and gave me some great information to know if I should rent again.

I rent from this place all the time. The staffing constantly uses profanity and poor language. This time I had to connect trailer myself. I ck in online and still took 30 minutes due to the staffing not being professional. Also the staffing was using poor language and calling the names people that don’t eat meat. I would kindly ask you to retrain this Location because it’s not what I believe uhall or any corporation should be.

I was not told that if i went over 100 miles that i would be charged the business rate. So i paid $89.00 for a van for 1 day because i was not told of the over 100 miles. So i will not be renting or referring anyone to U-Haul.

Customer service. The associates working at this location are OBVIOUSLY underpaid, and they act like it... the lady that helped me put with the rental looked annoyed with me there (I was interrupting her TV show). When I return the truck, the guy that was accepting the retuning vehicles, not even a word (i though he was mute), but then I realized he was watching videos at Facebook LOL. After a while asking, he finally looked at me ...again... annoyed and said I could leave. Something must be improve with these folks... they don't care and they don't hide it.

When I arrived at the location to obtain my storage unit, and drop off equipment there was total chaos in the facility. 2 staff members had their pre-school/grade school children running around.

This is a general comment for UHAUL overall, not specifically the Miami location- your customer service is generally poor and the experience is very unclear. There's no easy way to track whats goingon

The your policy’s for not being able to contact the store directly cost me money. We tried to contact the store for pick up for 3 weeks no return calls. Warren was the saving grace for that store.

This facility is by far the worst Uhaul location with which I have ever dealt. They do not return phone calls, ever pick up their phone or communicate status or changes to a contract. Horrible...

The location was convenient for what I needed it for. The only thing I took issue with was the pricing, but I was in a bind and had no choice but somebody should really evaluate that fee schedule.
