Utilize space better. They were very courteous and polite. They were very hard working gentlemen. The only thing we noticed was they didn't load items in an efficient order so there was a lot of holes that could have been filled better.JUSTICE M.

The people that are inside are the reason for the low score. Reason being the day I needed a trailer I first called to see if they had any as I been to this location and they have SEVERAL. However, this time one of the ladies in the front answer and said they have nothing available and to look at another location but then I called another and they told me this location had the trailer available and then I want online and booked it. I don't like the fact that they lied to avoid work. And then when I get there they claim one computer was working so there was a massive line of people waiting to check in and out. Merrill outside tho is the only reason I give above 1 star. He's really nice and help lock up the trailer. As that day it was raining but he was still out there helping people.Christopher A.
Requested pick up / reserved a different location 2 weeks in advance, they made me go 45 miles away to pick up, had to spent more in gas no only for the truck, my personal car too. In top of that when dropping of the truck, I was charge for extra miles.Juan B.

In general, I am satisfied with U-Haul's work, specifically with its part when I ordered a track by phone. However, the office staff where I picked up the truck was trying to cheat on me, moreover, cheat on trifles. Specifically, when I took the truck, its odometer was 8042, not 8039, as outlined in the initial receipt. Then during the return, the staff demanded to refill the truck with gas for $30, even though my ride was only 8 miles. Most of the associates were very nice. But they didn't know the truck was even there in the morningâ€¦ almost sent me somewhere elseâ€¦the mileage was wrongâ€¦ the tire pressure sensor on the van was going off and I asked to fill it up before leaving and the response was that it wasn't working. So I had to do it myself. At checking the associate in the office said I needed to drop off the van to to associate outside after I had done the self drop outâ€”he then (super nice guy) told me I didn't and I wasted 30 min in that process.Mario W.

I had a truck and trailer rental. No associate help locate the truck and the trailer or hitch the trailer onto the truck. They lack customer service. They no longer go out to the truck with you to verify information is just as it appears on contract. I had to take a video and pictures from around the truck and trailer for my self, in case they wanted to place damages that where already there.VANESA B.

This was the only uhaul out of the three I had to go to that came through with my truck after NMB and NM took my reservations but didn't have any trucks. Uhaul overall disappointed me and hurt my family and caused my move to the most stressful in my life!! I will never trust UHAL with a reservation ever again!Carmen J.

My reserved Truck was not available at pickup. I had to take a smaller truck. Upon return of the truck, I was late due to the early time it took me to complete my moving in a smaller truck. I asked the Front clerk for a discount due to the smaller truck or to waive the 2nd day charge since I was late on the return. Nothing offered! Very disappointed.David S.

I had to drive back from Brooksville, Florida, a distance of 315 miles, to return the truck that I rented in Miami. Your company could not find a truck for a one-way trip, and this was a major inconvenience and expense.EDUARDO A.

I'm not sure if it was the equipment or my truck. I replaced the Auxiliary fuse to have trailer lights. I drove from Miami to Jacksonville, Fl without caution lights, brake lights, or turn signal lights. At night I improvised with stick on lights from Dollar General...I made it without a ticket. Returning the trailer, it would have been nice to have the "online return" better highlighted -- I waited about 30m to return in person until I saw that I could disconnect the trailer and take a few pictures to complete the return. My storage room was scary. It was like the silence of the lamp type of room. Black sticky paint and the floor has holes it’s perfect for rats and insects to enter. The floor is always wet cause there is water leak from the AC. That’s a safety issue right there. First time renting from self storage and my husband’s leg got trapped to the rotted wooden floor. His little finger got damaged while he tried to remove himself out from the hole. My husband had to be rushed to the hospital. At first, when I came to the office, the customer service was laughing at me and not taking me seriously while my husband was in pain. The staff were all helpful and did whatever they could to accommodate us. I had a great experience except for one detail which was not the fault of the employees at the store. When I called to reserve the storage unit I spoke to someone at the call center. This gentleman was very impatient and he kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. I explained to him that I was looking for a ground level unit because I had knee surgery and couldn’t do stairs. He told me that he only had a 2nd floor unit and assured me multiple times on the call that this storage facility has an elevator and that I should be fine. That was a lie. I couldn’t even change my location because there were no other spaces available at other locations. I had to carry all my belongings up 2 flights of stairs with a bad knee. My storage unit was riddled with mice and their droppings. I didn't have any food items for them to eat like i was advised, yet the were in boxes eating my books.
