Location was very easy to manage a large truck. Scheduling helped me out with early checkin. Check out process was easy. Had just the right amount of blanket pads, but some of my items were packaged so maybe one more dozen for others. Truck handled great, plenty of power. Tow/haul mode was great for managing the steep downgrades in CO.James B.
I would definitely recommend this location but will never schedule with the Conifer, CO location since they never showed for my rental.ARTHUR C.

"Apparently "Corporate" policy is to have a secondary contact phone number (even when you don't have one) that they can call "if you were to steal or not bring back the trailer" for which I took offense to the implication that I would steal the trailer. Girls at the desk were all defensive and copped an attitude when we said we didn't have one and they still pushed for a name and phone number and would not release the trailer to us without that info despite having my credit card on file and all of our other contact information. And we dress well and don't look like "criminals" so I was justifiably offended. So I gave them the name and number of my recently deceased uncle. Anyway, the "before" photos of the trailer given to us in the link provided in the receipt (meant to confirm the starting condition of the trailer) were very dated and did not show the starting damage and subsequent repair made to the front of the trailer which I had to point out (since they obviously don't do any quality checks to catch things like that) so that we would not be accused of (having already accused of being thieves) and charged for. Overall, not the professionalism that I would expect of U-Haul based on past performance and experience."LOUIS F.

Uhaul app didn't work as smoothly as it was supposed to and I had to ask for employees to help me out. They had a series of problems as well and had to call IT to help resolve the system issues, but were trying hard to help me get the truck as soon as they could. I did have a few questions about the process. I tried for 2 days, a total of 12 times at various times of day to call the office and always got a busy signal. Something is wrong with the phone system. Other than that, this is the nicest Uhaul business I've ever been to.Rick M.

Person working the front desk was unkind. Some of the equipment I requested was not available because it was put on someone else's truck the night before. Please make it clearer in the email somehow that the pickup location has changed, instead of the emails looking absolutely identical.CHADWICK T.

The truck was great. However, the dolly for which I had paid was not in the truck. There was no lock in the truck. I never received a receipt for transaction. The staff told me that the printer was not working so he could not print a receipt for me. He said that he sent an electronic receipt to my email address, however, I never received it. I would appreciate if someone could send me a receipt for transaction #21655578. Thank you.Helene D.

We had to wait over 40 min for verification before we could pick up our truck which had been reserved. Had to supply a 2nd phone number for contact. My family members were working & could not answer. If this was said up front other arrangements could have been made ahead of time. Other options were a passport copy: I don't carry that with me! Or a copy of the rental contract: it was electronic but no way to upload, only option is to take photo. Let customers know this and be prepared. The people working at the pick up location were very nice, but my transaction was online.Nora F.

Thanks for working with me on the snafu I encountered booking on my smartphone for the wrong date. The Dakota Ridge store was great to work with The only frustration was Uhaul's after hours check in to return can ONLY be accomplished from a smartphone while sitting on the lot at the return location. That doesn't work when you cell phone battery dies. Wish they offered the option to check in from a laptop at home.Donald F.

Because of proximity to a public school, the dead zone for internet use affected all surrounding businesses which in turn caused a delay in getting paperwork. Facilities were extremely clean which reflected the franchise care for equipment and customer.RICHARD M.
